The hotel is top rated for a reason. They communicated well before we arrived, suggesting dinner reservations since August is high season. (Our sunset dinner at La Terraza was perfect.). They ensured we got into their parking without incident. We had a lovely, clean room with a nice view. COVID protocols are strictly observed so we felt safe. It was magical being so high on the mountain and just steps from the old towers. Wonderful, warm service!
I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also very conveniently located being next to the Porta Nuova train station.
Great location in Old Town San Marino! The views are amazing! A lovely old hotel. As with many hotels in such a location, parking is a real challenge. Be prepared to hunt around during peak times. We parked once and decided to leave the car in place for two days rather than hassle with it. The on-site restaurant was good, breakfast was adequate. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The biggest issue was the bed. Rock hard. Felt like we were a leeping directly on the box springs. I ended up putting the comforter on the bottom and that added just enough padding to sleep. To me, one or two night in this hotel would be just right and plenty of time to see everything in old Town.
I stayed in this hotel last weekend with a colleague. I occupied a very beautiful single room, very comfortable bed, fantastic kitchens! Perfect cleaning, clean and comfortable bathroom. Excellent breakfast with wide choice, sweet and salty. A friendly and educated staff. To be advised!
Check in is very fast! Just register your ID card and 2 euros! The room key should be hung at the front desk when going out and cannot be taken away. The food that I pack from the restaurant outside cannot be put in the refrigerator at the front desk, only medicines can be stored. It is a law and regulation. The front desk said it could help me heat it in the microwave in the morning. The room is well ventilated, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Standing on a small balcony and looking at the trees and roads outside, it feels good. There are chairs and three lines for drying clothes. Many people are watching towels. I guess I went to the beach to swim. The bathroom in the room is good, there are foot towels, two medium towels and one large towel. I can use it alone! The TV is small, all in Italian. There are three free biscuits on the table. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from No. 42 on the beach. There are many family hotels nearby, all of them seem to be three stars. The front desk is friendly. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and in the evening many people are drinking below. Wi-Fi requires email registration, which is very powerful at night. It seems that many people use Wi-Fi in the afternoon and morning, which is not easy to use! Check out is also very fast!
The hotel is located in a pedestrian area in the very downtown. So it is fantastic to explore Rimini by walking. If one drives is really complicated. We did not know that( maybe a mistake of “ booking”?) and moreover it was during the holiday season, so arriving to the hotel was a nightmare. It would have been nice to get an e- mail from the hotel telling us about the streets closed to the traffic. We wanted to visit nearby places during our stay but we just went to San Marino and decided to stay in Rimini the next days since driving was so difficult. It is a design hotel. So the reception, the breakfast room ;which works as a bar and restaurant as well, are very nice. About the room... it is different. The bathroom is big and nice to see but not really practical. The shower is in front of the toilet and sink and does not have any glass separating the area. So when one takes a shower everything gets wet which of course is very unpleasant. The bedroom area is quite small. There is little place for one’s things. There is only one mirror in the bathroom and a placard is inside the bathroom too? Not very convenient in my opinion. About the minibar located outside the room, I would not have problem, but it might happen that one wants to drink something late at night... anyway... The service in the reception was just ok, the ladies in the breakfast area were nice and helpful and the cleaning ladies did a good job, but the second day we arrive about four in the afternoon to rest a little bit and the room was still not ready. The breakfast was very good. So pros and cons...
We stayed for 3 nights in this very good located hotel cloese to the beach. Unfortunately we weather was a bit too cold, so that we could not enjoy the beach very much. However, staff was extremely helpful and friendly and give us a lot of tips for the different places to eat and also recommended a tour to the old town of Rimini. This cosy place was worth to see. We had a pleasant room on the 2nd floor with 2 balconies overlooking the beach. The view just in fron tof the hotel was not so nice, as there was an unused spot and on the other piece of land it was a car park. it seems to be tha the owners of the hotel could not buy these small lots to add them to the hotel property. But of course this are small luxury problems. The breakfast was very good, even with all the Covid-19 restrictions a very friendly waiter prepared the food. The property was very clean and nice and we enjoyed the free apero drinks before going to the dinner. A worth place to come again.
This hotel is perfectly located between city centre and the beach. It’s also easy access to train station (10min walk) and bus 9 (airport). The bedroom was fine and bathroom was roomy and shower was good. Air con was pleasant. I didn’t try breakfast or restaurant. The safe had no keys but we eventually found them. My two quibbles: no one answered any of my emails so I had to call to double check they weren’t shut due to COVID 19 or something ; (annoying!) the cleaning starts at 7am, and frankly, the maid is the noisiest person ever. Imagine a hoover on the room next to you at 7am when you went to bed at 2am! The walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbours, which is not great, but cleaning staff can be scheduled for a more godly hour. I had the worst 3 mornings ever, up hours before I intended to be. As many travellers complained and clearly the hotel doesn’t care, I am giving only 3 stars.
We stayed here a couple of nights and had a room to the back of the hotel. We slept well in comfortable beds and enjoyed the good breakfast. The hotel has a good location close to the centre of town and also next to the railway station and bus station if you want to go to San Marino. They have free parking behind the hotel if you are driving and it is close and easy to drive to San Marino from here. Just around the corner there is a Saturday market.. Rimini is a nice town with a lovely beach.Napoleon is a good place to stay.
Visited for Rimini for the Imola GP and was not disappointed! Hotel polo was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff (everyone we came in contact to especially receptions!) . The location is fantastic just 1 min walk and you are on the beach but also surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops so you could not want a better location. Room was great bed very comfy and also a balcony which was nice to sit out at night time. Breakfast was plentiful with different options each day we were there. The cleaner who cleaned our room made an amazing job everyday! The reason for 4 rather than 5 is the noise at night I know its not the hotels fault however it was very noisy every night we were there up to midnight which did impact sleep.
In the peak season of the exhibition, it just happened to meet the peak of the reservation. Some problems occurred during the reservation, and it was quickly resolved after communicating with the front desk. The beach can be seen from the balcony. Behind the sea, the scenery is good. Recommended.
Leave a comment not only means complaining or discovering the hair in the egg, but also appreciating the availability and entrepreneurship following exceptional requests. I enjoyed the bonus vacations to spend a w.e. in Rimini with my 20-kg dog that many facilities did not accept, but the Niagara manager told me that if my dog was in agreement, he could take me to a holiday with her. I didn't think it could be so easy to use the bonus, and the manager has been able to accompany me wisely in this new experience for everyone. We decided to travel by train because from the station, to reach the hotel, it takes only 15 minutes to walk pleasantly along a relaxing park, between people who are doing sports and those who take their hair friends to relax (being in the hotel also) The hotel is located just apart from the park and the area is indoor from the chaos of the night movement so that the night rests in a great way. The manager, a person rich in irony and culture, has been careful of every need we need by making us feel comfortable and indicating the historical and characteristic points of interest of the city, yes, Rimini is not just beach and moved, and I didn't know ... Talking about the structure, according to the standards set for a three-star, I was surprised because in the room I found a mini-fridge where I could keep the food water fresh and also internet in the room!!!
If you're looking for a comfortable, well-priced and well-located family run hotel in Rimini look no further. I spent 3 nights at Villa Lalla and every staff/family was more helpful than the next. The bed was a little bit hard on the first night but when I asked to move to another room it was absolutely no problem at all - I was even upgraded to a bigger room (with a very comfortable bed!) I'm coeliac - once again no problem at all, they provided food for a gluten-free breakfast. But where they really excelled themselves was the evening where I tried to order a gluten-free pizza (the owner had even gone to the trouble of calling around different pizzerias to see who would deliver). So I ordered on JustEat and there was a problem with the JustEat delivery - the owner got on the phone to the pizzeria to see if they could deliver another one, if not he was going to send his staff member to get it for me! I've been living in Rome for 6 years and I've never seen such dedication to customer service in all the time I've been in Italy. What made it even better is that they actually genuinely care about their guests - it's a passion, not just a job - they're not just helping because they have to, they want to! Bravi! When looking for a comfortable, well-priced hotel in Rimini that's within walking distance to everything the city has to offer, look no further.
I booked a superior room and was given a standard, not a major deal but the rooms are very small - VERY. There is little room for any suitcases or items. The hotel is clean, but one concern is they write the room number on the electronic keys - security issue as you have to return keys on checkout or charged The hotel located closer to the commercial section vs tourist section. The room temperature is controlled at main desk for the room which is ridiculous, they closet the temperature even though you have thermostat in room it does nothing There is parking but it is very tight onsite. Overall we had a nice stay but not getting our room we reserved or refunded the difference in price is not acceptable for a hotel to do
We stayed in 5 at the Lugano Residence from 1 to 5 August. The residence is located in a strategic area, about 200 meters from the sea and 100 meters from one of the country's main courses (the course which all major buses pass). The check-in is at 15, but if the room is free, you will be entered before (we entered at 10.30). All staff, you have always been kind and available at every hour of the day and night. Excellent cleaning, working lift. 2 air conditioners in our apartment, 2 balconies, spacious bathroom. Kitchen provided all. Price in the standard, 4 nights, 120 euros per person including charges.
The hotel is well situated on the beach area of the town with restaurants and bars close by. The room was spacious and had good facilities with a large balcony. Breakfast was a good quality buffet with plenty of choice. The staff were also helpful and friendly. The only negative point would be the noise from the nearby ‘Bounty’ which has live bands outdoors until 1am or even later. We stayed off season and managed to get to sleep when the band took a break!! It’s loud and poor quality! Due to the noise every night I wouldn’t stay again and would pick a hotel further away.
Our stay at hotel ascot was very pleasant,, we had a good sized room that was always cleaned and tidied when we were out and was always given fresh towels and new shampoos and soaps. Although we didn't have a sea view it was still nice to see the mountains in the distance. It I'd quite pricey to have a dinner at the hotel and also doing the spa and the treatments so I would carry extra euros with you. Staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to transport and prices of certain things. The free beach was lovely to sit on and I'm happy we picked this hotel
I usually pay a capre and I balance the account at the check out, this time after the operator insists paid in advance without even checking whether what I paid was what I wanted to buy. So the error was my, I booked a 90-euro economy by night! The key of the room with a broken and shocked key holder had already given me to think ... No to the reception. The receptionists have cleared me with a dry no to all my requests (including an upgrade to a solution above my expenses) while the bathroom is a three-star room not in line with my expectations. 20x30cm window that needs a stairway to open it, no aspirator, and fog smells that come into the room. The unpracticable bidet for the wall-remounted spaces, the shower is only a presence with floor and tent discharge (smut and consumed) The whole mirror is macked, the appliance of dirt light, bathing accessories are minimal .. The phone attached to the outside wall of the bathroom almost in the bedroom, the tents are detached and not maintained, the dirty balcony for three days has not been removed a socket annoyed by anyone as a customer. My complaints were told that this was not a "jacket and slipper" hotel but a "vacation" style, and that my size (weight and height) was too large and that other customers had not complained. the breakfast staff and the quality of the food served.
Let's start with the good things. Hotel Europa is in a great location - right in the centre of the busy nightlife and shopping area of Rimini and a five minute walk to the beach. The room prices are also great - I paid about a third of what i paid in Venice, for example. And it seems to be very popular with Italian families, of which there were many when I visited. A shame that the facilities aren't up to such high praise. My bedroom was dark and pokey. The aircon didn't work. Nor the room safe. No fridge. A week trickle of water from the hand basin. Shower door wouldn't close - it almost came off in my hands. Towels not changed. Bedroom walls are paper thin - I could hear full details from a family with a crying baby on one side and an amorous couple on the other. Breakfast room and service was like something from a military barracks. The entire experience was like Yugoslavia 1982. Could do with a bit of a shake up. But then again, it was very cheap - so maybe you get what you pay for.
If you are looking for a warm and friendly hotel in Rimini, I would certainly recommend Hotel Imperiale 4 stars). The receptionist are very helpful, the breakfast is excellent and the bed rooms are always clean and tidy. The swimming pool is relatively larger than other Rimini hotels and the location is based on the nicer side of the Town with good transport links. It also has it's own Private Beach area. Whilst the rooms are clean and tidy, some of them need to be refreshed to modern 4 star levels and the waiters and waitresses could do with some inspiration as they work very hard, but look a bit down beat (1980s). Nevertheless, our family of 5 have had a wonderful holiday in Rimini and would certainly come back to Hotel Imperiale.
At the third year of the hotel for two weeks I have to say that efficiency has always been constant. The rooms are cleaned daily by staff known and tried for years ( you can forget/depart from Rolex without fear of not finding it again ), the clothing is changed with a short and regular frequency, if necessary, also on request. The very cure and tasteful kitchen vary every day offering in abundance: first tasty, meat or fish always cooked and served with love, beautiful fruit always fresh and .....I forgot the buffet always well provided with 5 or 6 fresh vegetables more The staff is familiar and this is the strong point of the harmony that is needed to blend their invidiable understanding. It is always the impression that everything is under control and that nothing can adversely affect the overall development of the hotel. This situation does not give rise to disgusting discussions under the shadow, as I have heard to others. hotels. My wife and I arrived at Moby Dick through Tripadvisor's help, which we also thank this service. What is more, try and you won't risk much ..... at first you will be happy to return. The staff Anna (Chef ) Mauritius (General Manager ) Andrea and Ivan (room specialists ) as you will understand is more than wonderful to your customers ....What you spend returns everything.
The staff were very friendly and super available at every hour of the day and night, we stayed during the Riminicomics 2021 and even returning to absurd times the staff was always kind and professional. The area is quiet and very close to the city center a street still quiet even in the evening and night. The room was super nice and clean. But above all, price quality more than right, we are super satisfied. We will surely return!!
Very nice hotel, clean & fresh, staff good, helpful & pleasant. There’s some really nice furniture & ornaments dotted around. Good breakfast with nice staff, especially the Russian girl, sorry forgot her name. Evenings very quiet, pool area pleasant, not large but not crowded either, had the pool to myself most days. Sanitizer dotted around, taken very seriously at this hotel. Would stay there again, but we found busier areas to go to. Parking expensive, they have a car park around the back, but reserve your space when you book, it’s always busy. (Around 18-19 per day) free if you park on the road outside the hotel.
Such a well kept hotel, room and bathroom scrubbed clean. Housekeeping is fantastic. Modeeny furniture and decor with a upclass country vibe. The staff are super friendly and always here to help. No pool or spa but the hotel provides free beach towels and is a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was amazing, the pastries are out of this world, from tarts to custard filled croissants, you name it! Such good quality, and can rival a gourmet bakery or 5 star hotel. So much better than typical hotel breakfasts! The train station is 17mins walk, flat terrain. We had cabin suitcases with us and had no trouble walking (we're in our 30s). The hotel is centrally located in a relatively quieter end of main strip, a block down from the main restaurants and shopping.
I lived in the hotel in October 2019. I liked everything. The room is excellent. Panoramic view on the sea as promised. Very clean. All the plumbing is correct. Everything works. Wi-Fi is without problems. Breakfast is good. There are Russian-speaking waitresses. They are separate thank you. On the Russian recipe do not speak. But the minimum knowledge of English is enough to understand each other. The location of the hotel - it is probably not better. On the first line at the sea and to the center nearby, walking to 15 minutes. Stop bus nearby. October is certainly not a season, there aren't many guests. Maybe that's why it was so good.
Hotel, beautiful, staff responsive, but on the first day we were stuck in the elevator, and sat at 30 degrees of heat, about an hour, with two children, it was terrible heat, dusty, the children were crying, and we were all afraid to open it didn't go, and had to call fire 🙏, We arrived and we were released ... Thanks to the staff for caring, with us took the full cost and no discount of compensation did not make ...
