Stayed on 8th floor room no. 814 for 13 nights recently... excellent road view and very comfortable stay to say the least.. Facilities are nice ..Payal and David from cafeteria are two incredibly helpful and polite people who always served with professional agility and a never exhaustive smile on their lips. Rooms are great size. Food is good. Staff seem very demoralized. Hardly greet you and won't answer you well. I wonder why they are so unfriendly. If you order tea/coffee for breakfast, rest assured it will take a very very long time before you get it. Very slow service on beverages and other ordered meals for breakfast. It's like they don't want you to order tea/coffee, etc.??? Reception staff don't really try and help you if you need any guidance or help. They also don't listen to your requests but enforce what they want. Example-our meals were supposed to be 20% off as we were attending a wedding and the Agreement with the hotel was to give a 20% off as alot of rooms were booked by the wedding attendees... but at checkout they refused and said its because we booked the rooms from abroad, so the discount doesn't apply??? How's that applicable when we were eating the meals in India and not abroad? A deal is a deal, especially since the wedding gave the hotel so much revenue?? The rooms next to the lifts get a lot of noise all night as the lifts keep beeping... Sadly, we weren't pleased at all with the hotel especially the poor customer service and delays...

Rooms are nice and clean. Service is good. All the servers are pleasant. Excellent massage by Ms. Anita. Well equipped gym. Movie nights on outdoor large screen. The place is really good value for money. Now the negative found the food super spicy. Billing was a catastrophe with confused pricing between what was on the menu and what was billed. However the staff was ready to accept and make amends. Swimming pool water is cold. Would definitely return and reccomend this hotel/club

Got a very good support in ***aging my car to be parked in premises and they took very good care of my car while it was in parking including it's cleaning also.

The hotel itself is fine, international standards. The headache is that this hotel doesn't seem to be doing business every day and engages in many social activities. The first day of stay was a blind date, and the next day was a brand promotion meeting. Every day from 1pm to 10pm, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room followed the shock, which was too tormenting. In order to earn some extra money, I completely ignore the guests.

I stayed hear for a day as I had come for my interview ' location is good neat and clean rooms staff is also very helful . Breakfast they are serving in room due to rain and will be starting a buffet soon breakfast had aloo oartha with curd and pickle , sandwich and coffe really enjoyed the same In all a comfortable stay .
