Extremely satisfied with my stay. There are many bus stops nearby and a convenient taxi stand right outside the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and the food was good too.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest. Some guests mentioned that the room design is stylish and full of character. Although some rooms are smaller, the overall comfort is still satisfactory.

There are Swiss-made hairdryer, smart television with mainstream channels in Europe, fine tissues and a bag for packing something. The environment of Ruby Molly was cordial and restful, the bar on the ground floor was not noisy, or was filled with miasma. Here're some suggestions regqrdinh the improvement and settlement of existing drawbacks: 1. Maybe it'll be better to equip the rooms with electric kettles or water dispensers. 2. The location is excellent, right in the city center. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Trinity College, the shopping street, and the Temple Bar area. You access it just around the corner from the Liffey River, not directly on the riverfront, which is actually nice as it keeps it quiet and off the main road. However, as soon as you enter the lobby, you can see the floor isn't very clean, with dust and cigarette butts. In the room, the hand soap and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom also had dust on them. Even though I wouldn't use them, the dust made them feel unhygienic. It would be so easy for housekeeping to just wipe them clean. The towels hanging nearby were also dingy and old. The hotel's layout is like a maze, in a square shape, and you have to go through two fire doors to get to your room. One of the corridors even had a distinct lamb smell. The European-style breakfast was above average, with a good variety.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin and found its location on O'Connell Street to be exceptionally convenient for exploring Dublin's main attractions. The room was clean and featured a mini-fridge, which was useful for keeping drinks cool. However, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The selection lacked variety, and the quality didn't meet expectations. Additionally, the lobby area felt cramped during peak times, making it less inviting for relaxation. While the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, improvements in breakfast offerings and lobby comfort would enhance the overall guest experience.

The chapel experience was quite nice, but there is only one shared toilet for more than 20 people, the same for man and women. Dim lights make the room quite private, we didn't see anyone, however beds are very close to each other so you can hear people snore and your bed shakes if someone staying in the pod next to you climbs on the bed. Moreover, as it's dark in the room, people obviously make more noise walking and getting ready in the morning. The top pod is much smaller than the bottom one as it needs to fit the chapels ceiling. The toilets were clean but very busy, the free breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly.

Great hotel and helpful staff on the check in desk. The room was spacious and the bed comfy, earning a relatively good nights sleep for my one-night stay. The room has the basics you need to get by. Location is great as it’s in the heart of the city, although being situated right at the top of the Liffy there will be some walking to get to the fun spots. However, you can get the tram right outside the hotel, which is super consonant. Would stay again for sure.

The beds are comfortable. Quite well located, not too far from the center (25 minutes on foot). The Yellow Café next door is excellent for breakfast. The shower for the room isn't actually in the room itself, but it's very close by, quite spacious, and clean.

The hotel was advertised with parking, the parking was an extra €18 per 12 hours and was 500 mtrs away in a public car park, which with all the one way streets took forever to access, there wasn’t even space to park at the front to unload bags except in a no standing zone. The room was so small we had nowhere for our bags and you had to roll across the bed to access either side. It was also so hard the floor would have been more comfortable. This hotel is definitely not value for money.  The tea and coffee making machine in the foyer made the worst tea I have ever tasted.

The student staff were friendly, especially the French girl who was very warm and with whom I had a good chat. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay. The location is decent and close to Phoenix Park, which is great for a breath of fresh air. There's a fridge with drinks for sale at the reception and a vending machine for drinks and snacks in the common areas, which is very convenient. The only thing I missed was a kettle in the room. The common areas are well-maintained. The elevator broke down the day before I left, so I had to use the stairs, which was the only downside.
