The hotel is popular, large, noisy, conveniently located. Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a negative note. We booked a room for 3 people. We got to the hotel at 2 am, fortunately the reception is open 24 hours a day. The issued room greeted us with cockroaches! The reception was not very willing to change us, saying that there were not many places, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a good view, where you can see the sea at the edge. But there was only enough linen for 2 people in the room. Being tired, we divided 2 sets into 3 and in the morning returned to the reception asking for a third set. However, at the reception they decided to give us another spacious room in the neighboring 2-story buildings with a roof terrace. Which, in principle, suited us. It turned out to be not so bad, despite the fact that the hotel is not new and is quite noisy. The rooms are spacious, there is an equipped kitchen, the noise from the street was not very annoying. Cleaning several times a week. The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to park your rental car (after a little searching for a free space), there are large shops around the corner, a bus stop, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot. We had a good rest! The price basically corresponds to the level. I won’t say anything about food, because... taken without food.

A strange title, but if you can get a room on the right side of the hotel( looking from front entrance ) you may be able to avoid the evening noise from the Irish Bar which is on the left of the hotel as you look at it from the front The bar closed at around 2 am but people were hanging around for a couple of hours after that. We asked for a room change but nothing happened despite asking a couple of times Room itself was well appointed, We took out own towels and a little kettle…good move as a fairly steep charge for each Food was ok for a day or two but then we started eating out as it was a little repetitive., Staff were excellent Evening entertainment was not very good..so we often went into the above mentioned Irish Bar!!!..where the entertainment was good Swimming Pools and Sun Areas were lovely, with a gate that took you out to the sea front We’ve been in much better H10 hotels, but we won’t be visiting this one again

We had booked and paid for a 5 day stay at the 4 Star Coral Ocean View but for some reason (which we are still trying to ascertain from the hotel chain) we were moved here. The Coral California is a 2 Star hotel at best and clearly a lesser hotel as to the one we should have been staying in. From reading other reviews it looks like the Coral Hotels make a habit of accepting bookings and then moving guests without prior notification or any valid reason and think this is acceptable. We had booked for a special occasion which I had emailed the hotel about prior to travelling but there was no acknowledgement from the hotel at all that it was my partner's 60th birthday which was very disappointing. Despite several visits to the reception, emails to the central reservations and even a trip to another hotel to try and locate the manager Coral Hotels left us to fend for ourselves. We had been dumped at the Coral California having no idea about the area that we were in or where anything was nearby. We were 1.5km away from where we should have been so all our plans had to change. The Coral California is an average hotel with zero facilities apart from a pool. If you're happy sunbathing like sardines in a shaded area then this is the place for you. We ended up going to the beach every day. There were no activities available at the Coral California. When we asked for pool towels the California refused to lend us any. We hadn’t packed towels in our suitcases as they were part of the package at the Coral Ocean View so we had to buy some whilst we were there. There was construction work going on around the hotel which was noisy. We had an active crane outside our front door, rubble and construction materials in constant view and signs everywhere to say the hotel was under construction. There was also something strange in the wardrobe carcase. We informed the receptionist about it on the very first day and asked whether it could be removed but it was still there when we left and had been ignored by the cleaners. We had no air conditioning, and the wardrobe was also missing its doors. The breakfast was inedible, the selection was poor and it was the same thing every day which had clearly been sat there for far too long. The bread was stale and very limited. It was also obvious that certain items of food were being reheated in the microwave when they had gone cold. Even the cold food either had a funny colour or funny taste to it. It was pretty vile and the same thing was dished up every day. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We asked for a map and we were told to Google everything despite there being a pad of maps behind the reception. When we asked for one it was given to us but not willingly. You are unable to request a late check out and the hotels alternative facilities were not good enough. Hotel was generally nice enough, although room wasn't in great condition. The spa/health care suite was closed for two days out of our stay due a staff member being off on holiday, but we wanted to use the facilities, so this was disappointing. breakfast was ok although hot drinks were not nice.

An honest review of the hotel! We arrived at the hotel at 11am and told we couldn't check in until 3 o clock this was quite frustrating as we had one very tired 3 year old who had been up all night all we wanted to do was check in not wait around for hours. When we got to the room (eventually) we found it to be basic and clean Which is all we wanted however the beds were horrendous and only one pillow each. There wasn't any Aircon and no fans available. Cleaners did come every day without fail. Also plug sockets were very limited so would advise to take an extension lead. Through no fault of the hotel someone around us was smoking **** on the balcony and stinking out are room every night. Some people have no respect for others!! The pool was clean but considering the size of the hotel it wasn't a very big pool. There were groups of young people playing water polo in the pool which really wasn't enough room but still it was allowed so you were left sticking to the sides and unable to swim around. people reserved sun loungers with there towels and then would disappear which I find very frustrating. Also only one pool bar which is fine by day but at night it became extremely busy and your left to queue for ages. I heard alot of people complaining about the food but however we found it very nice always something to find to eat even for the fussy eaters but it did become a bit repetitive. Staff in the restaurant worked extremely hard to keep it stocked and clean. Overall we were happy with the food. The entertainment team were wonderful with the kids especially Cesar going above and beyond to make sure the kids were happy and having fun but entertainment for kids was half hour - 3/4 hour at night and that was it no disco or anything for them after they had a few games normally a singer would come on which was no fun for the kids but I guess adults need entertainment too. Just found that there could of been more than just a few games for half an hour for them. Location of the hotel was great but it was quite hilly I'm so glad I took my pram. Las Americas only a short taxi ride away or half hour walk so we did that a couple of times during our stay. Overall we didn't have a bad stay with the hotel it was pleasant enough but not one I would return too

Where do I start? We checked in on 14th February 2022. The RCI Gold Crown award convinced me this hotel will be amazing as I have stayed at a Gold Crown hotel before. On the first day, as soon as we walked into the apartment, 2 cockroaches were running around on the kitchen worktop. REPORTED. Then in the evening, only 3 of us had a hot shower. The 4th has a cold one. REPORTED. And whilst unpacking I found 2 pairs of ladies knickers in a bedroom cupboard (one was turned inside out so guessing they were dirty!). Then my husband accidently knocked over the toilet brush holder, which had not been cleaned and emptied since the previous guests so we were cleaning up someone else's mess on the bathroom floor which was REVOLTING. On our second day, the plumbers arrived to take out the water tank and replace with a new one. We had hoped to all have hot showers that night. NO. The 4th shower was COLD. We then discovered that the toilets in both bathrooms did not flush properly. One of the toilets took ages to refill, and the other took 3 flushes for anything to go down! On the 4th day the cleaner came. She made the beds and changed the towels. On the 6th day the cleaner came again and she did the same. SHE DID NOT CLEAN ANYTHING! The floors were dirty, the kitchen was cleaned hygienically and neither were the bathrooms! I am on holiday and I do not expect to buy cleaning from the supermarket and to clean the kitchen and bathrooms. I complained to the Reception TWICE. The cleaner came gain on day 7 but she did not clean the floors. Only swept them. And don't get me started on the power cuts! Most evenings whilst getting ready to go out there would be a power cut of 5 mins. Annoying! THIS IS NOT A GOLD CROWN RESORT. The pools is promised to be heated, but isn't. And there is a stupid rule that the kids can't play with balls or inflatables between 12-3pm. It is a family resort. What are they supposed to do during that time then? I would understand if the pool was busy but it was empty! Overall, very disappointed with the hotel. The restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel were very nice, especially Taurus steakhouse, El Paso Mexican, Manhattans bar and Attic bar. We regularly got cabs into Los Cristianos town and Americas. We did not eat at the hotel once. Dirty place!

I had broken my ankle and was walking on crutches. We were upgraded to a more ‘handicap’ friendly room and were given help with renting a wheelchair with the utmost friendliness. There was nice space in the hotel - always a free sunbed, always space in the pool and always enough food at the breakfast buffet. The atmosphere among the guests was wonderfully relaxed and calm. And both hotel and city very handicap friendly.

I have just had my third visit here in 2 years. We have just visited as a family of three (adults) all inclusive. Great selection of drinks and food was lovely every meal. We arrived off peak season, but it became busier throughout the week. The hotel remained a very calm, relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a double room with sofa bed, which was more than comfortable to sleep on for the week. The place was very clean and tidy, had a couple of dated areas but even then, very clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful, in reception, activities, cleaning, bar and restaurant. We have to thank Ivan, working in the bar and restaurant especially for making us feel so welcome. He went out of his way to chat to and make everyone smile (adults and children).

My wife and I have recently returned from a great 3 week stay at this small, centrally located hotel. It's very well placed for the best of what Los Cristianos has to offer in terms of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The room was a great size with a very comfortable bed and good air conditioning. There was plenty of storage space, tea and coffee making facilities. There was also a small fridge and safe included with the room. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. The main options were cooked to order. Generally there was no need to queue. Ly and Carmen were such a great hosts with big smiles to start the day. The staff throughout the hotel were professional and very friendly. They all made us feel very welcome and relaxed during our stay. The rooftop pool area was superb with no shortage of sunbeds at any time. We had a late return flight and the hotel went out of their way with a late checkout room. Overall this hotel was brilliant. Very clean, friendly and relaxed. We will definitely return.

Andrea's Hotel is towards the best 2 * hotel I've ever stayed in, clean, unexpected comfort and excellent service. The location is perfect, away from the hurly burly but close enough to walk to the beaches and harbour. Some good restaurants close by. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, adequate storage, air conditioning that's works well; also a quiet, effective ceiling fan. The bathroom is fine. There's a kettle, tea and coffee; TV, safe, hair dryer, plenty of duvets etc. We had a balcony with table and 3 chairs. The hotel has a good size lounge with a vending machines selling, crisps, chocolate bars, sodas, etc. Reception is manned 24 hours a day, good English spoken. . The lift works well. They have a secure lock up to leave cases etc. They don't do breakfasts but there's a number of cafes reasonably close; also a supermarket underneath the hotel. We paid about 60 euros per night and stayed there twice. Highly recommend.

We arrived about 9pm, checked in nice and fast and, after a quick swill, we were out and about. We were allocated B4, a ground floor pool facing room, large lounge, separate bedroom, with a nice kitchenette to the side and a spacious bathroom next to that. Bathroom door was severely splintered at the bottom, probably due to the bathroom being wetter than normal as there wasnt an extractor fan, this meant when opening it it made a scraping noise, not a problem for the daytime but on a night we had to go through the kitchen side as the door noise would wake up my wife..... No aircon, but they do have a couple of ceiling fans and they helped out in the warmer weather Place was clean and basic, but then what more do you need? Rooms cleaned daily, towels changed daily too There is shower gel/bodywash provided on the shower wall if you forget your stuff Pool area was fairly quiet until about 11am, then it got mildly busy, we were lucky enough to have good wqeather so it was probably busier than normal. We like this hotel, this was our third visit Its a fair 15-20 minute walk from the beach area but has nice bars and eateries all along the route, theres a hill to walk up to this hotel but its not too bad, even when your staggering back after a hefty night out. Staff are nice and friendly too We will be back for definite

Just spent 10days here for birthday, 1st impressions it's clean, but very dated and in need of modernisation. Check in was quick and staff very friendly and helpful. Room tired and beds were very hard, but on mentioning it to rep I was given mattress toppers straight away. Rooms cleaned regular. Food was not bad and refreshed regular as opposed to sitting there all night, choice was limited but enough get by, it's after all apartments so many cater themselves hence dining room small.. we found food to be pleasant. No entertainment or games room, is a pool table near pool in the dark, and a reading room that's never used and could be a great game room. Reception area isn't welcoming or comfy or appropriate for sitting, just quirky, would be lovely area to sit and relax or read with z drink if had nice sofas etc, wS bit chilly sit near bar, hence was rarely used.. Extra charges apply in your stay like pool side lounger mattresses or umbrella, and although offer WiFi it's only at bar area so if don't have data you need to purchase.. safe isn't in room but on ground floor area, didn't want to be going up and down stairs so didn't use, I like in the room.. Hotel is good location with bus station and supermarket and not far to front,, Add up pros and cons it's a good hotel for price

Just off the tourist streets so quieter but not far to walk to be in the hub Toilet clean Room clean Someone walking up and down to toilet regularly from about 1am then washed pans for about 15mins at 2am. Also up again running water for what seemed like ages at 4am I didn’t have earplugs so got no sleep . Appalling behaviour . Light from hall / toilet brightens room and curtain not big enough to cover window .
