This place is like a heaven on earth. It has all the bucket list like lotus ponds, international multi cuisine restaurant, horse ride, water activities, cycle ride, adventure rides and what not . And here comes the interesting part of the story.... surprise...surprise... there is this interesting dance Master who teaches amazing dance moves. And it is like cherry on top of the cake. His name is Eshwar and made our trip very entertaining and energetic... brilliant... Over experience is out of this world.. please do come visit this place.

This was a surprise pack to us in Rajahmundry with world class standards. The ambience, comfort and amenities are incredible. Rooms are spacious and well furnished with ample natural light. Restaurants and dining halls are well placed with delicious local and international cuisines. Car parks, Gym and banquets are amazing. Above all the location of the hotel is very convenient with easy access in / out of city. The efficient and courteous staff add extra value. All in all, it is a perfect hotel stay

We booked two rooms here to attend a function nearby village. Salient features: 1.Property situated at heart of the city KAKINADA with max. possible standards of hygiene, good linen, effective faucets at washroom, toiletries and mineral water. 2.One more advantage is well connected with Kaustubh restaurant which us one among top 10 vegetarian restaurants of city. 3. Staff well trained and smiling front office has given an absolute delight by expediting fast. Fast check-in & checkout. 4. 100% value addition for tariff. Room cleaning staff so punctual and well maintained post cleaning room is well satisfied. 5. Front office interaction with one lady & one aged gentle *** both are guest friendly and expediting quick check-in & checkouts as we are thankful for their pleasant welcoming. Scope for improvement: 1. Could be illiterates, but room boys who are ready near front office need to improve their language to not irritate guests. Since there was no room supply of news paper my son taken from front office as room boy rudely says you need to bring back, how much time it takes, what is your room number etc. 2. Room supply of food & beverage is doing only Kaustubh restaurant opening timings but in late noon etc. even no coffee is not being interested to serve by getting from some other place.

I book room for two on 11th Dec for self and spouse. I was allotted Elite MAP for Rs. 4,500/- + Taxes. I was allotted a room in 6th floor. The room though in no-smoking zone was dreadfully stinking with cigarette smoke. I returned to the reception and asked for change of room, but he just asked another person to spray some perfume. Cigarette smoke + Perfume = Terrible stink. I again had to go to reception but they insisted on the same room. I had to call the ***ager, who gave me another room in 3rd floor. All the while my spouse was standing at the alley. Room was OK but the exhaust in bathroom was non-functional and the smell remains. I believe they have made the exhaust dysfunctional so as to save money. Still OK. Buffet food was good, but they need to take care of the flies and the cheap ice-cream they serve. South-Indian food is marvelous. ***y non-vegetarian items were also not marked appropriately. It was disgusting to see the waiters directly dipping the water jugs into the water cooler tanks, rather waiting for the taps to fill it. They took they payment but did not provide the bills (which I needed to claim from my department). Only after my 5th intervention/email threatening them of dishonest practice, they sent the bills after a couple of days on my mail. At the end, there will always be a retinue of men looking expectantly at you for tip/money. Overall, a mixed experience.
