The hotel has a very good location. Various places around it, I loved it! The hotel is old, the room has nothing more. All right simple. I thought the breakfast was amazing, the area is very wide. The negative point is the lift! We're waiting for 30 minutes to go away, many bags and the lift very small. The car was paid for parking and out of the hotel, our car returned with the empty and buried tyre and we took damage When we went, it was very cold and we didn't use the pool that even covered, the cottage with cold water.

The hotel is well located (1 block from beach and lot of restaurants and stores walking distance), but the hotel is old and the installations are not functional. Examples: the air condition and elevator, both of them not supporting summer time demand. The breakfast is good, variable and tasty things. Parking lot is one block distance, having some impact if you are planning to use your car regularly. In general, I personally do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms without furniture , such as chair table etc, bathroom without place to place the towel products , shampoo creams , has only one corner to place the toothbrushes . The hotel manager was not sympathetic with the problem, said that the hotel was full and had taken away some rooms because of discharges and did not give me the option of switching rooms, small and tight garage to leave with the car , good cleaning of the rooms and staff of the very efficient reception , very good breakfast coffee.

I'm hosted in this hotel 4 days ago and even asking for a beach for Claudio, at the morning of the first day, I was put only one extra bed. Including even though I, my wife and a 3-year-old baby, we are in 3 single beds. Every day we left the window completely lacked for the child's sake, and today when we arrived from a day of walk, the window was completely open with the curtains covering it. As I was without wind, I did not know whether I had something open or not; and thus my son almost came out by the window and was unbalanced (with something of God pulling him into the window), and thus we spoke to him. Careful son and he said, ”The window is open, Mom, there is nothing more to say,” after the greatest fear we have had in our life, we call the reception to report what happened. In 10 minutes, the person at the reception (day 31/07 at 19:30) came to the room and gave me a chain!!!!! But there is no place to put chain in the window! . I spoke to him about the absurdity that had happened, and he told me: 'A thousand excuse, one of these situations the hotel can even close. To not shock his face I said: ”Did you have killed my son?” He realized the m*** I had said and now what I have left is to hope to finish the day soon with certainty that I will never again indicate that space for anyone and I will certainly speak the same in the agency I reserved.

We are now hosted, unfortunately. My husband booked for hotel is.com, where he said he had been taste and room service with limited time. We arrived at the end of the evening, exhausted, with our 3-year-old daughter still more exhausted. Then we asked our daughter a half cup of brown milk: NOT DISPONIBLIZED. It's a baby cup, but only the microwave.... I was thinking: certainly not to serve milk at breakfast, pq is very absurd a hotel to say with international standard and not to provide (having???) half cup of milk for a child, since it has no room service! We have spent the last three nights in a Penha hostel: the last three nights have cost little more than a Mercure daily, and they have provided meat (not charged) every night. We're not going to pay the current price for the parking, because on the site where we book, there is another value. Be honest to the same on this issue, because you have no way to fix the fact that there is no room service... what disappointment!

Fique hospedada nesse hotel por 2 dias, estava somente de passagem, e durante a minha estadia sumiu algumas coisas minhas do meu quarto de dentro da minha necessarie, eu usei alguns produtos e coloquei novamente dentro da necessarie, e deixei em cima da bancada do banheiro, deixei as coisas ajeitadas pois iria ficar pouco tempo, sairia com destino final em para Gramado, no dia do checkin terminei de arrumar minhas coisas e sai, quando cheguei em Gramado e fui desfazer as malas, e usar minhas coisas que senti falta, na mesmo hora entrei em contato com eles e não fizeram nada, simplesmente falaram que as coisas não estava no hotel e que não podiam fazer nada.

The hotel is well located. The warm pool environment has a very strong and unpleasant mopho smell. I stayed with the inside of my nose burning. The jacuse we went was with dirt (dead skins) on the edges. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever sleeped. Very good. Clean and structure of the room, we find good. Care from entrance to exit, were exceptional. nice and proof of performance. A tasty breakfast with varieties. I found a little unpleasant a flavour of aired pan, like, a bombril smell, and I felt the taste in a cake. But one day before I had no such smell and taste. Good lifts. And despite being charged for parking, the service to drive and get the car is very convenient.

The staff were wonderful, from the manubrist to the cook at breakfast, and the room was very comfortable, with a hot shower, because there was nothing to wait for water was already hot. Location: 2 squares from the edge, everything is done on foot and still has a market there is 1 square.Negative point: acoustic isolation - walking with children 5:00 in the morning no longer sleep, because any noise from the neighbouring rooms is from the corridor were hearable. I recommend putting many silence plates for guests throughout the corridor, as this would be the only way to contain the noise.

O hotel é grande, fica bem localizado, estando próximo de shoppings e praia. O quarto é amplo, contendo micro-ondas e pia, além do frigobar, o que facilita para quem quer pedir comida no quarto. O café da manha é excelente, com grande variedade de alimentos e com opção de quem tem restrições alimentares, como bolos sem açúcar e sem glúten. Possui piscina aquecida, maquinas de Fliperama (altamente nostálgico). Atenção para o estacionamento, que é pago a parte e seu carro é entregue a um manobrista, que no meu caso foi um ponto negativo, já que o que me recebeu foi extremamente grosseiro, comigo e minha esposa, fazendo com que minha primeira impressão tenha sido péssima. Contudo, o segundo manobrista foi extremamente educado, assim como os demais funcionários, mudando minha opinião sobre o atendimento.

Cheguei cansado de noite e me deparei com a informação que não havia vaga no estacionamento do Hotel, que é pago 35,00 separado. Me recomendaram parar em um estacionamento de rua sem nenhuma proteção e eu com o carro cheio de produto. E com o detalhe, paguei 70,00. Nem ao menos a cortesia de reembolso da diferença do estacionamento me ofereceu. O Hotel é bom, a parte humana é péssimo.

Fiquei em um que não era reformado, mas tbm era bom. Aspectos negativos Check in tardio, só a partir das 15 horas. Ar condicionado só no quarto de casal. Na sala e no outro quarto não tem. Mucamas dejan muy aseado y ordenado el cuarto, reposición de jabón - shampoo ok. Recepción excelente los muchachos. Incluso el manager también colaborador. piscina exterior un verdadero jacuzzi para relajo. instalaciones limpias y se ven recientes. sin olores en pasillos o acumulación de basuras. Para niños fue suficiente la mesa de pool y maquinas arcade...el resto que necesitamos para comer o beber es cosa de caminar y recorrer avenida hotel excelente para descansar e ir con familia ,como muchas que habíamos ascensores buenos Precios módicos Felicitaciones

The hotel is located in a great area right across the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars! When it comes to the interior of the hotel, it definitely needs some work! Some of the previous reviews prior to mine from several years ago stated that the hotel needed some upgrades and you'd think they did that after several years...seems like it did not happen. The room that was originally booked was absolutely below average from the description. Was given a room on the first floor right next to the elevator corridors where you could hear everyone walking, the sink was clogged, the toilet wasn't flushing properly and the room itself was so uncomfortable to just be inside, it felt so dark and dreary. We ended up upgrading to a room facing the beach on the third floor. It was definitely better but not superb. Bathrooms are old and sinks in both units we stayed in really need some attention as it clogs up fast! The breakfast buffet was great and staff were accommodating. Other than that, I probably would opt for a different hotel next time.

Hummmmmm.... O hotel não possui elevador, mas para mim não teve problema, pois já sabia... Mas é sempre bom lembrar, né? Ficamos no terceiro andar com varanda... A garagem fica há uns 100 metros do hotel (até aqui tudo bem); e tive que pagar R$ 35,00 por dia para usá-la (particularmente não gostei disso)...

I also missed a streaming service, and today most hotels offer it, and I believe that if you travel and stay in the hotel just to sleep it affects less, but as we take rainy days we miss this entertainment in the room. - The very ”slack” room gardens did not dark the room well. I think it is important to put a blackout to give more comfort to the guests.

Hotel fantástico!!! Nós 5 dias de estadia, não vi uma sujeira em todo chão do hotel, os banheiros, a cozinha e a recepção têm um cheiro maravilhoso!! E o café da manhã ??? FORMIDÁVEL, completíssimo! Todos os funcionários, principalmente a CAROL do café da manhã, são muito educados e prestativos. Fui com criança de 6 anos e meu bebê de 8 meses e o espaço kids, embora pequeno, foi muito importante. O hotel oferece também uma copa baby onde preparei e esterelizei mamadeira todos os dias, 24hs por dia aberto! Perto do Centro, com estacionamento. O hotel não tem luxo mas tudo, tudo mesmo é pensado com muito carinho ali, o hotel é completo e oferece tudo com muita limpeza e boa vontade !!! Nota 1000 !!
