The space is bigger than I expected. The facilities in the room are more complete and warm and comfortable. The hotel with very high cost performance can take the tram when the hotel is out. The transportation is convenient. It is worth recommending to other friends. If you come to Milan next time, you will still choose. here.

This hotel is classed a 4* but I would hesitate to call is 3*. The rooms are very spacious because they are really a self catering/apartment style with a kitchen/living area, bedroom area, v large walk in clothes storage and a large bathroom, but the location of the hotel is way out of the centre of Milan and we had a lot of trouble finding it. When we finally arrived, we were told we should have got off 2 metro stops sooner and taken a no. 4 tram but this is only the sort of thing you find out once you arrive! Having said that, most of the staff were helpful but when I rang down on the 2nd day to request more shower gel as it had not been replaced, I was told they could not bring it up but I would have to go down to reception. When I did so a rather curt young man told me we were only given some yesterday and weren't due any til the next day! Is it rationed or do they not shower daily? The breakfast was very disappointing because whatever time we went down, whether it was at the beginning of the service or later on, there were never any eggs and the waiter said he was on his own so we could not have any. What he did all the cooking and waiting? So all in all, what with the remote location (although it was quiet at night) and the rather lucklustre service, I would not class this as a 4* hotel and I would suggest that the travel company who arranged it review what their standards if they want to offer 4* accommodation.

We were picked up directly from the airport to the hotel at about 8 pm. The door was very small. The front desk was very enthusiastic after entering. The hotel felt that the equipment was very old. That machine was broken ... and then I kept repairing the machine until it took me 30 minutes! Because I wasn't sure if the card could be used, I asked a little brother to accompany me, and said that if it wasn't available, let the little brother come down and change it for me. Sure enough, I couldn't open it. This card is a big bug. I returned to the hotel late the next night. This card has been unable to open the door. We live on the 3rd floor. Go down and get the magnetic card strip to open the door again. No, go downstairs, just back and forth 4 times! The last time I asked her to accompany me directly! If not, I won't go on! It's okay to drive! Breakfast at this hotel is OK Eggs Bacon, Fruit Bread! Both yogurt! The fruit is the same for three days! There are only two coffee machines, and one is always broken! As many people arrive, the coffee machine lined up! The place to eat breakfast is a bit small. It is crowded after 8:30, and many people have nowhere to sit! My mother and I rushed to eat to give up seats! Very close to the subway purple line, 6-8 minutes walk away! There are also some pizza shops and small supermarkets opened by individuals, and there are also pharmacies opposite! The hotel room is small, the beds are small and too soft, but the air conditioning is nice and warm! We arrived at the end of November, it was raining, it was cold, and the hot water was good! This hotel is very poorly soundproofed. My mother and I were able to sleep well, even if the sound of the corridor was very loud in the middle of the night!

First time in Milan but the experience was very nice. The hotel is very close to the subway station and there is a big supermarket next to it, very convenient The hotel is very warmly furnished and equipped with heating and hair dryers. I would also like to particularly praise the room service staff. When we went out on the first day, we came back and found that the room was cleaned up. We also folded our clothes. It was really attentive. And the breakfast was great and there was plenty to eat. If you come to Milan next time, you must book this hotel I hope they can attract more tourists, because it will not disappoint

The price is really good, the room is large, a large bed and two small sofa beds, really big in a hotel in Europe, there are no problems sleeping 4 people, the room has a microwave, and the breakfast is not bad . There are a lot of food in a large supermarket around 9 minutes away. The subway station is opposite to the supermarket. Although it is not about 8 stops from the city center to the cathedral, it is not necessary to transfer directly, so it is very convenient. The hotel has a paid parking lot for self-driving

Guys, DO NOT GO TO THIS Place. It's terrible. We arrived earlier and we asked to check in if possible. The guy from the front desk (who said his name was Misho but I am not sure that's the real name) was rude and said we couldn't. He acted like he was totally unhappy for being there and talking to "stupid guests that arrived 2 hours before the check in time". We came back at 2. He was rude again. A girl whose name was Frederike asked for her reservation. And he said she had to change her credit card as it wasn't working. The girl got upset as she had received a confirmation the card was accepted. The guy was pretty aggressive and told her that the reservation would be cancelled if she couldn't provide another card. She was really upset and it came up he messed up her reservation with another one. Instead of apologising to her he started arguing with my boyfriend who asked him to tell the girl "sorry for the confusion". He refused to say sorry and told my boyfriend "it's not your business. If you don't want to stay here I will cancel your reservation too". His look was crazy. We stayed all quiet as it was too late to look for another place to stay and even if we decided not to stay there our money would be charged. So we decided to stay. The room..it was terrible, old, terrible smelly, noisy. You could hear the noise from the other rooms like it was coming from yours. The window was broken and there was "automatic heating". At least the sheets looked clean. I started crying when I saw the room cause it was really terrible. Nothing in common with the pictures on the website. I had to wait more than 5 minutes for the hot water in the bathroom. During the night I couldn't sleep as I heard a woman crying and shouting loudly like she was going to be killed. I could hear the guests when they were having shower or visiting the restroom. Weird alarm was turned on during the night about 2. It sounded like a fire alarm. The breakfast was terrible. Croissants and snacks which you'd better not eat. The only one good thing was the location. I am still wondering how this place is still open. Before going there we read some reviews for it and they weren't good at all but we decided to trust the pictures (which are not real) and hoped the reviews were written from guests with really high expectations. But guys, at some point I preferred sleeping on the floor at Bergamo airport instead of sleeping there.

I stayed here for one night in December and I was pleasantly surprised by this hostel: it's modern and quite high tech, with automatic check-in and code-activated doors for extra security. I stayed in the more private pod, which locks with a proper door and not just a curtain: it was comfortable and with a nice mattress, and came with a touchscreen monitor for enhanced connectivity. There is one bathroom per room (so roughly per 8 people if the entire room is full), which is modernly designed and comes with everything you need. Breakfast was included in my rate and it was actually pretty nice, with croissants, fruit, juices, bread, Nutella, cheese and ham: the quality was surely higher-than-average for a hostel. Staff is polite and helpful. With such a lower price, it is probably one of the best affordable options in expensive Milan.

If you are very concerned about breakfast during your trip, Hilton Milan Hotel is worth a stay. Rich and warm service. The croissant is very delicious. Raw ham is very delicious and coffee is very delicious. However, the porridge for East Asians is not delicious, but one heart is better than nothing. There are egg fried rice and fried spring rolls. The rooms are not small and fully equipped. They have a kettle, disposable slippers, no plastic slippers, and the bathroom is dry and wet. The room was quiet and suitable for those who had just taken a long-haul plane. It's very close to Milan Central Station, walk straight for 300 meters. The airport bus stops next to Milan train station. Tucao front desk, cold attitude at check-in, I feel very unfriendly to people with poor English. OK when checking out, although the smile exaggerated a little bit, it is a smile, luggage storage service is good.

Hotel location is very good to find, from the Central Railway Station to the hotel walk 7 or 8 minutes, is also very close to the subway station, the hotel is listed four-star standard, unlocked with the key, the key can be stored at the front desk, there is a small elevator. The standard room can accommodate a bed for children and adults. This is the same as the country, the room is very clean, the pillow is very comfortable, and the bathroom has a small yellow duck. The room we stayed in was carrying a small road. The car was not too noisy, it was acceptable, the room was soundproof, and the room where we lived could not stop the sound of the corridor. Hotel breakfast is very rich, if you like Western food, you can definitely satisfy your appetite. Our 7-year-old child has no charge for breakfast. The staple food is cake mousse sliced bread horns can be loose, hot milk, tea, coffee, water, fruit is super rich, red Pomelo, cantaloupe, pineapple, orange, saint fruit, and fruit fishing. Breakfast 6:30-11:00, we eat late in the morning, two meals a day, save time to eat more. Bathing hot water is enough, it is slower in the shower room, but it is okay. There are many restaurants around the hotel that are Western food. There are retail outlets on the train station that can buy water or souvenirs. The water is cheaper than other places, 1.5L 2 Euro. This is really good, cost-effective, it is recommended

Well, this hotel provides what you need at a reasonable cost. It is a 15 to 20 min walk from the Duomo, so the worst tourist traffic is gracefully avoided at this location. By the way, this location also means advantages for close by visits to restaurants etc. Instead of ending up at expensive tourist traps near the Duomo with si-so food, you can find excellent, genuine small restaurants in this area serving georgious non-over-complicated food and very nice wines at reasonable prices So far, I have only stayed at this hotel for 1 night, so my experience is limited. However, i will book this hotel on my next trip to get more input. The only negative thing noticed so far is the single rooms being very tiny - these rooms are not for the clausrtofobic! Otherwise, the room was good, clean and in good condition. The bed was small, but gave me a good nights sleep. Oh, if you are very (VERY) easily disturbed at night, you may catch the noise from the subway passing under the hotel. I was situated on the 4th floor, but late in the evening when everything else was quiet I could hear a weak rumble from the trains passing by. However, this was not frequent and did not bother me going to sleep. Breakfast! Well, the selection was not vast, but the quality on the offerings were very good and service prompt and friendly. In fact, at this hotel I had the best scrambled eggs and bacon ever! The bacon were very thin and perfectly crispy and the eggs were for some reason more tasty than "normal". Front staff was friendly and helpful. In fact, tThe entire hotel seems to be friendly and helpful in many details. You can e g have complimentary: -Tea or coffe with some bread in the lobby, - An electronic "travelguide" (located in your room) which you can take with you (like a mobile phone) on your excursions in the city. - A bike to borrow to cycle around Milan. As mentioned above, I will explore this hotel further in the future!

The hotel on a business trip is not bad. There is an Italian restaurant opened by the Chinese. Walk to the pavilion for 10 minutes and walk to Citylife for about 20 minutes. The hotel lobby has a Chinese style, with water and sweets in mind. Breakfast is 19 euros, and the discount is 15 euros, so it is expensive. Check out to 5 euros one person's city tax, the payment still has to pay, a good choice for a special period.

We arrived at Hotel Ideale after a long hot walk from the train station. Loredana welcomed us, gave us cold water (much needed and appreciated) shared that our room would be available in an hour (2 hours before normal check-in time!), stored our bags in a nook in the tiny lobby adjacent to the front desk and sent us to an affordable family-run restaurant named Amo Pizza around the corner from the hotel. After eating Amo's tasty pizza and partaking in a glass of wine, we returned to the hotel cooled off and ready for check-in. The room was an average sized hotel room (for a European boutique hotel) consisting of a queen sized bed, a closet with several hangers, shelves to fit any foldable items, one luggage rack and long and narrow bathroom with a pedestal sink, a toilet and a shower. What the room did not have was air conditioning. We were a bit confused as Expedia listed AC as one of the room's amenities but didn't complain or seek any explanation at the time as the room had a fan and was already a pleasant temperature. Pro-Tip: Book your room directly with the hotel. Apparently, because Expedia charges the hotel a fee per booking, those cheap rooms you see on the site are in fact the ones that do not have AC. (We booked the least expensive option as we were only staying in Milan for one night) Loredana told us that booking directly with the hotel will be comparable in price and will ensure you get AC on those hot Summer days. Loredana also recommended an area by the Naviglio Grande which was filled with restaurants, vendors, and a nice mix of locals and tourists. While I forget the name of the area it was a lovely scene and a great place to have some lunch and do some people watching. My husband has visited Milan many times and had never heard of this place. It was a great way to experience something new in Milan together. (Thanks Loredana!) Overall, our stay at Hotel Ideale was very pleasant!

First of all, the hotel's environment and facilities are very good. It is the old house of the playwright Verdi, which has a European style. The front desk staff's attitude and standard are first-rate, and they are worthy of standing! Because I was in a hurry to buy a mask before I left, I asked many pharmacies along the way during the day when they were out of stock. In desperation, I went to the front desk of the hotel for help at night. Finally, I found one that was in stock. The uncle at the front desk told me the address of the pharmacy in detail and gave me a map. The gratitude is beyond words! Of course, the flaws are not covered. Two minor issues need to be mentioned. The quality of the kettle in the rooms is slightly lacking, and the breakfast is not rich enough. In addition, this hotel is perfect!

Breakfast is good. The location is ok, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, 15 minutes by subway to the center of Milan Cathedral. The hotel's room reservation department and lobby reception gave zero points, bad reviews! Due to the wrong date of a room, I contacted the hotel before Ctrip and wanted to change the time. No refund was required, but the hotel kicked the ball to Ctrip several times. After the hotel, I continued to fool, saying that Ctrip had not contacted the hotel for changes. The date of stay. However, I am willing to believe that Ctrip, Ctrip's communication service and attitude are very satisfactory, and I would like to give special praise to the customer service. I feel that this hotel has a completely different attitude towards Booking and Ctrip. I hope Ctrip is more powerful in international status! When people say that they are different through Ctrip's attitude, this feeling is super unhappy, I want to continue to support Ctrip! Never stay in this hotel in the future

Floors, walks, furniture and window sills very very clean. Older style accommodation. Breakfast was ok. Some staff were friendly others didn't seem to be fussed. About 4-5 km from most attractions including Duomo di Milano and shopping strip. No coffee or tea making facilities in room. Can get a coffee or tea downstairs at the posted prices. The staff were polite and attentive at all times. Overall the room had the essential amenities and was clean. Complimentary There was a lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room; the shower seal black with mould. Sheets were clean, however the towels were not fluffly, in fact these were very thin. The room is on the compact size, and it is clear in the photos. I accept that this a hotel of the 'budget' kind. The air conditioning did not function. The average outside high temperate on the forecast was 28-30 degrees Centigrade over the four to five days. We did not make a complaint about this as lacked the confidence. The location of the hotel means that it is in close proximity to Piola Metro Station on M2 . There are a number of supermarkets, including Pam Panorama a few meters away. I did not get a good night sleep on any of the five nights. The sirens and noises from the ambulances are a regular occurrence. The traffic noise, car horns are also a regular occurrence as drivers do not often 'go' on the green signal... and the Milanese are known for their impatience. My written request on the booking for a top floor room and an explanation about suffering from Migraine was ultimately not accommodated. My partner explained that the bed was great; firm and very comfortable. I have stayed many times on many years in Milano, but it is sad to say that we did not enjoy this trip. The exterior of the hotel is very unique, in fact, it is very similar to the propaganda photo. Through the gate of the classical building on the downtown street, you walk into the promenade. On both sides are portraits about history. The rooms and restaurants are also equipped with retro portraits. , Whether it is the elderly or the younger men and women staff, serious and kind, just right. In addition to the small bathroom, the room is ok and relatively clean. The design with a terrace is well-received, and the street view is very special, reminiscent of the last season of "Sex and the City", Kelly opened the window of the Paris hotel and found a surprise to see the tower, although this is Milan ... there is nothing to browse around, The subway exit is really close, you can go to many places such as domo directly.
