It was close to the rental car return place I rented to go to Niagara and parking was free, so I booked for one night and it was really the best accommodation. Cleanliness, room, bathroom is so clean and nice, and there is a sofa bed, so I got extra bedding and slept comfortably. There was an induction, so I borrowed a pot at the front desk and boiled ramen deliciously ~! On Trip.com, breakfast is marked as a milk kit / lunch box, and you can freely bring bread, waffles, fruits (oranges, bananas), scrambled, bacon, drinks, etc. I went around 8:30 and it was the end time, so I didn't have much quantity, but I kept bringing it and filling it. Thank you~

Good value for money for the region. Cleaning needs to be improved as we found a cockroach as soon as we opened the room. They need to ventilate the hotel more since they have a smoking area. Many stores around which I consider excellent for shopping.

It is a relatively old-fashioned hotel type, but the English at the front desk has to be very standard, there are not many types of breakfast, but it fully meets the needs, the proprietress and each table say hello and chat, the surrounding environment is also very good, unfortunately did not go shopping.

I was fine with the hotel but it is not for everyone. The hotel is a bit dated. The room is quite simple but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was a good selection of tv channels. However, there is some deep cleaning required as the heater intake was VERY dusty (see image). The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were fine for me, but they are quite thin and small. When checking in, I noticed shampoo packets were available at the front desk, but only hand soap packets were provided in the room. Water was not provided in the room nor was there a water dispenser to fill a water bottle. The hotel may want to consider providing a water dispenser in the lobby. The hotel description gives the impression that parking is not available though there was ample parking. It is near a highly developed area with lots of restaurants nearby. However, it is in a bit of a secluded area so it is best suited for travelers with a car. I was a bit disappointed that my room was not available at 430pm (check-in is at 3pm) but the hotel was short staffed that day. The staff I interacted with were polite and tried their best to be helpful. The main concern people may have is safety. The hotel is at the end of a quiet street and it is brightly lit outside of the hotel. However, many of the rooms open outdoors and there was no security staff visible at the hotel. It is certainly a budget hotel and many of the clients had a rough appearance. I was fine but some may not be comfortable, especially single female travelers. I would consider booking again but only for a quick and inexpensive stay.

(-) Noticed a stain on the bedsheet, they ran out of toothbrushes, also TRU Hilton hotels usually give complimentary waters on check ins; this did not provide any. (+) We had two comfy queen sized bed, spacious room, free breakfast but limited options, free coffee available 24/7. Overall stay was okay.

The environment is beyond expectations. The hotel is very new. Although the room is not big, the equipment is all available. It feels good, but in Canada, you have to be prepared. There are basically no disposable items in the room, and there is no drinking water.

The overall is very good, the service is very good, humane, and the environment is very quiet. A little trouble is that there is no elevator. If there is too much luggage and the room is on the second floor, it is not very convenient. The other one is that there is no road left around the hotel. It’s all around the driveway.

The entrance to get into hotel is on a busy street and not the easiest to get into or out of at times.  Had to wait multiple times to get in and out.  The pool was closed for maintenance but looked fine and nobody was ever working on it during my stay just a sign saying so.

We stayed in room with 2 queen beds for 4 adults and 1 child. The pull out sofa bed was not very clean but we have brought a sleeping bag just in case. Other than that, the room is clean and ok. Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but housekeeping perhaps have missed checking it as the shower gel has run out. We just stayed for 1 night, so didn’t bother to call housekeeping to refill. And remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was better than I thought. They offer variety of breads( bagel, toast, french toast) , juice ( orange/ apple) fruits, yogurt, breakfast sausage and eggs and drinks including Coffee tea chocolate milk. View from 6/F was nice

First room was sticky everywhere and the second night the nozzle for the bath tube flew off and hit the side of the shower. Their workers were extremely rude. After checking in, there was always the sound of an electric drill. After consulting the hotel customer service, they said that there was always the sound of an electric drill from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. They couldn't change rooms or check out. We checked in before 12:00, so we could only take a break in the lobby. We went to the room several times in the middle. There was always the sound of an electric drill. We waited until 6:00 pm, and the sound stopped before we could go into the room to rest. Then the electric drill started again on time at 8:00 the next day. Such guest rooms should not meet the standards at all. The platform did not clearly inform that the hotel had decoration conditions and quality problems, which violated the legitimate rights and interests of the guests. The hotel failed to provide guests with a good resting place and sufficient rest time. Instead, they were strongly affected and seriously disturbed by the noise, which affected the guests' physical and mental health and made complaints. Environment: Very poor, very poor

It was the peak tourist season, and this hotel was a bit of a choice to go to the University of Buffalo. Not bad, very suitable for travel and vacation. However, all hotels in the United States have breakfast that is really not flattering.

There is a parking lot and it is very spacious. The hotel is very close to the university, within the school. There is no hot water in the room, but you can go to the front desk to get hot water. Breakfast is average, just in the same room at the front desk. The surrounding fast food restaurant is very close, there is a supermarket, just 5 minutes away.

The hotel is near the university. The price is the cheapest, but it is still expensive for students. No air ducts, no washing supplies, all by themselves. There's a microwave, a coffee maker, an ice maker. Half an hour from the nearest Walmart April 6 degrees by day and 2 degrees by night It's big and clean, but the service is not available in the United States. Clean sister sees me as transparent in the morning I can only say that every penny I'm gonna rent this house soon. Renting a hotel every day can't be done
