Замечательный отель, прекрасные завтраки(каша овсяная, блины, запеканка, овощи свежие, салаты, яйца, котлеты, гарнир с овощами, кофемашина, чай). Номер люкс очень большой,двухкомнатный, кровати удобные, на новый год комплимент шампанское и мандаринки, очень мило, в ванной щётки зубные, паста, гели, шампуни, тапки, халаты, холодильник, 2 телевизора, . Вода в номере пополняется каждый день. За окном стройка, но так как новогодние праздники, было тихо.

Отель находится в историческом здании, построенном в стиле модерн. Внутри атмосферно, рядом метро Выборгская и до основных достопримечательностей города недалеко. В номерах присутствуют аутентичные вещи - тумбочки, текстиль, подставка для багажа... Есть всё необходимое из туалетных принадлежностей: полотенца, фен, тапочки, халат, гель и шампунь. В номере есть сейф, холодильник, телевизор, бутылка с водой, кулер на этаже. Завтрак - шведский стол (рис, овсяная каша, омлет, творог, овощи, фрукты, сырники, мясная нарезка, сыр... Чай, кофе, морс. Ужин заказывается заранее на выбор. Мне понравился и завтрак и ужин, но тут, как говорится, на вкус и цвет. Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - "уставшая" мебель

С группой школьников в трёхдневной поездке проживали в этом отеле.Номера уютные, матрасы высшего качества!! Завтраки шведский стол, выбор широкий: пицца, сыры, йогурты, каша, сосиски, омлеты, голодными нельзя остаться. Рядом магазин пятерочка, выход на набережную, 12 минут пешком до Авроры. На развод мостов ходили пешком, близко. Вернулись бы еще раз с удовольствием!

Прилетал в командировку на два дня, останавливался в гостинице, отличный отель, клиентоориентированный персонал, всегда решают возникшие вопросы клиентов, в ресторане помимо завтраков можно заказать ужин, все вкусно, обязательно вернусь.

Из плюсов:заселили на 2 часа раньше, за что большое спасибо, еда на завтраке на любой вкус, как только что-то заканчивалось из блюд , официанты сразу подносили новые, тихая спокойная обстановка в зале, где проходит завтрак, там же можно пообедать и поужинать, повар готовит с душой. Из минусов : отелю очень нужен ремонт и просите заранее номер не у дороги, потому что рядом очень оживлённая дорога и поспать не удалось. В номерах нет кондиционера.
