|2.27km from city centerStayed 3 nights at this Hilton property for a college reunion. I was told it only opened last year and it shows: the hotel looks immaculately clean, from the lobby to the adjoining dining room and to our rooms. There's free hot breakfast each morning and a 24-hour complimentary coffee station. Hotel receptionists were very welcoming and friendly, particularly Neorilyn, Jantzen and Crystal. My last Hilton stays were in Europe last year at the Hilton Vienna Park and Canopy by Hilton Zagreb and I'd say my stay in Austin at the Hampton Inn & Suites mirrors the consistency of the Hilton brand of service.

|3.04km from city centerThe hotel itself was great. George checked us in and was pleasant. Room was clean and cool. We woke up early and go down for coffee. The overnight clerk was Joshua. He was kind and asked how everything was, made sure there was coffee and got us breakfast bags. THEN came the morning person, AMANDA. I went back down to get my teenagers their breakfast. EVERYTHING became difficult. She did not want to give me two sheets to mark two peoples breakfast choices...said I was making it difficult for her by requesting two (the exact same process I had with Joshua an hour earlier). Said she was going to put it all in one bag anyway. I requested TWO bags since it was for two different people with different choices. This causes her to question me...had we already received breakfast? We don’t get multiple breakfast! I let her know I am getting for others in our room ( at which point she asked again, WHY can’t I put it all in one bag?) This exchange was completely unkind and unnecessary. My advice to the hotel...get new morning staff or work with her on customer service. Other than that, hotel stay was great!

|2.33km from city centerWe really liked this hotel but the breakfast bar has an issue: The plastic cups for juice, etc. stick together. 2-4 cups stick together at a time. Therefore, since they stick people take their hands and try to separate them which means they are not sanitary once people have been touching them who knows how many times. I recommend they find a different source for their cups. The cups in the room are wrapped in plastic, so you might want to take one of those down to the breakfast. Also, no waffles are available through the week, only on weekends, which we find sort of ”cheap” since waffle mix is not expensive. Don't expect waffles through the week. Overall, the hotel is nice and these issues could easily be addressed and corrected. Location is good.

|3.45km from city centerFriendly front desk, clean spacious room, amenities in kitchenette. We had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette for one night and I could easily stay here for an extended time. I especially liked the room’s floor space and layout. Brand new hotel this year, and we will be back.

|1.89km from city centerMy gf and I stayed at one of your establishments Quality Inn, 300 E Whitestone Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613 on Dec 27th & 28th. We booked online. Yet when we arrived it seems the front desk charged our card a 2nd time which has overdrawn our account. (Charged $350 for 2 nights) Additionally we would like to point out a couple of things: The back door lock did not work. The receptionist just told us to use the rug to keep the door open. This seems like such poor advice as it is not safe allowing anyone to walk in (there were homeless people outside and the hotel is located next to bars). Our room was located right next to that door. To make things worse…the safety lock on our room door was loose and has missing screws. On a side note…there was no cream cheese (they forgot to order we were told). I only mention this because when I take into account being double charged, having a lock barely attached, AND being told by stand to use a rug to keep the back door open…it seems to me that management really is not taking care of any of her responsibilities at this location. I recommend checking these things and your charges before committing to staying here. We will not again.
