Its location is strategically near the airport, but it is not as easy to figure out without the help of a Google Map. It is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk, with the last 7 minute stretch walking through small alleys. Nearest food is around 1km away.

|10.77km from city centerThe Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

|0.38km from city centerWe enjoy the stay there and a special shout out goes to the Front desk staff for their efficiency, the excellent service from the restaurant, the Guards and Door*** for their smiles and greetings, whom are often not recognized. However we also need to address the following as a feedback and also as it is a MUST. Please pay attention to the simple request that goes a long way to keep your guests happy. Invest a little in providing a Safe Box and mini fridge. This are essentials that cost a long way from happy guests. I had ask prior to my stay and it was acknowledged but not fulfilled, until a few days later then it was sent to the room. A little upset an disappointed that the staffs keep saying will do it, soon, later, by today, but never do. Housekeeping staff needs to inform guest if they remove any of the items and leave a note ex: We came to the room and found a can of Raisins, that was indicated in the room for guest consumption missing, thus thinking we consumed it and payable, until we called the front desk and was told it was removed as it has expired. Not a good practice. Other than that we truly and honestly appreciate the overall pleasant stay there. Thank you and good luck in all future progress at all Classic Sarovar Hotels.

|0.87km from city centerWe had recently booked a 3 days and 3 nights stay at The residency towers Trivandrum. This was the second time we had booked at the residency towers, the first time was 5yrs back. The hotel is very cleanly maintained and the food is very good. Above all the staff is very helpful. During our stay, we had an unfortunate accident where my elderly mother fell from the bed and hit her head on the side table. The cut was deep and it was bleeding profusely. We called the reception for help and the ***ager (Mr. Vishnu) came promptly to our room with a first aid kit. He with the help of one of his colleagues suggested a good hospital nearby and we took our mother there. The ***ager was with us the entire time at the hospital and paid all the bills (which we reimbursed later that day ) and got all the prescribed medicines. He was with us until we got back to our room. It was impressive to see how quickly they acted, thought of a hospital with a CT scan facility (since it was a head injury) and took full control of the situation when we were all worried and caring for my mother. Even though it was our last night there, the ***ager was so kind and caring enough to give us an extra rollaway bed so that my mother could get some extra space and sleep peacefully without having to worry about slipping out of the bed again. These kind of services especially at a hard time truly says a lot about how much they care for their customers. We, the whole family, are truly thankful to the staff of The Residency towers, especially Mr. Vishnu. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in Trivandrum.

|1.51km from city centerSouth Park is conveniently located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Secretariat and not far from the Sree Pad***abhaswamy Temple. We were allowed to check in more than 2 hours before the standard time, which was appreciative. Very good sized rooms, comfortable beds ***** with a clean bathroom. We were allotted a room on the 4th floor. Some of the furniture may appear old-styled though that is not a concern. The AC functioning was a bit of an issue which made the room very cold though the weather outside was quite the opposite. Considering the kind of place, the food especially the breakfast, though not bad, could have been better. May not be a bad idea to stay here and try other better food options in the city, which are not too far. The hotel staff was co-operative and prompt in attending to regular requirements. A good stay option to consider when travelling to Thiruvananthapuram.

I asked for a veg burger for in-room dining to Lijo. Even on phone this guy was very polite, alert and energetic. The burger was really out of this world. Please try this Curried veg burger if you are here. Chef Rajneesh created this burger and he deserves my compliments.
For dinner we were well served by a very polite and young *** Jayakarthick. The restaurant ***ager Vignesh was taking rounds of tables and it was very nice of him to ask about our food experience. We had ordered Meen Mulkittathu ( fish curry ) with Appam. It was high spicy to our taste and we rate it as one of the best. It was made by chef Sanal who deserves our compliments. We ordered Elaneer Payasam as dessert which was also top class. I would also like to thank Chef ***n to carefully note our precise instructions on the food. Mr Sarvanan was also very attentive and took good care of us.
We were looked after so well by these gentlemen that it made our evening unforgettable. Thank you Hilton for suo-moto giving 10 per cent discount as Hilton Honors member.

The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. |3.4km from city centerThe room we were given was connected to another through a door. The door was locked from both sides. A big group of 40 students had checked in. And one group, about 7 or 8 of them, were in the room next to us. At night 11pm, they were making noise and talking loudly, which was a nuisance for us. We called the reception a couple of times requesting them to tell the students to keep quiet. But they did not do anything. The said they would talk to the teacher !!. Finally, we knocked on their door and requested them to be quiet. But they continued thei noise. And when they left well past night, they ran our room bell and went. Is it no the responsibility of the hotel staff to ensure customers maintain decorum? The rooms did not have a fan, only ac. And the ac temperature indication was so bright, that it lit up the whole room. Room service was pathetic. Whatever we asked from the menu, the response was a curt ‘no’. Housekeeping was ok. Lop cation is good, not crowded. There are veg only hotels nearby.

I think the location is good as it is within walking distance of Sripad***abhaswamy Temple, which is the number one tourist spot in Thiruvananthapuram. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is no air conditioning, but there is a huge fan on the ceiling that is as cool as an air conditioner. There is no hot water from the shower, but it's hot outside, so if you take a shower after going out, the temperature will be just right. The restaurant was open even at odd hours, so I think it's probably open 24 hours. There is a menu in each room so you can check it out, but the prices are not that high compared to nearby restaurants. The minimum amenities other than tissues and shampoo are provided.
I was so satisfied that I couldn't believe it was only 2,000 yen per night.

The layout of the garden-style hotel is definitely high in the city center. It is more than one grade higher than the only Hilton Hotel in Kerala. Check-out can be extended until 8 o'clock in the evening, which may be related to the off-season. |3.59km from city centerMy experience at Biheira Hotel and Suites in Trivandrum was far from satisfactory. The check-out process was incredibly lethargic, and the food ***ager's service was subpar, going as far as forcing another customer to pay for his mistakes. Astonishingly, while they didn't charge one client during checkout, my bill was unfairly altered. The unpleasantness escalated as the restaurant ***ager exhibited rude behavior, scolding and threatening me for not knowing Malayali. To make matters worse, he intentionally changed the room number in the bill, and shockingly, the hotel ***ager witnessed and accepted it. The climax involved the hotel ***ager pressuring the receptionist girl to deduct an amount from her account, ultimately leaving me in a situation where I had no choice but to pay. Overall, an utterly disappointing stay marked by poor service, unfair practices, and unpleasant encounters.
