|10.6km from city centerWe check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.

If that isn't bad enough, you get to hear neighbors from other hotel guests too. Don't stay here. You won't get a peaceful sleep. noises 2. The hotel owner Don’t provides Body soap liquid& Shampoo or conditions. You don't get shampoo and body wash gels which are reserved for the more expensive rooms. A stupid and *****ic decision from amateur hotel owners right there. Very disappointed have to purchase from outside. 3. The Hotel didn’t Provide BLANKET. The bed comes with a flimsy sorry excuse of a 'blanket', which is nothing more than a thin set of bedsheets!! Not considerate. 4. The room are not clean, the toilet leave the stain water urine, it’s was disgusting, and have bed bug over the bed. One water bottle to share with both guest very disappointed hospitality overall.

Good view of the southside of Kajang town, MRT and KTM tracks is available from the room size glass window. The staff are helpful and meals are tasty and ontime. Only pool maintenance and in-house entertainment need upgrading. Poor TV signals have persisted for many years judging from previous remarks.

You have to carry your luggage and go up the stairs. 3) The most basic toilet paper was not put in the toilet, even I was going to take a shower and hang it There are no hooks on clothes! 4) The toilet keeps making strange noises. The water heater has been yellowing 10 years ago. There have been problems with it. The shower light keeps flashing. I feel like I’m going to be electrocuted. 5) The door is broken if I don’t understand why. , Just put a small lock, it feels very insecure 6) Direct house keeping without any consent, I am worried about things or financial loss 7) The room equipment is very incomplete, and there are no hair dryers. Ask them to pick it up, and the receptionist actually gave it A rotten one asked me to return it as soon as I used it up, because there was only one in the entire hotel. 8) The pillows and sheets smelled very unpleasant and felt very unhygienic. 9) The last thing is that you will be upset because of one of them. The receptionist Indian man has a very problematic attitude. 10) We booked the deluxe double room, and he let us live in the superior room. I can only say what we can complain about. I really can’t finish it, very speechless.

Service - Counter Staff is friendly
Cleanliness - some bathrooms are cleaner. The bathroom i got this time is a little bit mouldy on some spots. Room floor is clean, except for the corners and under the bed, they are considerably dusty. But overall acceptable cleanliness.
Amenities - no extra amenities. No hairdryer - bring your own if you need one.
Must bring earplugs- any rooms with windows will be able to hear the traffic very loudly.

Only public parking spaces are available and parking coupons are needed from 08:00-18:00. Security is good but the WiFi password can't access the facility. Bathroom need to be a bit cleaner. Nearby are 7-11, Watson and Fresh Mart outlets.

Free Wifi & Air conditioned room with TV entertainment. Hotel doesn't provide breakfast but there are a lot of restaurant choices around walking distance to go for. Nearby attractions: 9 minutes driving distance to IOI City Mall / Putrajaya. Extra: The hotel has herbal steam facilities too...good for people like me cause I love sauna a lot. Overall: With the price I'm paying I would say it's worth the spend. Will definitely visit again.

But you can hardly sleep at night as the sound proof system is too bad especially for rooms located in the centre of the floor. You can clearly hear the sound of water pump, sound of TV, sound of people chatting from other rooms while you are in your own room. Bed is dusty and mattress is not up to standard, low sleep quality. Even though this is a budget hotel but some other hotels like 'best view' in the city with similar price has far better mattress. This mattress is certainly worse than the rest. False fire alarm in the morning. No mirror in the room, so if you wish to make up you gotta proceed to the washroom. It is suggested for the hotel to place a foldable luggage rack or something as there is no table top or space to place luggage at all. Need to place everything on the floor. The price with this standard can hardly compete with other hotels with similar price range. Takes about 50mins to reach KLIA by driving.

The shower I didn't find the burner now and there was no clothes paper. OK, I'm already aware, I'm in Asia, but yet that was an experience for me that I don't need anymore. I always wondered how they came to an 8.1 review at Booking.com.

|3.3km from city centerI wish I had discovered this hotel earlier. Their service is very good, very accommodating in allowing me for early check-in and late check-out. Rate is fair considering the location. The hotel has no elevator and toilet in the room is raised, accessed by steps but those are the only cons in my opinion. Room I got was on the first floor. It is spacious, bright and clean. Aircond and hot shower decent. Recommended for young travellers who don't mind climbing up some stairs.
