Мы останавливались в Сапфире уже дважды. Это прекрасный отель в центре города. В шаговой доступности все главные достопримечательности, через дорогу метро, очень много кафе и ресторанов. Об отеле: первый раз мы были в апреле 2022 в номере люкс с 2 балконами и видом на Невский, номер понравился, тёплый, достаточно просторный. Ночью бывает шумно, но после долгих дневных прогулок, это не критично, нам не мешало))) В июле 2022 ездили в номер стандарт, тоже очень понравилось, окна были во двор. Очень тихо, не слышно также и соседей. В номерах чисто, уборка ежедневная, есть кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, туалетные принадлежности. Очень удобные кровати, идеально чистое белье (для меня это важно). Вкусный завтрак. Если приходишь поздно, то все равно на выбор есть все, а не только каша))) Администраторы очень вежливые и отзывчивые, отдельный им респект. Заселение происходит быстро. Понравилось, что отель для некурящих, в отеле останавливаются приличные люди, чувствуешь себя комфортно и безопасно. Адекватные цены. Рекомендую.

Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for a unique hotel experience. Located in a refurbished old building, it is centrally located and within walking distance to Nevsky Prospect, the main shopping street in St Petersburg. The entrance to the hotel may be hard to find, and you have to carry your luggage up half a floor to take a lift up to the third floor. But everything else was perfect. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and there was even a welcoming tea kindly served by front desk employee Maria. The rooms are neat, modern and impeccable. The only thing you have to remember to bring is your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as it appears that most Russian hotels do not provide. It will also be good if a luggage rack can be placed in the room so that one doesn’t have to bend down to retrieve or pack things in the luggage. The breakfast served in the room every morning is something to look forward to, as they are delicately and beautifully prepared! You have a couple of choices and can pick what you would like for breakfast the next day the night before. The hotel help hailed a reasonably-priced taxi to get me to the airport too. Highly recommended!

Останавливался в июле 2023 во второй раз. Первый заезд в феврале 2020 особых нареканий не вызвал. Что касается последней поездки, то с грустью вынужден констатировать, что хотя с точки зрения чистоты и оборудования номеров все было более или менее нормально, то внешнюю обстановку отеля, полностью отравившую мне путешествие, буду с содроганием вспоминать еще не один месяц. Тихая и уютная улочка ?… ну уж нет. Во-первых, в течение светового дня вдоль всей Караванной улицы звучит постоянный и довольно громкий высокочастотный сигнал неопределенной природы. Источника мне выявить не удалось, то ли это мощные кондиционеры, то ли петля обратной связи между звуковой аппаратурой, размещенной в соседних домах, может - побочный результат работы устройств сотовой связи, которыми утыканы крыши соседних домов - бог весть. Местные привыкли и только руками разводят. Кстати, довольно вредная штука для здоровья. Этот то ли звон, то ли свист не только неприятен, но по словам врачей также крайне разрушающе действует на психику. Во-вторых, под окнами без конца производится разгрузка фур, которые постоянно что-то везут в Пятерочку, находящуюся в этом же доме. Причём все это может происходить и в 12 ночи и в 6 утра. Моторы у машин при этом рычат как бешеные. Ящики швыряются на асфальт с какой-то садисткой радостью, словно мстя нам за то, что мы отдыхаем когда уважаемые люди работают. Получению максимального удовольствия от такого бесплатного звукового оформления способствуют неплохие акустические свойства Караванной улицы. Ну и наконец, вишенка на торте. Точно напротив окон всех номеров «Грузинская рюмочная». Двери у которой, как у кабачка 13 стульев всегда гостеприимно открыты для праздношатающейся молодежи. За все 4 ночи лишь один раз исконно русский пьяный мат вперемежку с восточно-грузинским роком стих за окном раньше 2 часов ночи. Излишне говорить о том, что все вышеперечисленные обстоятельства грубо нарушают принятые властями города законодательные акты о тишине, правилах организации работы предприятий торговли в жилых домах и т д. Я нашел все эти законы и внимательно прочел их. Так что хозяева гостиницы, если они действительно хотят предоставить гостям первоклассный сервис, имеют все основания для того, чтобы через суд предъявить претензии своим бесцеремонным соседям. Если это произойдет, я первый скажу, что они красавцы. Ибо я сам ленинградец, провел детство в этих местах и мне крайне неприятно наблюдать вышеназванные явления нового времени, вполне способные перечеркнуть красоту и величие моего родного города… На все мои обращения администрация только разводила руками. Мол, если не нравится спать в летнюю Питерскую ночь с наглухо закрытым окном и яростно ревущим кондиционером, то это твои проблемы. Впрочем и пластик не гарантирует полную звукоизоляцию. Кондиционер кстати помог мне заработать простуду в теплую летнюю ночь. Очень романтично. О том, что по прибытии в номер, мы с женой чуть не задохнулись от вони, я скромно умолчу, как от досадной мелочи. Эпитет

Забронировал номер на 2 суток. Сам апарт-отель неплохой, но с сервисом большие проблемы. Заказывал номер с завтраком. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

The police are 24 hours patrolling and it is safe to go to the hotel. Good to find. The hotel is not big, the price is reasonable, the breakfast room is very small but the quality is good, just by location, in short, it is good value for money. From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

Let me talk about the location first. It is really good. It is next to Neva Street. It is the Fontanka River in front of the Winter Palace. It is 20 minutes to Neva Street. The street is 3 trams behind the block. The two blocks in front are the Dostoyev subway station. Because the youngest house in the main city of Petersburg has to be more than 100 years old, so don't have too high requirements for the house, and this location is also very conscience, the hotel next to the building will be nearly two thousand nights. There is a public washing machine, a refrigerator, microwave and a sink in the room, because the water pressure in the ancient building cannot be too high. Therefore, there is a supercharger in the bathroom of each room, which will be noisy when using water. The bed is a single spring bed in the style of a former Soviet guest house, and the bedding is clean and tidy. In addition, note that this homestay hotel has no front desk reception, and there is no service staff inside (cheap hotels in Europe are self-service like this) need to add the owner's watch app to contact, otherwise you can't even find the door.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is not air conditioned and is a city with moisture, for the summer they put up fans. In conclusion, for a few days and a low cost trip is acceptable. It doesn't give more than that.

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The flight was canceled and it was necessary to look for a hotel near the airport to stay overnight. Choose the crowne plaza and were not disappointed.
