It is a terrible hotel with irresponsible staff. To begin, you have to deal with cockroaches. It is in a noisy neighbourhood and not comfortable for a second. Wifi is rubbish and you can´t browse. We stayed (me and wife)2 days in the hotel . we thought that it will be an old style hotel but we were surprised that it was very advance in technology like the card operated lift(however we were given one card only and this gave me some annoyance when i leave my wife in the room and i can't operate the lift) and NFC card operated room doors. WiFi is fast in the room . the bathroom is roomy and gives you all the option, the room is wide and was great at the seventh floor. the breakfast has a wide variety of options. the staff is very friendly and they aid us on our walk-around in the city. the biggest wining point for the hotel is its location where you are near the old shopping districts and at the same time near the bus station where it can take you anywhere in the city. certainly going there again.FromUS$49.00

I stayed in this hotel for one night. In my opinion smoking is a very big problem especially in hotels in Adana region. Adana Sürmeli unfortunately gets its share from this severe problem as well. Stuff is very helpful and did all their best to make one comfortable. Beds and pillows were very good. WiFi was quite problematic. I must admit I couldn’t get any connection from my room. That was annoying. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was also not as expected from a 5 star hotel. The place where they serve breakfast was very dark and very flat. Check-out was lightning fast. Overall Surmeli Hotels used to be better in means of quality but they should re-consider themselves.FromUS$38.00

We had a weekend spa for 6 people. It was brilliant. Each room had a complementary bottle of fizz, tea, coffee and biscuits. The beds were very comfortable. During our stay we had full access to the pool,sauna jacuzzi and gym. We all enjoyed a variety of treatments. Staff were professional but friendly and very helpful. The service at our evening meal was a little slow. However,The meal was delicious and the staff kindly brought a surprise dessert for the birthday girl. Breakfast was amazing and the light lunch plentiful. I will definitely be going back.FromUS$29.00

We stayed for 12 days in the Sirin Park Hotel while discovering Adana and the surrounding areas. The location is perfect as it is easy to get to all public transport and also shopping areas and restaurants. Our room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable.Everyday the cleaning staff did an excellent job and also fresh water and tea/coffee is supplied everyday. The breakfast is delicious and the staff ensures that the food is always replenished. There are a wide selection of food to choose from. All the staff from reception to housekeeping and kitchen are always so friendly and ready to help with any request. The manager Okan and Cemre and Gamzi at reception made us feel welcome from the first day. Can highly recommend the hotel.FromUS$42.00

Staff is corteous at all times and always willing to assist in all departments front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. 5 min drive from the airport, Ideal for overnights if waiting for a connection, and easy to get onto the main road to move around if needed. Fantastic park at around 10 min walk, an oasis in the midst of the city. Electronics shop next door and atm, tea shops and eateries all around the block. Bazaar about 15 min away. Really good breakfasts with a wide variety to choose from. Also ate in one night and a decent menu we thought. Staff very courteous and nothing is a problem. I came on business and stayed 3 nights and had a great experience. I was given the same room as last time which really enhanced my stay. I am grateful for the upgrade from a club room to a junior suite and I made use of the club lounge on the 10th floor. I had a great balcony and a huge terrace with great views of the Seyhan river. The views both by day and by night are very different and both are spectacular. I used the gym several times. It is well equipped with modern equipment and the gym is mostly full of locals who have memberships. I used the sauna and steam room as well as the hamam and jacuzzi. Great for health and relaxation. The one member of staff who was most helpful was Chef Kadir from La Spezia restaurant located on the ground floor. He was very helpful with my special diet and is a great asset to the Sheraton hotel. Please thank him on my behalf. It’s a great 5 star hotel and I look forward to my next visit.FromUS$89.00
