This inn is very affordable, with a cozy cafe to enjoy a cup of tea. Its cafe is located on the 1st floor, the same location for breakfast. Small hotel lobby, with sofa chairs that can accommodate about 1 person. Front officer hotel as well as a officer who serves cafe orders by phone or directly. That's what I observed at check-in. I stayed in room 405, with a single bed facility, good AC, ok hot and cold shower, TV with various channels. There is also a water heater and tea, coffee and sugar. The breakfast is not available on buffet, only consists of a few options that must be oder first. I ordered fried noodles for breakfast. Didn't wait too long, the fried noodles were served. Tastes good, according to the appearance, just less spicy according to my taste. But of course it can be delivered early when I ordered. Before checking out, I ordered fried bananas with chocolate and cheese and a strawberry sauce. Tastes good. The officer was very helpful and friendly when I called, asked to borrow a phone charger, because I forgot to bring it from Jakarta. The officer took it to my room. Surely this helped me very much. Thank you so much for the best services.

First of all staying here, The hotel is clean, the service is fast, check in or check out, the breakfast is quite good according to the price, Order lunch or MLM, the dishes are delicious, the price is suitable, the waiters are friendly, the security guards even the OB, Anyway, everything is not inferior to a 5-star hotel. We reserved this hotel after a quick research and was further i***ressed when we checked in. The hotel was a bit dated but not tired and well maintained. The room's was just nice with a partial view of the Lampung Bay. Wifi was fast. We used the water heater for coffee and tea provided in the room and there was a cooler too which was great to chill our drinks. The bathroom was clean and fixtures were newly updated. The bed was excellent, comfortably hard for our old bones. The sheets were new and of good quality. Breakfast was the best with wide choices of both local and western. Delicious. Great coffee from the coffee machine. The F&B department did a great job..two thumbs up! As for the location, the hotel is located up on a hill overlooking the Lampung city and its beautiful bay. It's best if you have your own transportation. The restaurant has a 180 degrees view of the surrounding hills and the bay. Maybe the best view for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice-cream in Lampung! I would highly reccommend this hotel for a first timer in Lampung, never mind if the rate is little high but the value will be worth every rupiah you put out. The staffs were always friendly, attentive and ever ready to help. Great job Emersia!

Comes to this hotel with my family and take 2 rooms. First the staff dont understand that I come with my kidos and they have to stay in my next room cause this hotel dont have connecting room. Impression during check in is really out of expectation, reception is not friendly and dont have any flexibility. Stay 3 nights but for the last day they still dont know the rate event so actually I already known the rate from a friend of mine. Their communication need to be adjusted and improve. They ask cash deposit IDR. 100k only for the keys card if I cant return the keys they will charge me and Im thinking how about if I have order room service and it must be can not be room charge. Parking area little bit in outside area of the hotel and thanks GOD that safe. The only good job is FB staff during sahur time when my wife can not joint me to the restaurant coz we have a baby 4 months old and I ask to bring sahur food to the room and honestly im thinking will be the same no flexibility but this guys says OK sir I will bring it up to the room...good job 👍👍👍 if I can remember his name I will Mention his name but again Thank you... Ok dont expect to much to stay this hotel if you pay less rate...rooms so so, not so clean, and linen not standard, in my room pillow case with no stripe but in kidos room pillow case with stripe. Anyway I choose this hotel just because nearby my aunty house.
