|2.4km from city centerThis hotel was neat and clean from the jump. Outside was clean. The lobby was very neat and updated. I think I was checked in by the manager Tanila. Very friendly. Great service. My room was large and clean. 1 King bed. Shower was hot. The next morning I had breakfast which was great. Lots of variety. Checkout was seamless. Overall a excellent trip and I will be back.

|5.35km from city centerVery speechless check-in experience. It was already after dinner at the hotel, and the place was easy to find. But the receptionist told us that the room was not reserved for us because Ctrip did not pay. Contacted Ctrip customer service, they quickly communicated for us, but they couldn't give us a room because it was full. After waiting for more than an hour, Ctrip can only say to help us see if other hotels in the town are still available. Our two female colleagues were on a business trip to the United States. We dragged two 29-inch suitcases and two boarding boxes from the west of the United States. We couldn’t check in immediately. After waiting in the lobby for an hour or two, we had to find another hotel😡😡😡! And we plan to stay for two nights. Later, I realized that we are super members of Marriott. After showing the membership card number, the little brother asked the manager for instructions and told us that there is still a room-type suite, but a set of dining table and chairs is missing! And you have to pay separately. Ctrip also agreed to go back and pay us the check-out fee. At this time, we can fall down as long as we have a bed, so we can only accept the check-in. The room was fine. But when the second of us was about to take a shower, the main station called and said sorry, we found our reservation record, because the order of the two people who made the reservation was reversed, and we couldn’t find it just now. We clearly showed the passports of two people ! Bad experience!

|3.26km from city centerWe have used this hotel as our first and last hotel to trips to the USA for many years, due to it being close to Newark International Airport. Covid stopped us for two years, but we were back again this summer. Unfortunately, new management seems to have a negative influence on the hotel. I am handicapped with walking problems and need time to get my body to function in the mornings. But since I can function and do not need a HC room otherwise, I do not book those – leaving them for those who cannot function without. My husband is kind enough to bring me breakfast to the room, so that I can take my medications and slowly start the day. This has never been a problem at any hotel we have staid, when he explains the situation to whoever is in change. But this time a very negative night/early morning duty receptionist would not accept this. He claimed it was not allowed to take food to the rooms, despite the rooms having microwaves, fridges and coffee makers… My husband was denied to bring me the waffle he had made after having his own breakfast downstairs. This is not the attitude we have met here before, and I fail to see how Covid protection can have anything to do with this. Thankfully, the young lady that came on a bit later in the morning had a more human attitude and allowed him to help me. The fact that the renovations talked about several years ago, still has not been done, with peeling wallpaper and black mold around the bathtub isn’t good either. There are cracking tiles several places. It used to be a choice between regular and bold coffee, but that also seems to be gone. Combined with the bad level of service from the night receptionist makes us consider using one of the other hotels near by the next time we visit the area.

|4.26km from city centerThe hotel is average. The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean. However, our room on the ”quiet side” was incredibly noisy from outside traffic. And what they dare to call a ”light breakfast” is laughable. It consisted of a mini bottle of water, a small package of cookies and a fruit cup. Although we were registered as 3 people, we consistently go towels for 2, and had to get more downstairs. I believe there are better choices in the area in the same price range.

|5.29km from city centerSmall hotel, all in one. The location is a bit remote, but for the United States, there is no car to go anywhere, it is convenient to have a car. Therefore, the location is acceptable if there is a car. Breakfast does not require a ticket, and the in-house guests eat it casually, but it is not suitable for the Chinese stomach. After eating breakfast at the hotel on the first day, I bought instant noodles instead of breakfast for the next few days. Better, there is a microwave in the room, it is convenient to heat food!

|5.39km from city centerI was here for a conference in the summer of 22. The room at first glance was much cleaner and smelled much nicer than I expected from reading previous reviews. At a closer glance, the coffee pot must not have been used in months as one of the half and half containers, which had been partially used by a previous guest was left on the tray and had dried with mold, ewwwww. Hard to look at, but remaining positive, I tried to look past it. The conference food was at best, ok, but that could have been the budget of my organization. With that said, on the second night, my friends and I drove ten miles north for better food at dinner time. The ice machine didn’t work on my floor (floor 6) and the meeting rooms on floor 5 smelled repulsive after a bathroom leaked onto the carpet the previous week. Although fans were running 24 hrs a day, it didn’t help enough to be able to ignore the repulsive smell in the hallways. Our conference provided a special reception for about 100 people in a restaurant where they provided tickets for two complimentary drinks per person, but there were only two bartenders staffing the room. I’m not sure who is at fault there, but I’d have to think someone else could have been pouring wine and handing out bottles to keep the lines moving. I never even went back for my second drink. If I wasn’t stuck here, I wouldn’t still be here on the second night. Pretty on the outside, very nice staff, but not enough to ever consider returning.
