+welcoming.  Amy at the front desk was very welcoming and ready to serve.  Provided me with an early check in, and a late check out; super gracious, I felt like I was walking back in time. +value. compared to other hotels just across the river. +convenience.  as long as you have car to get to Columbus. +well appointed room +Peleton in the hotel gym.  I used it and it worked like it's supposed.  Great feature.

$50 should have clued me into what to expect but I stayed anyway. The app made it look a whole lot better than it is. The app says it has a coffee maker and it does, but no coffee to put in it. It doesn’t matter though because the maker doesn’t work anyway. No hair dryer, no ironing board or ice bucket. There is a plastic bag for the bucket and some coffee cups. I think I’ll stay someplace else next time.

Me and my boyfriend stayed a couple of times at this hotel a few weeks ago ! Friendly staff especially Bobbi, she was very friendly, respect, and helped with anything we needed. Well me and my boyfriend stayed here a couple of night because of his work and the heater was not working in our room, which is understandable because it’s just now getting cold here in Georgia, but I went and asked someone at the front desk for an extra cover because the heater in our room is not working and it’s freezing. She looked me dead in my eyes and said nope! That was crazy to me! We just paid all this money to this hotel and I can’t get an extra cover because the heaters in your hotel isn’t working... so when I told my boyfriend about it he says she’s the manager and she’s always rude for no reason . Which is not a good look for this hotel she needs to be in a office alone and away from customers. She makes the front desk look bad, especially when I know some of them don’t act the way she does. Tried to talk to the owner he never responded. So I called corporate and took matters with them.

Traditionally, we stay at a different hotel chain when traveling, but that hotel was sold out when I tried to make reservations. I imagine the local military base with its various ceremonies really keeps hotels in this area busy. By default, I saw Hyatt Place had availability with only a slightly higher price than what we normally pay, so I made the reservations. This was one of those happy accidents that resulted in me cancelling our December reservations at that other hotel and rebooking with Hyatt Place when we return for my son's military graduation. First, the price is in the same range with Holiday Inn Express and similar hotels, yet the facility and amenities are so much nicer. Our king suite room was wonderful (again -- price was slightly more than a regular room elsewhere). The bed was so comfortable, we had a nice work area, sink / counter / frig area, couch, huge tv, nice solid fixture, gorgeous shower area, great hygiene products, etc. Breakfast was wonderful. I'm not sure if they were missing anything at all, including two types of eggs, breakfast meats (yes bacon), danishes, cereals, etc. The pool and gym were clean and well-kept. I felt a little guilty -- as if I should be paying much more for our stay. I'm looking forward to returning.

After working all day and then driving hours to be able sleep for the night to wake up bright and early for a swim meet, we should've just stayed home and woke up extra early to drive. -Pros: location reflects pricing. It's not that far from places to eat, attractions, grocery store. Minimal road noise. The check out process was easy. -Cons: The woman at the front desk, Mrs. P, who others have referenced in other reviews, should perhaps get some additional training because if she's what is representing this chain, they really need to do better. We arrived after a large bus group checked in, so maybe she was overwhelmed or having a bad day. Making the most of our time, we ordered a pizza to have delivered and scheduled during a delivery window, we left to grab a few items from a grocery store and I called the hotel to ask what type of coffee maker was in the room (kcup, single brew) so we could pick up our favorite coffee while we were out. She very rudely said she didn't know and I could just get coffee at the desk. Got back from the store, took the kid and myself upstairs while the other half waited in the lobby for the pizza. Remote didn't work for TV, sent kid down to her Dad to exchange remotes. Was told if it didn't work again not to come to the front desk because the woman would have to come to our room. Pizza arrived. Unfortunately, no paper plates, cutlery or napkins. I remembered seeing breakfast so I thought I would ask if we could grab some disposable plates or bowls. Front desk woman had a customer infront of her and she asked if she could help me, I asked if I could get a couple plates for the pizza we just ordered and she snapped and said, those plates are for customers. That would be me, FYI. I said ok, so, would I be able to get a few papertowels, something? She said, I have to help this customer, and I said, ok-- I was planning to wait as it was, I wasn't wanting them this instant. The agent then took a key to show a room, went up the staircase where there is a glass wall and bad mouthed me to another customer and I looked up at her and said, I can hear you. They came downstairs and she came to me with three paper plates and said that's all you can get, and I thanked her. Fast forward. We have eaten dinner. It's time to take showers and go to bed. Daughter showers first. There are two towels and three humans. She announces, mom, the water is yellow. It was. It cleared after about 5 minutes. I go to prepare the pull out sofa while she showers, there are no linens. So, again, I go downstairs where the agent sits and eats and does not get up until a different guest comes up. She serves that guest first. I ask for linens for the pull out and an extra big towel since there are 3 people total in our room. She said she would bring the towel. We never got the towel. She never called to tell us she didn't have any or that they were behind or out. -We stayed in room 314. -There was an unfinished threshold between the living

This location is formerly a Country Inn and Suites and you can tell this by the architecture of the building. But it has been remodeled and looks great. Our suite worked well for a family... the bedroom area and the rest of the room had a door to close between. And there were two televisions. Breakfast was adequate and the employees were very nice. The outside was very clean and there is shopping and plenty of restaurants around. It sits behind some other businesses and the sign directing you to the hotel is quite small. I felt you really had to look for it. The location is not very far from the sights of Columbus.

This hotel exceeds expectations!! I visit this often when I travel for work in Columbus. I always find it to be clean with a pleasant smell. The staff from the Manager to the housekeepers are always very professional and courteous. They make sure mine and my colleagues are very well taken care of and that they do all that they can to accommodate us. Hilton is usually a disappointment. No exception here. The room was provided for us to attend a wedding. At least this one has microwaves in rooms and a fridge. Pod “coffee” maker, so can’t even use your own coffee for a decent cup. Have to pay for breakfast. It was clean, but drainage in bathroom was extremely slow. Lighting in the room as a whole very dim, especially in the bathroom. Flat pillows, hard bed, rough sheets as far as bedding and nothing but a desk chair and a hard straight back chair for seating. Hallway not climate controlled. This location is somewhat isolated and not near to restaurants. On site grill was extremely limited in choices. Staff was nice, but overall, about what I expect from Hilton - not quite getting to where it should be…

Everything looked, new, fresh and modern both in the lobby as well as in my guest room. I especially enjoyed the staff service & was recognized & thanked for being a diamond member of the hotel rewards program. Fresh coffee, several different types of hit tea & lemon ice water were available first st and 2nd shift. Breakfast was superb & featured a side variety of both freshly cooked hot items, dairy selections, juice, fresh fruit and more. I never had a problem getting more towles when I needed them,. The housekeeping staff was very courteous and respectful & the front desk made the daily payment process a breeze. I have no one negative thing to say about my stay here. I will definitely be back

During our recent stay at this hotel , we experienced an emergency with our pug. Due to the excellent information and help given by the general manager and staff off this property, we were able to get our puppy immediate help ! The general manager even watched our other pug for the time we had to go see the vet ! The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly ! I can only recommend this property !
