Pretty good, actually! The hotel bed was super comfy, and I had a great 3-day stay here. Initially, the sheets weren't clean, and the staff mentioned no one had changed them. But at least they brought me new sheets, even though I had to change them myself. Still, it was okay, and the rest of the hygiene was pretty good. Didn't have breakfast here, so can't comment on that. But we successfully grabbed breakfast at T&T Supermarket, saving our stomachs!

It's suitable for business trips. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything else is pretty good. It has a coffee machine and an electric kettle. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport. It's right next to the Richmond Center, shopping malls, skytrain stations, and parks. If you want to rent a car, park at the entrance of the garage first. Temporary parking (check in) is on the first floor. After checking in, you can park on the second, third and fifth floors. You can directly open the door from the garage floor with your room card to enter the second, third and fifth floors of the hotel, and then swipe your card as the check-in floor.

Location is good. It is relatively close to the sky train and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors walking and faucet running. The building is old with some renovations done. Could improve on the shower pressure and the air condition fan was noisy. The description on our room was “courtyard view” but I got the view of the roof with some air units and rain water. Staff at the front desk was courteous. I think parking should have been included.

The room was very clean; though it showed its age, it was impeccably maintained. The front desk had a Chinese-speaking staff member, which made us feel right at home and communication a breeze. The free hotel shuttle to the airport was incredibly convenient. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby; the closest, Yun Zhi Nan, is less than 100 meters away and serves absolutely delicious food. The park behind the hotel was a lovely spot, where I even saw ducks in the morning. Just a 10-minute walk away is a famous shopping mall, perfect for a shopping spree. Its second floor is a fantastic food court, offering a wide array of international dishes. After leaving for the airport, I realized I had forgotten a bag of clothes. I called the hotel, and they went above and beyond, finding it and holding it until my friend could pick it up. Such thoughtful service! It truly put a perfect end to my Canada trip.

Hotel location is excellent if you like taking metro. It is right at the metro station Bridgeport. You can take metro to Vancouver or Richmond conveniently everywhere. The room cleanliness was quite good but there were quite some dusts at the top of vanity mirror and lamps. Our room is a double queen beds room with decent room size and bath tub. It is comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and will consider to stay there again next time visiting Vancouver.

The landlord is Chinese, easy to communicate, and early is also very good. It is especially suitable for self-driving tour, because it is very convenient to go to the local Chinese Tuanhua supermarket, only about 5 kilometers, where there is free parking, and affordable seafood, the supermarket also helps you process, is the best experience to travel to Vancouver. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great. Planes flying overhead were very noisy late at night, and I also heard footsteps around 2 AM. This was my second stay, and I suspect the issues were due to the floor location, being too close to the elevator. For a hotel of this standard, the price felt a bit high. On the positive side, the front desk service and the complimentary airport shuttle were excellent.

We love the water slide. The hotel has everything you need besides restaurant connect to it only provide lunch and dinner. For breakfast, we have to go Danny’s nearby. The facilities are good if you consider it as an airport hotel. There are swimming pool and gym. Water slide in swimming pool is our favourite. I recommend who has kids to go! It’s fun!

I must introduce this five-star praise in detail: I booked for my child because I needed to transfer to Toronto the next day. I found several hotels on the Trip.com app and found that most hotels in Canada require 19 weeks of age to stay alone. And you need a credit card payment deposit (not accept cash and bank cards). If the child does not have a credit card, I can click in and see the check-in requirements. Finally, I chose this Stonehenge B&B. 1. There is a free pick-up and drop-off service. (We are the hotel phone number contacted on the ground and arranged the pick-up for about 20 minutes) 2. The room rate also includes a rich breakfast (pictured below) 3. The store does not receive a deposit. It is really convenient for the children's transportation and accommodation problems, and it does not let the children live on the streets. It also makes my mother who is worried about the children's itinerary feel very warm. Thanks to the store 🙏 After the child checked in, he said the same price. This hotel is the best in her itinerary. (Because the hotels near the airport are generally perfunctory), it can compare the store. The store is really very careful to operate the hotel. The overall house is very clean, comfortable and warm, and the details are elegant. Even the toilet can think of embellishing with flowers. The store looked at the child cute. The hotel location is different from the trip.com page , must reconfirm with host. The check in process is easy. However the first night is really nightmare , I arrived late and when I went to washroom , the washroom seems not being used for long time , dusty with two big spiders in the shower place, I was so scared to use it and also the room was freezing cold at night because it is in first floor and no heating . Other than that, the location is quite safe and bus stop is right outside the house and 10 min to Richmond skytrain station which easily to access to city with 1hour. The room also spacious and clean with comfortable furniture.

The boss couple was very enthusiastic and gave many suggestions for nearby sightseeing and dining. It is very friendly to Chinese speakers who are new to the area. There is no language barrier and you can clearly get information about the attractions you want to visit. I also highly recommend the airport pick-up service. If you are arriving on the first day, I strongly recommend making an appointment to save you the trouble of finding a bus to the city. The hotel is clean, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also a coffee machine and fruit for you to use. It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearby food court, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping.

The location in proximity to the airport is terrific, however they do not have a shuttle as advertised. It was an $18 Uber ride to the airport from the hotel. The bed had 2 very thin pillows on the king sized bed and they did not have any extras available at all when we asked for more. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower, the fridge made a loud buzzing noise the entire night, the lights in the room flickered badly (so we kept them turned off) and the cable television is extremely ”snowy” it is nowhere near the minimal HD expectations of today's generation. On the positive side, they do offer a bagged breakfast (an apple, juice box, a small muffin, Nutrigrain bar and water bottle) that you can request at the front desk in the morning it was a nice touch. The room was large and had a small coffee maker and mini fridge in it. Don't do what I did though and leave the water bottle in your carry on through the security scan it gets a personal secondary manual search and then tossed.

It was nice. The room had a very large ceiling. The accommodation is close to the airport and the city center, so it's good for those who have a car. There is no separate parking fee and breakfast is provided and it is delicious. However, the bathroom seems a bit old, so the smell of water comes out if you don't close the door. Still, it's a great place with a separate laundry room, friendly staff, and a great view of the moon at night!
