As soon as you leave the train station, there is a hotel next to it. It is very convenient to go to the shopping mall and the old street. It is 5 minutes to walk through the train station to the old palace and the old street. It's very convenient to check in and go out. But the only disappointment is that if breakfast is needed, it must be set when checking in, otherwise you have to pay more. European travel recommends ordering breakfast, which is more economical and easy to control consumption.

We stayed in Stockholm for 3 days, this hotel did not say, very good! Good location, next to the train station, we are taking the train from Copenhagen to Stockholm, the hotel is very easy to find, breakfast is also very rich, we catch up with the weekend, breakfast will wait, the restaurant is also large, the restaurant waiter is also very enthusiasm. The front desk is also very welcoming, there is a question and answer, the room bathroom is also good, but the room I live in does not have a bathtub, but there is a hot water bottle, very convenient. We left the Virgin Cruise Terminal on that day, walked from the hotel to the 53 bus station, 8 minutes to the station, 7 stops to the Viking Pier, or you can get a ticket on the bus. I don’t know how much, but I bought the subway. The bus card is 24 hours a day, bought at 11:30 on the first day of the day, and took a day in Stockholm's subway. The subway station is also opposite the hotel. The next day, I used the card to go to the pier. Adults 130 SEK, children and 65 90-year-old man over 90 years old, in short, this hotel is recommended.

Very good hotel, great location, right next to the arlanda express city center station, just walk out of the station and cross the road. It takes 35 minutes to go to the airport, because there is a 15-minute bus ride and a 20-minute drive. The attitude at the front desk is also very good and the action is fast. The hotel is furnished in a typical Nordic style and looks very comfortable. The room is not big, but it is clean and tidy, with a kettle. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of options. I really like a raw bean sprout like mung bean sprouts. In addition, breakfast and foie gras are self-picked. There are many people without chaos, and a good breakfast. The only downside is that I feel that the wood in the bathroom smells very awkward, like the smell of inferior wood. Anyway, I am very sensitive and allergic to this taste.

The best bit for me, is that you can roll your luggage to this hotel from the Arlanda Express Train. It is about 50 Metres from the station. The room was very nice, a little bigger than expected and you are not far from the water. The main tourish sea port is about 6 min walk away. Breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed the gym. It may have been a little small but it had enought equipment for my needs. Plus it was dead. Lobby was also quite nice and the 8th floor was OK. I thought there would be a better view but it is quite standard. Overall a good hotel for a very short break or when you need a base near the train station. Clean and comfortable.

Due to restrictions with COVID-19 we decided to book a staycation and got a great deal for a Suite with sauna and bubble bath IN THE ROOM!!!! There was also a full minibar in the room. The decor was not super modern but who cares? Despite the fact that the hotel was next to the central station the room was totally quiet! Unbelievable! The mirror light in the bathroom was broken tho so it was dark to put make-up on. Breakfast was very simple but one had the option to eat at the restaurant or take to the room. There was cheese, ham, boiled eggs, cereal and such. All in all, well done for a 3 star!

I had requested a higher floor, quiet room and wasn't disappointed. The room was light with a bit of old worlde charm in its decoration and a great view over city roof tops. The bathroom was a little compact but did have a good shower area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English which was very useful for me. It appeared to be a bit more of a business hotel in the week but more tourists at the weekend and this was reflected at breakfast. The buffet breakfast itself is in the bar/restaurant area and wasn't too busy when I went at 7.30-8am. There was plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes and the pastries were especially good. One evening I also ate in the restaurant which was very popular so recommend booking. They specialise in mussels cooked with different sauces. It's right by the central station so an easy walk with bags to get train to and from airport and the metro/train to other areas in Stockholm and beyond. You can also easily walk to Gamla Stan area in 15 mins. Overall a very nice stay and would stay again.

This hotel is not bad, the breakfast is plentiful, and the location is good. It is diagonally opposite to Central Station. If you take the express train from the airport to the city, get off and walk to the side of the road. You can see the hotel at the entrance of MAX Burger. opposite. The main street behind this hotel is Queen Street (Pedestrian Street). The parliament building and the palace are at the end along the pedestrian street, which is about 1 kilometer from the hotel. From the main road at the entrance, after passing the central station, you can see the city hall, about 800 meters.

The quilt is a bit dirty on the quilt. A small worm was found in the room. The bed in our room was sleeping against the wall. It was not very comfortable to sleep. It was not convenient for two people to roll over. The charging plug was recommended at the end of the bed. Wi-Fi is very slow, the signal is not very good, but the price is still ok (in this price range) will not actively clean the room (maybe I go to hotels in other countries to provide cleaning), the first floor can self-check In / check out you can go to the front desk or the environment is very convenient. The place is very close to the train station restaurant and shopping. You can book this hotel if you don't mind the above shortcomings. Oh right, I recommend a steak pizzeria near the hotel. --barbeque steak + half a lobster only 319kr very cost-effective ~

Good location, airport express or bus down, two minutes walk along a main road, signs are obvious, there are cinemas and casinos opposite, easy to find, later to the subway station and the old city are walking distance. The room was as expected and the breakfast was generous. The triple room has a large bed inside, plus a sofa bed in the living room outside. Maybe we arrived early and she asked us to check in, but the sofa bed wasn't ready yet, and a waiter was invited to shop in the evening. Cost-effective hotel.

Service is below average for Stockholm hotels. First, the guest's name was mistaken, and then there was no other routine service at the hotel's front desk, such as telling what time to open a meal, where is the breakfast and so on. The service facilities are also old, and there are no swimming pools in five-star hotels. In short, I will not live here again.

Subway / commuter rail, all are conveniently located within a 2-3 minute walk from Odenplan station. Located across the road from a large church. The friendliness of the front was good, but the meal was not good. Also, although there was a feeling of cleanliness, the arrangement of rooms such as a solitary cell and a rental warehouse was surprised. There are plenty of restaurants (there are shops that serve Swedish food in front of the station), and if you walk a little, there are about three supermarkets so you won't have to worry about eating. It is also attractive that you can go to the old town Gamla Stan without transfer.

Very friendly welcome. It explains where the breakfast is and asks when room service should clean the room. Doesn't happen automatically or every day. Beautiful hotel building, located in the city center. Our room has a balcony facing the street and is located on the fourth floor. Summer is not suitable for sensitive people because you have to ventilate, but tuned vehicles that often go through the city all night can become very noisy. Nearby clubs and bars play good bass on Fridays and Saturdays. The windows were closed and it was quiet. Unfortunately, our room had a dirty carpet, smelled of old damp socks, and the windows had to be kept open. The size of the double room is okay. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets. There are few channels on the TV, and the remote control is dirty and sticky. The bathroom is large and the shower leaks, so the whole floor is always wet. There is a lot of mold in the shower room, not to be missed. Unfortunately it was not cleaned properly. Only from the made-up bed can you see room service including room service. The bathroom was neither cleaned nor vacuumed in the room. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The next subway station is about 10 minutes walk away. Remember, Stockholm is hilly and the sidewalks are not always flat. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant that serves breakfast. The breakfast buffet is poor. Slice sausage, cheese, jam, bread, rolls. Well, the hot sausages and scrambled eggs are always moist and not well done, not particularly like the meatballs of La Cote Brar. At least apples and bananas have to be taken away. Bottom line: I have seen several hotels and know the price range. In Stockholm, you must make sure that the hotel has windows! If the carpet is clean and smell-free, and the bathroom is clean, I will give 8 out of 10 points despite the large amount of breakfast and poor breakfast, so it is only 3/10 left and it is not recommended.

This hotel has a central location near Stureplan and Nybroplan. This area has plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. We booked a suite for 240 euros. All suites have a modern but very different decor. Our suite on the 4th floor had stylish furniture, a balcony, and a jacuzzi. The biggest problem was the light switches. Most of them could be found next to the bed. We could find no other way to put on the ceiling light in the living room than take the key card away from its slot next to the room entrance and after 30 seconds put it back. Then all lights went on. After that, you could switch other lights off and leave the living room light on. There were two televisions in the suite but no remote controls for them. Luckily, the bedroom television could be turned around to see where the switches are located. The bigger living room television was the same model and the switches could be found in the same location and in the same order. The bathroom had a clear light wall next to the shower to the room entrance and a clear glass door to the living room. So it was not very private doing your toilet needs. We had also trouble keeping the shower doors closed. The other one came constantly to the shower and the other one was slipping to the sink. Luckily the provided sleeping kit included blinders with rubber bands. With that around the doorknobs, you could keep the shower doors closed. Everything else in the hotel was great. The suite was well equipped (except for the remote controls and minibar price list). The reception staff was very friendly. Our room was ready on arrival at 12:00. The breakfast was excellent. The buffet was kept in an immaculate condition.

I had a genuine pleasure to stay at this hotel and I was absolutely satisfied with pretty much everything! Hotel is fantastic! My room was beautiful! Very clean, very comfortable, nice view from the window. Mentioning the windows, I was actually surprised how good they kept all the noises from outside which resulted in very peaceful 4 nights of sleep. Location is perfect! Literally 10 minutes ( if not less) walk from the train station, about 1 minute (if not less) walk to the metro station, all 'best' attractions are within 10 minutes on foot Staff was very nice and helpful, very nice breakfast (as it usually is with Scandic) with surprisingly broad choice like for such small place I honestly can't recommend it enough! Just book your stay at scandic gamla Stan and thank me later

Our experience was perfect even before we checked in: the front desk sends a welcome email inviting you to add (for a VERY reasonable fee) things like early check-in/late check-out, parking, room upgrade etc. so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived after an early flight, at 7.30am. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming, and location is excellent: quiet but central - so easy to get to/from the airport by train, and to get everywhere in the city, just by walking, or by subway, bus or scooter. The room was a very comfortable size for a couple (especially if you're used to tiny NYC apartments or hotel rooms!), and flawlessly tasteful, with gorgeous high ceilings and lots of natural light (or blackout curtains if you wish). As some other reviews have noted, the wall between the bath/shower room and bedroom is frosted glass sheer curtain, and though the toilet is separate it's also frosted glass. The shower room and toilet doors are both sliding the 'barn door' style - so there's not a lot of privacy, which could be something to keep in mind if you're travelling with a friend (or very early in a relationship?) I wish I could stay at Miss Clara every weekend, and will definitely come back next time I'm in Stockholm!

Warm beer at the restaurant during busy hours, with almost half it foam. As they say, nothing worse than having a warm beer. Kindly mentioned it to the guy. According to him, it is due to the “plastic” beer glasses. Ended up adding Ice into my beer. From bad to worse. He would not even give you a glass of ice, instead asks how many cubes do you want.. There are not enough words in the English dictionary to describe how spectacular the Grand Hotel is. If you need a place in Stockholm to get away from busy city life, the Grand Hotel is the place. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and have super comfortable beds so one is refreshed after a good night sleep. But more importantly, one is mentally refreshed knowing that every little detail has been taken care of by the meticulous staff. The staff is truly outstanding – Francisco is so welcoming at the front to the efficient front desk to the hotel housekeeping servicing the room. Rather than outsourcing the cleaning to an outside firm which I believe other Stockholm hotels do, I believe the Grand has its own in-house cleaning staff. The difference is night and day. I work in the hotel room during the time rooms are normally serviced. At other Stockholm hotels, I sometimes miss the opportunity to have my room serviced because the cleaning company has left for the day. At the Grand, I do not have to worry about being out of my room at a certain time in order to have my room serviced. Not having to remember little details like this every day is priceless. Attention to detail by everyone at the Grand is consistent. I have seen some guests be rude over very little things – maybe they had a bad day. So it was amazing to see how professional the staff is despite having been subject to rude treatment. I know I would have not been able to be so gracious as they have been. The hotel is stately, historic and yet state of the art at the same time with Smart TVs that stream in the rooms. Internet is very fast and is never down. The rooms have plenty of charging outlets which is unusual for a historical building. The hotel has thought of everything for the working traveler – rooms are equipped with electric converters and the business center is beautiful. It is very convenient to have access to a business center with printers, computers and a place to work, all in a beautifully decorated room complete with comfy sofas and chairs. It seems like many hotels in Stockholm have done away with business centers within the hotel and so I really appreciated this extra amenity. The Nordic Spa is unlike anything I have ever seen. It is as if one is swimming in a cave with lighted torches giving just the right amount of light to make one feel transported to another world. The saunas and all of the water amenities are so relaxing and refreshing. Around 6 or 7 years ago, I remember the Grand used to allow children swimming access during a specific times. I hope that in the future, the hotel might consider reinstating these specific hours as currently, no children are allowed inside the spa. The Grand Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in Stockholm. Somehow, it manages to preserve its distinguished history yet at the same time, it is able to provide the modern amenities that a working traveler needs.

First of all, I am a large man. Both tall and heavy. So what I say here applies to what someone with my body type might experience. Staff were very helpful, patient and spoke perfect English. Saying they were polite is an understatement, they went out of their way to help and to offer assistance. Breakfast was very varied, with food you could tell was very fresh. There were many vegan and non-vegan options. Fruits, bread, eggs, bacon... something for everyone. The bistro was equally as good, with a pretty decent selection, good service and food so excellent I made a point of complimenting the chef. Acommodations were very cozy. I stayed in a room with two beds pushed together. It did not look like a hotel room, but like a room a person could easily live in. The bed was comfortable, same with pillows. It was all very clean when I checked in, you could tell the room had been very recently cleaned. It was also very quiet, even with the ventilation window open. The bathroom was a little small for someone my size, and I thought the sink was a little shallow. I would rate these things as mere inconveniences, and they would definetly not bother an average-sized person. It was also very clean. There were four towels, which smelled of laundry detergent. In the room, there were also five hangers, a pressing table and iron, and a hair dryer. Scandic Malmen is a short (5-10 minutes) away from Stockholm's Old Town, and in the heart of a busy neighborhood, brimming with shops and night life. There's a McDonald's and a 7-Eleven in the building directly across the street, and a metro station literally underneath the hotel. It's not that "if I'm ever in Stockholm again, I might stay at Scandic Malmen". It's more of a case of WHEN I am in Stockholm again, I WILL stay at Scandic Malmen.

The hotel is located so that you can easily reach the city center in 20 minutes by tram and underground. Multi-trip tickets can be purchased at the hotel reception. If you want to enjoy nature, you can reach the Nacka nature reserve by only a few stops with tram and bus The streets in the area with their canals are ideal for a walk. We have booked an apartment with a terrace on the 9th floor. We were warmly received and informed about the hotel. Cleaning and linen change take place once a week - if that is not enough, additional cleaning can be booked for a fee. Reception, elevators and rooms are very clean. The apartment we chose is approximately 45 square meters with an extra bedroom and living room with kitchenette. The closets are spacious and offer enough space for longer stays. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with two plates, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery are available in sufficient quantities to take care of yourself. We did not choose breakfast because it is not offered in the restaurant because of Corona. The rooms are bright, with wooden floors and Scandinavian decor. Smart TV and WiFi are available. A large table offers plenty of space, in front of the sofa there is a small table and an armchair. The bathroom is functionally furnished with a sink, toilet and shower and offers enough storage space. The terrace is quite long, there are two chairs and a table. However it is not so inviting - ****s sprout through the base plates. The overall positive picture is clouded by this. The hotel has central air regulation. Since it was very hot during our stay, the ventilation left a lot to be desired and it was often very stuffy in the rooms. Opening the balcony door helped. However, there is no window to beopened in the bedroom. During our stay, a seagull and its chicks settled on the roof terrace - watching them was a nice pastime. We were very happy with our stay and would choose the hotel again.

Perfect location and excellent breakfast. Regarding breakfast however you have to book a table for breakfast one day in advance and when we did it all suitable time slots were already fully booked. So we had to choose to either start our day later than planned or very early. I never experienced something like that before and for us it was very annoying and had to reschedule our plans for the day. It's actually nice having a bar next to reception, however one evening we were told we couldn't enter for no obvious reason. So you start your day a bit annoyed about breakfast and end it again annoyed about the bar... Anyway beside that we really enjoyed our stay.

Once i hade to wait 5 minutes from paying a bottle of water of 40sek to actually get the bottle. They forgot me Minibarfridge in the room was Brown inside, it was like moist and dust and god knows what was mixed in the corners of the minibar. Absolutely disgusting! Minibar was useles only 1 water in it on top of that it was dirty. Im not saying other hotels in sthlm is better, Im only saying its really bad for the price you pay. Service Level 0. Not proper cleaning, they forget you, they need you to restart computer when you arrive.

The hotel is located near the cruise terminal, but a little distance from the city center, you can take the bus to the city center, or buy a day ticket, take the bus to the subway terminal and then to the city center, feel faster than a single bus, there is a supermarket near the hotel, breakfast is delicious The view is facing the cruise terminal, the hotel has a children's play area, there is also a table tennis table, half of the room has a sea view, but there is no room with sea view, there is no hot water, because it is very late after returning to the hotel, Did not check with the hotel, the facilities are a bit old, but clean and tidy

Excellent customers service and impressive rooms! We had easy contact with Hotel Scandic park prior to our stay. Called and were informed we likely could check in early for free but if room was taken we could unload bags early and have a day in the city before check in. The staff were very friendly arriving there and the room was impressive in both design and cleanliness. We literally walked around for a while taking pictures. As we had some issues with my health the staff were very acomodating and understanding and on our stay we both feel we recieved amazing customer service from the friendly staff. Very happy with our stay. Do reccomend!

In addition to the relatively small room, the sound insulation is not particularly good, I think it is really good! Location: Right in the city center, it's easy to go anywhere! Very close to various hotel shopping malls! Breakfast: There are a lot of things and the taste is not bad! The only drawback is probably a bit salty, but the breakfast is really rich. Room: A few days ago, I booked with the help of the company, but it was a little smaller. Later, I ordered a slightly bigger one. The room layout is very cozy, and everything is there. The only drawback is that the hotel ’s refrigerator is only refrigerated without freezing. Service: The hotel arrived early, the staff directly gave the room, it is particularly good to be able to stay directly! I saw free activities, but I didn't participate because of work. You can try it yourself later

Dear Hotel Staff, Thank you so much Kings Garden Hotel Staff for hosting my family so kindly and amazing. Not only is the staff amazing perfect so are the rooms. This was my family and I last place to ending are Christmas trip. The rooms we so comfy and sweet. Every room had a chandelier in all different shapes. The plants growing up to the roof was not only elegant but beautiful. I would come back to Stockholm just to stay here and see the staff again. Thank you so much again. Abi G ( From Wills Family)
