The next day, I again had trouble. and the person that helped me did not know what he was doing. He inadvertently turned off my airplane mode, connected to the WiFi and charged me $10 for a full day of International access. When I figured out what he did, I called the ***ager who saw the $10 charge via a text on my phone. He apologized and said they would take care of it tomorrow when I checked out. On the morning when I was checking out, I had a 500 rupee charge for food., but the hotel owed my 700 rupees for having my charged $10. I was expecting the ***ager that day to take care of me but he said that I owe them 500 rupees and I need to pay. I showed him the text and explained what the ***ager the day before said but he refused to budge. He showed such poor Customer Service, so I just left. I don't appreciate being charged $10 for no reason and then after the ***ager agrees that it was their fault and agrees to reimburse me, they go back on their word. They have really bad customer service. Still, it is not the worst hotel I have been to. Although they ran out of hot water in the morning for showers, they did provide good food for room service. I still would not stay here again because I like customer service. If you decide to stay here, I hope nothing goes wrong, otherwise you will get bad customer service.
