|3.39km from city centerWe are starting our 3rd week of staying here. We are here for medical treatment and wanted a place that felt like home. There is plenty of space. The almost full sized kitchen is so handy. Having a dishwasher is great! There are plenty of places to store your things including a nice closet. We love the bedroom and you can shut the door. The bed is very comfy! There is a separate area with a sofa bed, table, etc. 2 very nice TV's. The people who work here have been so nice. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a grab and go bag due to covid. They have good hot coffee though. There is a place to do laundry, a gym, a basketball court and a pool. The pool isn't open yet but it looks like a nice area. Sonesta is located in a bit of an industrial area but it is very close to stores and restaurants. We love it here!

|2.25km from city centerSo I book a room like 2 to 3 days ago. I was supposed to get a room with 2 beds and a couch that pulled out into a bed. So I traveled about 2 to 3 hours to get here. I get to the location about 12am to check in on 3-4-2023 which would have been 3-5-2023. So I go in and the guy that is working is outside smoking said we are booked. I said I have a reservation. So he went inside and I gave him my name. He said in a rude manner we are sorry, we didn't have any cleaning people to clean your room. So I said can't you clean it. Sorry I don't know how to clean, in a rude manner. This guy's looks like he was in his early 20s. He didn't help at all. When I was trying to find another hotel, he was on his Bluetooth phone talking very loudly to someone about how they didn't have any hot water for over 2 weeks, they didn't have many rooms with working tvs, the pool wasn't working. He was also talking bad about his boss Arron the manager that he was the one that didn't have anyone to work on a Saturday. He also said that the hotel had to cancel like 30 or 40 reservations that day, but that hotel DID NOT get ahold of me. I always have my phone on, no matter what. So disappointed. I have a special needs child that if things don't go right, it's a nightmare, we'll it was a nightmare. I will be calling corporate about all of this. This needs to fixed. I had to find another hotel. I am still waiting on my return on this hotel. If I could I would not even give them a 1. ZERO OUT OF 5.

|2.03km from city centerI recently stayed at Red Roof Sharonville. I stay often and have for years. I stay because of the staff. Manager Joe is always nice and Paula is amazing. I will continue to visit this hotel. Rooms are clean, I can’t say enough about how wonderful Joe has been over the years. Fast with check-ins, clean rooms etc. I prefer room 113 and he does his best to accommodate me

|2.14km from city centerThe staff was very friendly. We brought our 9-month-old grandson and the lady at the desk played with him and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and the pool was clean. No issues with the bedding or dishes in the room. I am usually really critical about hotels because my degree is in hotel management, but there is nothing to complain about here.

|2.86km from city centerThe potential for this to be a great hotel/ inn is there, rooms are dated but clean, no signs of any bugs anywhere, house cleaning does a good job, where I lost respect for the company is the hosting staff and management, the night host has a hard time counting to 5 and lost a payment for a 5 night stay causing management to harass my wife for payment while I was at work, trying to straighten things out after work the same night host could only take payment for 1 night because 4 more nights confused him (his words) the management did nothing to help out or make things right for harassing my wife, another time the second shift host (a college aged boy) couldn't read the computer screen to see our pet but was able to understand that I needed 2 keys, needless to say after management realised that they made a mistake they started calling my wife till I was able to come in and make a payment, while taking to the night host I was told I could talk to the manager in the morning, I asked what good this would do me and I was told ”nothing ”. to me this behavior is unprofessional and doesn't belong in the service industry, if I don't charge a customer for a part on their car that's on me not my customers,

|2.51km from city center2 sided review - room was nice and clean and the beds were OK. Other side - Poor service. No ice bucket or glasses in room - went to front desk but no one would come when I rang the bell. We ended up using a bag from our luggage for the ice and I found 2 styrofoam cups in the ”dinning area” - kinda ruined the taste of our single malt scotch. The next morning we went to the ”dining area” expecting something to eat since their website said ”breakfast Item”. The coffee was bland and there was no cream or milk for my coffee. When we questioned the lady behind the desk she was no help at all. She agreed there was no milk but did nothing or said nothing to make it right. She said they did not have any ”breakfast Items' but again she didn't say sorry or anything. I informed her that this was false advertising and she shrugged and walked away. Thankfully we will never go there again.

|2.96km from city centerI've stayed here multiple times. It's always the cheapest hotel on hotels.com. My ex and I used to stay sometimes twice a week (I have 3 children at home, and his sister and her 3 kids lived with him). The clerk even laughed at me once bc he saw me in there so much. The rooms are what you would expect, for $40 after taxes, (although rates keep going up and it's now about $50.) There are maybe 2 or 3 ”nicer” rooms here. By ”nicer” I mean nicer than THEIR other rooms. They are not nice at all compared to pretty much any other hotel, ever,. The 1 that you can tell is hand painted pictures on the wall, but unfortunately there are shapes drawn where the lining is terribly off in places and you definitely notice it, and it will drive you crazy! Most rooms, including the ”fake nicer” ones, have no fridge or microwave. Several rooms have no remotes for the TV. I've been in at least 1 room that had no TV. (I don't watch television, so I prefer this room, actually). The chord to the phone, was literally duct taped on to the phone! Pretty much any surface that used to be white, is yellow stained now, from all the nicotine, and there are dark orange cigarette burn marks on most sink edges and countertop edges and even on the top of some of the toilet lids. Even non-smoking rooms are like this and ALL OF THE ROOMS smell of stale cigarettes. Even with the non smoking rule, there are multiple people that will open the front window and just smoke straight from the bed. Many people live here full time and are extra comfortable doing this and I've seen it during every stay. Several of the toilet tops are slanted (your guess is as good as mine as to why). But if you sit your drink or phone on the back, The beds in a couple rooms are actually directly against the air/heating unit, directly next to the window. I've never seen anything like it before, and it seemed like it would be a fire hazard, if the heat were on. Most carpet looks like it hasn't been replaced in 2 decades (and I'd bet $500 it hasn't been). Sane with the curtains and the sheets and bed cover; ALL of which are still in rotation, with crusty, gaping cigarette holes in them. I've never seen any bugs, outside of spiders and stink bugs, that I can say. But I'm also a very clean person. The scum of the area, either lives or frequents here. 1 time when I stayed with my daughter here, a woman was screaming at us in the parking lot that it crackheads stay there and kept asking my teenage daughter if I was trafficking her and asking if she needed help. She was definitely on some hard drugs, and the owner told me that she was angry bc she'd been asked to vacate the property. I believe that more negative reviews haven't been posted bc people know what to expect when they come here. Especially locals, and those who live in the hotel. It's a party hotel, and everyone smokes **** and everything else in their rooms, so how would they be the 1 to make a complaint? The staff is generally polite, aside fr

|2.07km from city centerI CANNOT SAY THIS ENOUGH . . . . DO NOT STAY HERE! ! This by far was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It is rundown and very much out of date. It seems to be a transient hotel. I can not believe it is a Wyndham brand. This has tarnished my perception of Wyndham. I would never stay in another Wyndham hotel. First let me start off by sayin, the pictures on the Web site are very deceiving. We stayed here for the Cincinnati Music Fest 2022 an ALL the guest who I came across were very displeased. They as we did sat in the lobby for an hour calling around to other hotels. Unfortunately, everyone was sold out. We contemplated sleeping in our truck. Before entering the hotel, as we pulled up we said ”WTH!!!” The outside is not well kept AT ALL. The bushes around the hotel are dried out. No inviting curb appeal. The canopy over the entrance of the hotel had cords hanging down from the ceiling along with huge holes. It seems as if it is ready to collapse. Then when you enter in the lobby there was a bucket with dripping water right at the check in desk. The furniture in the lobby was old, scratched up and needs cleaning. The elevators had panels missing from the ceiling and the rug was dirty. The WHOLE bathroom and room really needs a good cleaning and a paint job. The let out sofa clearly needs cleaning. There were rust or something splattered on some of the walls in the room. Breakfast is included but the serving dishes did not look presentable so we ate out. For the price we paid, and we know Cincinnati hotels jacked up their prices because of the Music Fest, but it was not worth it and again I caution you NEVER stay at this hotel. We live and we learn. Stick with what you know to be a great place to lay your head in your home away from home. If we could have gotten our money back and stayed somewhere else, we would have ran there.
