There's not enough good words that can be said about the skills and training of the front desk staff, the breakfast servers, the evening dining room staff, and the housekeeping ladies. I am what is now being referred to as a ”Digital Nomad,” single, solo and senior traveler... and this hotel really fits my needs. Sure it could be €10 cheaper, but the room has an excellent long work countertop, WiFi Internet, large bed for sleep and for organizing travel bags, bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower correctly designed for use, and the food service is quite amazing. While you do need to take the taxi to most places, unless you drive, there is a major shopping mall just across the highway, and an unadvertised underground tunnel to get to the other side of the road and to that shopping center! I am not a fancy restaurant person, but the restaurant accommodates me with a very simple selection of food by my request. Both at breakfast and at dinner, the dining room is usually packed with happy diners and eaters. While I sit there with my simple food selection at dinner, I do admire the variety of Italian dishes that are ordered by other diners. Maybe I can't eat the spicy food but it sure looks good! And the other guests are very happy! I have used the Hotel's driver to taxi me to and from a variety of locations: BGY airport, Bergamo train Station, as well as the Covid vaccination center! He can be booked by SMS text and WhatsApp. Extremely easy to communicate with- both digitally and in multiple languages. The hotel is off the beaten track, therefore the taxi rides are going to be 10 additional euro from what might be expected in more urban areas. This is one of my more favorite hotels of any brand. While I rate the location as poor because you need to drive to get almost anywhere, the remoteness of the location is in itself a plus if you are residing here for more than just an overnight, because the landscaping is simple yet comforting, and major parking is underground.

There is free water, the room, the corridor tastes OK, there is no fox smell. Breakfast is more abundant. The room utilization is also OK. Overall very satisfied. The only downside is that in a town, the traffic is not very powerful.

I have visited this hotel a couple of time during the last 5 months and the best description I can give is that is an average hotel with its prons and cons. What I liked: The modern rooms, the cleaning quality, the staff on the restaurant. What was average: The reception staff ( there were some nice workers and some not so nice) and the location (you need a car 100%). What i didnt like: The internet was awful in the 2 rooms I was ( one stay one week, another stay 2 weeks). I was there on a bussiness trip and both times I had to connect to the mobile phone to be able to send emails. The air conditioning was not reliable.

We had a night because of a problem with the airline, and we were welcomed by a very kind and sympathetic staff, ready to ask any request and very timely to answer the most varied information. We seemed to be at home, careful, kind, sympathetic and very comprehensive. Very a great place to stay for work trips or for a little relaxation, surrounded by a very well-kept and very nice villager (Treviolo).

Prenotato pacchetto Leolandia con un gruppo di amici per una notte, abbiamo deciso di arrivare un giorno prima estendendo il soggiorno con prenotazione telefonica. Prima notte tutto ok, stanza doppia in area moderna, abbiamo portato il nostro lettino da campeggio e biancheria per la bambina. Al pomeriggio successivo, intorno alle 14 decidiamo di portare nostra figlia a dormire in camera perché letteralmente ingestibile per la stanchezza. Mia moglie va in reception a riprendere le carte d'identità che hanno voluto tenere dalla sera prima (per legge questo non si può fare ma vabbè) e io porto la piccola in camera. Apro la porta e trovo il nostro letto tutto scoperchiato, con cuscini e lenzuola sporchi buttati nel lettino (da noi rifatto in mattinata) e il copriletto appallottolato sopra una pila di vestiti puliti. I nostri effetti personali spostati e anche messi in disordine, mentre avevo mia figlia piangente in braccio mi hanno davvero innervosito e ho subito chiamato mia moglie (già che era li) per dirle di avvisare subito in reception del ****** che ho trovato. Il mio tono di voce era sicuramente alto e adirato,non lo nascondo, ma esponevo il fatto che non capivo cosa avessero combinato alla stanza mettendola cosi in disordine. Per esperienza precedente nel settore alberghiero, le porte delle camere in pulizia vanno lasciate aperte durante il rinfresco, e si chiudono e lasciano solo quando sono pulite. Mia moglie poi sempre per telefono mi dice che in un quarto d'ora arrivano, ma mia figlia non poteva essere appoggiata da nessuna parte e quindi ho alzato la voce dicendo che dovevano arrivare subito. Per fortuna una cameriera ai piani gentilissima passava li e l'ho chiamata per rimettere almeno le lenzuola pulite. Mi ha spiegato che qualcuno aveva scritto checkout sulla nostra stanza e per quello non era rifatta. Qua ci sono due errori grossi: primo, noi stavamo ancora una notte quindi bastava un riordino veloce. Secondo, anche se fosse stato un checkout non si buttano cose sporche su tutti i nostri oggetti personali che erano ancora li. Sarei passato oltre ma poi mia moglie dopo parecchio arriva in camera e mi dice di essere stata praticamente aggredita verbalmente dalla signora della reception a causa dei toni che ho avuto e per aver insultato lo staff e il suo operato con testuali parole ”porconi e parolacce contro di loro” (era una chiamata privata tra me e mia moglie senza viva voce) e il tutto senza scusarsi subito per l'inconveniente, mostrandosi scocciata dal primo istante della richiesta. Anzi, ha accusato mia moglie di averli messi in cattiva luce davanti ai clienti in arrivo, le ha detto di cercarsi un altro posto per dormire e che pretendeva le mie scuse giu da loro. Sentita una cosa del genere sono sceso subito a chiarire, primo perché non si ascoltano le telefonate private anche se sei a mezzo metro di distanza solo perché uno ha un tono di voce alto e adirato; secondo, almeno la prossima volta ascolti meglio, perché dire che una p
