My wife & I stayed for 2 nights and we found this hotel that was close to our relative house, that we were visiting in SS20 area. It is quite spartan but has the basic necessities for an overnight stay; ie air con and reasonable twin bed, shower and WC facilities, a small fridge ( next to the bed so can be quite noisy, since we did not use it we did not turn it on ). Unfortunately, the TV was snowy but we were there to sleep so it did not bother me though I would have love to watch a bit or catch up on the day news. The plumbing in the basin was making some noise whenever we use it. As the walls are quite thin and the floors are not carpeted, you can hear quite a bit of noise from the corridors and doors slamming shut. Overall, we did manage to sleep well though I have to pay RM3 if I need an extra pillow. Eateries and a shopping mall are very close to the hotel so location is good.
Bad attitude while asking to return deposit which paid on 13th March 2020. Unprofessional when dealing with the customer. They even used vulgar words, threaten you and so on. Be careful with everything especially your deposit. Poorly recommended.
Similar to a family hotel, no window, very small, not ventilated, smelly, dark, basically can not stay in the room. Only 7-11 around, close to the light rail. Surrounding the mountains, it seems to be a noble residential area, barely outside to sleep to go back to the room. Leave at dawn.
Overall stayed was okay,as I've been staying in this hotel quite often whenever I go KL...but for this trip,I noticed the room Aircon is freezing (unable to control the thermostat... adjusted to 30degrees Celsius 😬but still the same freezing effect,it makes our sleep very uncomfortable....and the worst thing was whenever go into the bathroom ,the smell was so bad that makes me n wife had to closed the bathroom door all the time.. I've since informed the front counter staff Mr.Shagi .hope the next time when I were to stay in this hotel all the above problem mentioned above will be retified.. tq.
Stayed here a couple of times for proximity to One Utama shopping mall (MYR7-15 by GRAB) because the hotel there is expensive. Not sure why people would otherwise stay in Damansara since there are budget hotels in the city as well. Plenty of amenities within walking distance such as cafes, bars, local coffeeshops. Two fantastic speakeasies are in the same row (Hyde and 61 Monarchy). Nearby street parking is free, but difficult to find especially weekend nights when it is peak period at the bars and cafes. The cheapest room is around MYR70 (+ MYR10 if you are a foreign visitor)- no windows and just enough space for a bed and table. Sheets are stained but smell clean. Typical of such budget hotels, there is no separate compartment for shower so the water floods the entire bathroom (my pet peeve!!!). Drainage can be poor depending on your luck. No shelves to put any toiletries so you need to bring a toiletry bag or basket with a hook for your stuff. Only liquid soap provided in a mineral water bottle (mega weird). No stairs to get to the rooms.
I arrived around noon time for check in, the receptionist was very nice and have great service. This hotel is very new, the location is great, with direct walk link to mrt, one Utama mall and offices.
The room is very comfortable will very clean linen and soft bedspread. One small downside is lack of tv channels to choose from, should improve in this aspect.
I love the swimming pool as it is very relaxing and beautiful. You can swim and at the same time enjoy the mountain view.
The buffet breakfast got a good nice variety and tasted delicious.
All in all, a satisfying stay.

It is a pretty ok hotel for its price. Room and bathroom not that big, but fairly clean. I love the shower. There's coffee, tea, toothbrush, towels, shower gel, fridge, a safe, kettle. With that it is more complete than other hotels within the price range. There's intercom in a lot of places so it is easy if we need help. Private parking is very safe. Not the best hotel, but am satisfied as the price is low.
Check in at 4 and waited for 1 hour and was informed that there is no 2 single beds. The offered the king size bed. The tv and phone are not working. There is no towel in the bathroom. Had to go to service counter to request for towel. Other than that everything is fine for me. Breakfast and service is quite good.
We are family of 4. This hotel is family friendly. Location wise got nearby 7E, walking distance to Kenny Hills Baker. Room was widely comfortable for us, very clean I am impressed. Amenities perfect from kitchen cutlery, room & toilet dont worry they got u covered. Breakfast spread not that variety but for me, just enough ❤️
Got starbuck & light refreshment vending machine
A bit minimal issue :
Have to leave rm150 for room deposit
Parking fee is free if not more than 24H, otherwise have to pay
Initially they gave me a room occupied by another guest, have to go back to the reception but it didnt took long for them to solve this issue.
I dont mind any of this issue bcs I was so happy staying here. Definitely will come back ❤️
Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.
The apartment is big which comes with a kitchen and a living room! The master bedroom is consider spacious and has grand designs! However the other room is quite small and only fits a single bed and a small wardrobe! It got all the equipment you may need such as microwave, full size freezer, a washing machine with dryer too!
The breakfast is served on 46th floor! The dining area is not consider big but i did like the designs! Choice of breakfast is a bit limited but should be enough to make you full! Overall no complaints for the stays and can really enjoy the view of KLCC and Kl tower!
This is my 2nd visit here. I love the way they serve me. To all travellers with limited budget, i'm very recommended this hotel for you if u looking place near transportation hub. They really help u. The hospitality is above the average.
Is a cozy place to stay and hotel location is very strategy in the middle of KL town.
Although car park need to scan with our touchngo card and before you go out need go to receptions area to redeemed it with your card.
Room are bigger as I am booking for double queen bed size room.
Found bathroom water discharge are clog, after next call housekeeping personnel and they clean it then issue solve.
Hotel breakfast are considered standard and helpers are faster to refills it once found food are out.
It's a new hotel, so it's very comfortable to live in, and the bathroom is also pretty. There are many restaurants nearby, in the Golden Triangle, but there is no parking space at his house, there is a private parking lot next to it, 5 MYR, which is pretty good!
We had a lovely stay at Opus! The staff was amazing and really friendly. Location is wonderful and the view is one of the best you can get in KL. From the rooftop you can see the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the front and the quietness of the nature in the back. It's a short walk (2-3 min) to the metro station and about a 15-20 min walk to Bukit Bintang (3-5 by metro). In about 5 min you can walk to Petaling Street, with a lot of nice restaurants on the way there (we recommend exploring the streets as there are many hidden gems around Petaling Street). The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. Bathrooms are very spacious as well with a big shower head at a good height (a problem we encountered many times during our travels). We stayed for 3 months and had the best time here. We are definitely staying at Opus again the next time we are visiting KL!
Location = 9/10
Best location to stay and very safe, there is an escalator bridge just in front of the hotel, just opposite the hotel there is NU Sentral Mall you jist need actoss , 5 minutes walk to MRT station and surrounded with convenient shops and food.
Service = 9/10
All staff very friendly and good customer service, front office always give me early check in wherever there is room available without making me wait.
Cleanest = Small Hotel but very neat and clean this is the 6th time I stay at this hotel wherever my husband is on a business trip to Kuala Lumpur I always ask him to book a room at this hotel, even the room is a bit small but the facilities are impressive there is a small refrigerator in the room and the room smelled really good.
Facilities: I paid less than RM 60.00 but I got all the Facilities I need (very complete), there is a gym on the highest floor and a small garden on the roof that you can access, they provide mineral water in the room but you can walk outside room for refills from the same floor, when hungry don't worry right behind the hotel there is a restaurant that sells delicious Nasi kandar and in the evening you can hang out while enjoying snacks and coffee at ABC Bistro located juat next to the nasi kandar shop .
The only thing is parking access is a bit difficult but if you are patient you will always have one
Hotel location is very good, the airport bus Fudu Central Station get off and turn around and turn. Going out is the Chinatown Night Market, the breakfast night market convenience store, the Independence Square Museum and other attractions can walk, go to klcc and use Grab to take a taxi for about 10 ringgit. The hotel is opened by young Chinese, literary style, mixed with Southeast Asian and Chinese characteristics, blue and white teapot, trash can, enamel mug, haha, the most distinctive is the outdoor shower and toilet! Not the same experience. Stayed for two nights and presented 6 drinks from the hall, Lin Kee Coffee, happy ^_^, and came back to the lobby at night to have security guards. The downside is that the single bed is too narrow, and the room is perfect with small tables and chairs.
Hotel location is good, there is a light rail station nearby, downstairs and breakfast, it is very convenient. The hotel room is small, but it is clean and tidy. In Kuala Lumpur, the price is very high!
Short walk from Bangsar LRT, which is good if you want to visit Mid Valley or head to KL Sentral afterwards.
My card was not working at the bridge entrance, which requires security guard to intervene.
I like the in-room treats, but not the welcome cookies as they were too hard.
Room is clean but with noticeable wear and tear.
For example, the conditioner dispenser doesn't works properly. It creates more waste than dispensing conditioner.
Pool is a disappointment. It has sediments and small trash / wire at the bottom. Not very much chlorinated and water is salty.
The walking path is very rough, which will definitely injure someone if they happen to fall.
Ok there are 2 D'OR Hotels and situated just a walking distance to each other. I stayed in D'OR HOTEL BUKIT BINTANG in 16 Jalan Bukit Bintang. And i would say its super clean, bedsheets and towels are super white no stains and the rooms are always cleaned up and tissues and mineral water given everyday. The airconditioning is super cold. The hotel personnels are very helpful. I experienced accidentally leaving my bag with laptops in my grab car and it is the hotel personnel who helped me all the way until i recover it. The hotel location is so good for those who like to go around at night. Its situated just walking distance to all street foods and night life. The downside part of this hotel is that there is no window. There is no hotel food. They do offer free hot and cold water near the info counter. Its very easy to locate its just infront of Federal Hotel.
It is the best hotel in the nearby area, the price is reasonable and breakfast can be included, the room is large and comfortable, the sanitary conditions are particularly good, and most importantly it is safe and worth staying
The hotel’s lobby located at 8th floor . It’s so colourful during night time and suitable for photo shooting .
You may notice the mat in front of the lift up to our room with warm greeting word ( Good Morning , good afternoon and Good evening ) . The staff will change accordingly, it’s so sweet .
The room is modern look as shown in photo especially the mini bar ( I love the coffee ( nespresoo) . The breakfast is just nice for me , hotels with strict SOP.
I did order room service ( tropical fruits 4-5 small cuts watermelon / melon each . 3 small piece pineapple and 5-6 blueberries - RM35 ), unfortunately the fruits is not fresh . After I inform during check out , they apologise and waived.
Overall is good especially the are friendly and well trained . Next round can try for other type of room .
Penthouse with a view! Great, big balcony with jacuzzi. Washingmachine with dryer and detergent from reception (it was run out). Clean rooms, friendly staff and OMG what a view! Miserable breakfast, steamroom didn´t work, but these weren´t relevant. We got what we came for! Kattohuoneisto näkymällä! Hieno, iso parveke jossa poreallas.
Spacious room at affordable rates.
Hoeevrr, seemed a little run down compared to pre-pandemic 2 years ago.
Narrow car park with limited lots, be prepared to park your car in public spaces with additional charges.
There is no hair dryer and kitchen stove as listed during my room booking. But the view is superb! Clean n complete kitchenware. The blanket n comforter smell really good of Downy! Unintentionally left some of my belonging there, dah whatsapp, fast respond, hope they will keep my belonging untill i collect it later. They ask for RM200 of deposit that not even stated during the hotel booking policies. Parking is only Rm5 per entry for hotel guest.
good location and can walk to attractive place for example bukit bintang, jalan alor food street and petaling street. opposite hotel is LRT station. take LRT easy to go around. the only not good is during check in and tell want stay a room for the level can view outside without blocked from other building for take beautiful photo, the hotel worker said cannot change room!
The room and staff service are excellent . The hotel location also good as very near to pavilion KL and monorail station . Gym facilities need to upgrade . Overall the hotel still value for money . will stay again in next trip .

If you need a silent area this its suitable for the room even have a window. The room is big in accordance with the price. No have breakfast but you can easily reach the food at any stall or restaurant nearly by. Just go walk around to feel it.
- New & clean
- Location nearby Pavilion KL & Lot 10
- Smooth check-out
- Booked 2 rooms, disappointed as non-connected but anyway, still arranged side by side rooms. Only can get the 2nd room check-in around 5.15 pm, most late hotel check-in experience for us. Checked with the front desk and they said 'less manpower'. Only offered late check-out when we lodged the complaint.
- Called Room Service for drinking water bottles - HALF an hour, NO answer. Personally went down to front desk & the lobby - NO stock there ?? This never happened to other 4 & 5 star hotels that we have stayed before.
- Following the above NO answer call, gave up to report on bathroom drainage issue - flooded after taken bath.
- Hign tech used for car parking - auto parked via 'Lift' but what is the point if caused very long queue/traffic jam outside the parking area ?? No clear direction & we have waited for almost 1 hour just for parking.
- Breakfast - very very limited choices for 4-star hotel standard.
