We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

Convenient, very close to the mall, it takes less than five minutes to walk, and there is a small market outside the mall where you can eat. There is a supermarket similar to a wholesale department store on the opposite side of the mall, and everything is very cheap. The greenway market and the asean night market are both nearby. You can walk for 15 to 20 minutes. If you don’t want to walk, there are tuktuk outside the mall and the homestay. The location is very convenient, the room equipment is complete, the price is also very affordable, it is a good choice.

Hotel was clean with modern touch. We like the cafe interior design, so cool. Room was nice. Bed was comfort, my wife love the pillow but not me. Little too high for me. I love the pantry inside our room. They have microwave and medium size refrigerators. Small balcony for those who smoke. Breakfast was limited. Need to place order at the receptionist counter day or night before. Filling portion for breakfast meal. Coffee, tea & milo sachets counter with juices and detergent. Only hiccups is the dryer. It will auto stop every 15mins. Its irritated us as we need to adjust the time again & again. Inform the front desk receptionist and they call the hotel technician came to fix but doesn't help. We've to find laundry mart and quiet a distance. Cost us 400bhat!. Please fix the dryer. Other then that, is nice hotel to stay.

It seems that there are no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and communications breakdown within the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Front Office team. Hot shower in our room was not working and had reported it to the Receptionist before we left the hotel for a dinner and walk. When we came back, we gave the receptionist courteousy reminder and to ask if our shower was fix. They couldnt answer that and immediately asked the maintenance staff which was happened to be standing outside of the lobby to fix it. The Worst Part:- The maintenance staff walked together with us into our room and washroom, with his same shoe which he wore when he stood outside of the lobby. After fixing it, he literally step on our floor mat to dry his shoe. The while floor mat was dark in colour and we asked him to bring that floor mat out! After reporting it to the receptionist, they didnt really know what to do, and i asked them to get the housekeeping team to come and clean it. The housekeeping lady only came to replace a floormat, without mopping the floor. We hv to request over again and tell her what happened. No apologize from any of thm. Extra tips, do not opt for their breakfast choice, there is only 6 items ala carte menu available. First day breakfast there are cereals bt the milk was abit sour, 2nd day breakfast, no cereals available.

We've not been to Haadyai for a decade and a half and took the invitation from our friend to drive there. Our Japanese friend booked the hotel before he extended the invite and out of courtesy we booked ATK Garden Hill so we could tour and shop Haadyai together. If we had known of it's location or if we had a choice we would prefer to stay in the popular down town hotels where we had easy access to good restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself had good facilities and the buffet breakfast on both mornings were good with varieties. They provided 3 types of nicely cut fruits bread with jam spreads and butter juices milk and cereals. We were surprised to find instant coffee with a hot pot of English tea on a brewer and jars of cocoa and Ovaltine with creamer. The Management was pretty thoughtful where this buffet spread was concerned. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and adequate toiletries were provided in the bathroom. We had a good walk at least twice a day to the shopping mall Central Festival and Macro and each way took about 20 minutes to half an hour. Going to restaurants had to be by Tuk Tuk and charges vary from 80 to 100 Bahts and each time we required a Tuk Tuk we had to seek the assistance of the Receptionist. These girls speak adequate English and with my Translator app it was easy to ask them for anything.

Hubby and I just wanted a short vacation is southern Thailand without too much hassle and traveling. We chose to stay in city center and required a comfortable reasonable priced hotel which was easy access to the two night hawkers, temples and the four famous markets which sold local products and wares. We found VL Hatyai after reading the numerous reviews. Our room was on the 11th floor with a great view of the city and it was spacious and clean. The twin beds and pillows were very comfortable and a kettle for making coffee was provided. A large TV with various English, Chinese and Thai channels were provided and we even had a fridge and hair dryer which were unusual for the price we paid. Due to the comfort we decided to stay 5 nights and ventured to tour outskirts of Hatyai on day trips to the Floating Market and Stainless Steel Temple.

The location is good in the city center, but the hotel room is too old, with too much wooden furniture, which is not conducive to washing and drying clothes. The hotel was quite cheap and bearable with easy access to those shopping areas within 15-20 minutes' of walking distance, except for below: 1. Lack of parking lots as cars has to be on free gear all the time. 2. Air-conditioning can be really loud. 3. Noise pollution from nearby clubs. 4. Beverage sachets provided in the room but hot water at Level 2. No proper hot water bottle provided, except for small paper cups. Drinking glasses without handles were provided but not suitable for containing hot water for beverages, especially the need to travel all the way via stairs/lift. 5. Rude staff. Never in my vast traveling experiences have I been accused of breaking any house rule and was thrown with a THB2000 fine for smoking in the room. Why would someone smoke in the room when the booking clearly stated two ”non-smoking rooms”? Due to the hotel's own negligence, I found a cigarette bud at the balcony and innocently threw it into the rubbish bin without having the plan to find fault with the management over such a minor issue. Since we were traveling outskirts of Hatyai City most of the time and being environmental-friendly travelers, we also recycled our daily use of towels without the need of house-keeping. Thus, that could be the most possible reason behind the smoking dispute, of which I refused to pay. My advice: Make sure you get the staff to check on any fault in your room, even minor ones, to avoid any further dispute. They could be really strict in their house rules.

The Train hotel is located at the same building of Hat Yai train station, it's suitable for anyone who needs to catch the early morning train or arriving Hat Yai station at late night. Robinsons department(supermarket& banks) is just 3 min walk. Room is very clean. Facilities are functional : Flat screen TV, refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub, safety box& cupboard . Staff are so friendly. When I arrived at 7.15 am,receptionist was kind to give my room at that time( so amazing). I highly recommend to stay here

Was a very decent hostel, lovely receptionist and the room was clean - just a few mosquitoes coming in through the bathroom. The internet worked very well too, and it’s close to the centre so perfect if you are in transit and want to make most of Hatyay. The night market is the most recommendable thing to do in this small city, but would recommend to take taxi at least one way as it’s further that it seems on the map. Before going to bed we went to have a massage in the shop at the hostel, not sure if it’s their shop. This was the worse massage I had in Thailand, not just because they seemed lazy but also because they continuously talked between each other and laughing, so how can you possible relax and enjoy? Good for the Hostel, bad for the massage shop.

Stayed 2 days, quick check in, friendly and helpful staff. Asked for a deposit. The first day of the superior room, the bathroom is narrow with dim light. The wifi signal disappeared. We complained and immediately sent teanis so the wifi was smooth. The bed linen and towels are clean. The air conditioner is noisy. The second day I booked a deluxe room. The room size is quite spacious, with old wooden furniture and a pair of chairs. It's time to renovate the room and furniture. The bathroom is spacious with a bath tube that cannot be used because there is no lid/sumbat. Here the wifi is smooth. There are 2 elevators, one on the left has a bump and a screaming sound that scares. The elevator on the right is quite normal. Close to the market and mall. There are seven eleven near the hotel and halal restaurants

First of all, I must say The owner of the accommodation is kind. We come from Narathiwat. Go out in the evening until 10 p.m. Call him and ask for the key. He provides very good service. His accommodation at night feels far away at night. But when we left in the morning, it was close to the university. We checked in in the morning and forgot about it and he brought it down to the car. Very good. As for the accommodation, the room is spacious, the air conditioner is cool, the bed is good, which is more than worth it. We got it for a price of over 500. Woke up early to see the view of the doctor and the mountains, very good.

I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!! The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind

The room is clean and the location is great. There is 7-11 downstairs and opposite. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Lee Garden. There are massage shops in the vicinity of the hotel. There are several delicious restaurants next day. Tuk Tuk is at the hotel entrance. The hotel staff is very efficient to the manager. Kindness is like meeting an old friend. Next time, I will definitely come again. Super recommended this hotel ❤️❤️

Upon our arrival, the friendly staff hurried to our taxi to collect our luggage for us. The staff was kind to allow us to check-in slightly earlier without extra charges. We got a room facing the road but it was OK since we do not spent too much time in the room anyway. The room was clean and comfortable. It is also spacious and feels rather cozy. There is no kettle in the room but there is a fridge with a mini freezer compartment. There is no 7-11 nearby but one within 3 minutes walk. Hotel is located a few streets away from the central area so it is not so noisy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay there.

The staff at Hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the breakfast available was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. However, there were some noise issues that detracted from the overall experience. Throughout the night, the room was filled with the noise of machinery, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Moreover, the sound of water running in other rooms was noticeable, causing some disturbance. The gym was an asset and the pool superb. Despite the noise challenges, I appreciated the comfort of the bed, the spaciousness of the room, the isolated location, the friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast offerings. With some improvements in noise insulation, the Hotel could offer an even more enjoyable stay for its guests.

The hotel is aged but seem had some refurbishment not long ago, the air-cond and shower heater look new. The location is OK, the main reason checked-in this hotel was the affordable price. The accommodation is spacious, cleanliness(3.5/5) and comfy(4/5), has a balcony with view. The bathroom was not really good(3/5) and not suitable for elderly guest, bcoz the steps to bathtub.

We were a group of 5 people staying in 2 rooms for 2 nights. The service was excellent, the buggy bringing us to and from our villa was super quick to arrive when called. Breakfast was good with ample selections of food with a mix of some local dishes. The distance from town was a bit of a distance but it wasn't a problem for us since we have our own transport. We like the fact that it is quieter out of the city.
