My family stayed at this hotel last year as well. However this year the customer service was really bad. Upon checkin I was greeted at 1:30 pm you know checkin isn’t until 3pm, I acknowledged the statement and said as I flight just arrived if there was a room available we would appreciate it. I was asked if I had 2 reservations I said not 2 for tonight but one for 11/20 and 11/21, she said that’s what I said. I said thank you and I felt she was becoming confrontational. She asked if I wanted the platinum food credit or points I took points my total came to $12 so I owed $2 with the$10 f&b credit, I asked if she could just charge to room since she just checked me in she said no a told me I had to pay no, I reached again for my credit card, she then went to process and said owe it let me charge the room, again I said thank you but never having the politeness returned. Day 2 we had to call and request the 2nd reservation be combined with the 1st, I guess at check in this wasn’t done. No biggie just meant had to get new keys. 2nd night asked for late check out of 3pm from make agent, it was granted, as working remotely and spouse visiting family in the area. It’s 12:15 pm, maid tries to enter room I tell her we have a late checkout, then hotel phone rings, it’s the front desk agent I encountered at checkin, she asked if I could leave the hotel, I repeated, you are asking me to leave the hotel, she said yes. She then stated the maids were done cleaning and only my room was left and they’d just have to sit around until I left. I told her I didn’t have a car as my husband had the car and reminded I was platinum member and that late checkout was a benefit, she restated if you could leave early I know they told you 3pm, I restated I have no transportation I can’t leave now, she said call me back and let me know one way or another if you’re leaving early . My husband returned at 2pm, we left at 2:15 returning the key I said non thing to the agent, and she of course said no thank you for staying. The room was acceptable no housekeeping during stay. Called once front desk as stain on sheet. Also tv had to be reset as it started turning itself off.

This is a very old style Courtyard. It certainly does not compare well against the new style Courtyards, but it did appear to be kept up well and clean. If you are looking for the basic overnight stay, it will serve the purpose. If you are looking for any frills or added amenities, this is not the choice for you. Like most places now, the certainly seemed to be understaffed and the limited staff that we had interaction with appeared to be stressed out with not much personality. On the plus side, the bed was fairly comfortable and the towels were of good quality.

I stayed here for four nights recently, and it was a terrific surprise! Firstly, I was upgraded given my gold status, and was offered bottled water on check in. The room was clean and had a great view of the river. Service was terrific throughout. I was also given access to the executive lounge which was a great oasis to get some work done. The staff was completely and totally terrific; they were always happy to help and went above and beyond! The valet was quick. The restaurant was surprisingly full, had a great vibe and great drinks. The room was well appointed, was cleaned daily, and had terrific toiletries. I was surprised to even find a very comfortable robe. Shower had good water pressure as well. I was given late checkout which was super helpful as well. All in all, I will definitely go back if I am in the area again!

The hotel on business trip, the location is general, it feels like a hotel in the country, but the hotel rooms in the United States are quite big, the living is very comfortable, the breakfast is also delicious, but there are fewer varieties to choose from, in short, nothing. I will not choose my own travel.

We stayed here as a last minute stay and it was absolutely miserable. This is a party hotel. We were just looking for a place to sleep for one night. For the amount we paid (over $180) you would think they would have more than one functional elevator, a working pool and hot tub, have clean mattresses, and better control of their guests. There are several ballrooms in this hotel, so again, you have a party hotel. There was a sports group of preteen boys (red shirts that said ‘Rangers’) who were playing hide and seek tag in the hallways, lobby, and elevator until about 11pm. Around the same time, the Jones family reunion got kicked out of their ballroom and brought the party to the room next to ours, with a connecting door. From 11:15pm-1:30am we called and walked down to the front desk a total of 7 times asking for help. The girl at the front desk was left there on a busy Saturday night with no help, no manager, no support. Police had been in the building for drunk patrons several times and she told me she had been trying to reach her manager for help and kept getting sent to voice mail. She offered to move our room, but my argument was that we should bot have had to move in the middle of the night, the loud party guests should move. She told me she could not move them because they were part of a group rate, so if she moved the loud room she would have to move everyone in the group. Not believable. She also said she had gotten several complaints about this room, not just from us. They did not quiet down until 2am. The clerk (Taylor?) told me she would comp my room but did not have the computer authorization to do it, but her manager Chelsea would be in at 7am. When we checked out at 9am, there was still no manager on the property. The new clerk told me that Chelsea would call me to comp my room when she came in (within the hour), but she never called. When we *****ped our bed this morning we noticed there was no mattress cover on the bed, and there was a huge stain on the bed. I also found dirty washcloths and towels on the floor of the closet in the room. If you are looking for a dirty party hotel, this is your spot. If you want a hotel that posts everywhere that your satisfaction is guaranteed but does not stand behind that, this is your spot. If you want a clean and restful place to sleep, go somewhere else.

There was pubic hair in the sheets of my bed and on my bathroom towels. I had a reservation made several weeks earlier and was entitled to come at around 10 pm when I arrived. I didn't need to get a harassing call to see if I was still coming so they could give my ”last room” to someone else. The microwave and the refrigerator did not work. The refrigerator had one setting- freezing. My sodas were frozen solid in the morning. The microwave would not work at all. I couldn't cook the food I had saved for breakfast. The front desk had no idea of how to get the microwave to work and refused to do anything about it. I wrote a nasty review on their survey. I got an obviously prefabbed response from Red Roof Inn Corporate and from the Front Desk. They promised to ”make some changes”. Yeah- right- all you care about is that you got my money. That's the last money you will get from me. Do not even think of staying in this filthy, disgusting place. If I could give this place a zero on this site, I would. I gave them a zero on the Red Roof Inn Questionnaire. There are plenty of other, more reputable hotels in this area. If my travels for business take me there again, I will stay at one of them - not Red Roof Inn. I hope that my review prevents someone else from having the nasty experience that I had. Also - it was nonsmoking in theory- but people could smoke like fiends outside of the rooms. You may as well have been in a smoking room as the smoke easily permeated the doors and walls of the room.

The facilities are very new and should be open soon. The hotel is very clean, has breakfast, offers ice, more convenient than many four-five-star hotels, cost-effective! However, when the pre-authorization was deducted 2, the front desk felt like a novice. It’s good to stay for 1 night as a break, but his location is a bit far from the city center. It’s better to choose a hotel close to the city center!
