Stunning 15th century building with old style rooms and beautiful gardens and pool. We stayed in the coldest month in 100 years, so didn’t use the pool, and there’s no heating so it was absolutely freezing, but in the spring/autumn months it would of course be warmer. The food was delicious - we had a small buffet style veg curry dinner and continental breakfast with an omelette (I assume this is bigger in the busier periods). The rooms are beautiful and clean by Indian standards, with hot showers. Beds are very hard though. There’s a beautiful cafe on site and an excellent bar, both exquisitely decorated with props and trinkets creating a very welcoming atmosphere. You can usually find someone there to share travel stories and a rum with of an evening! It’s very near to the fort and a small market. Staff speak an ok level of English but the owner speaks very well so he was able to answer any questions we had. I’d definitely recommend having a beer with him as well, he’s a very interesting gentle***! We were a group of 8 travelling together and loved it, had a fantastic stay!

The hotel is very attractive from the outside. The garden is nice, so is the pool with quite a lot of seating. The location in the city center is also very good for trips and exploration. Lobby and restaurant are alright, although not too comfortable. The a la carte-menu and the on-site bar is also both quite enjoyable. But the buffet was very bad. No good spices, bad taste, not a lot to choose from. And the biggest problem are the rooms. We stayed in a ground floor room with a nice balcony and a decent bathroom. But the room itself was simply bad. No paintings on the wall, few spaces to leave things on, no decoration, most outlets not working... Therefore, it can only be recommended if the rooms would be added with some more decor, more working outlets and some more space to leave things.

Restaurant - food is good but service not up to mark Value for money - absolutely. Thanks to the hotel ***ager as they upgraded me to suite room as we were a family of 4. Room was next to the lift hence it was slightly disturbing. All in all a good experience staying here

⭐⭐ As this city is undeveloped. So don't expect too much. Room: big enough for 2 people, and should not more than 3. Location: Good. Price: Economical. Service: Not a Standard one - low hygienic - serviced by not-well-trained young men who has no idea of hospitality should be, but they are vrry friendly. Couple nights here are not bad if not expect too much, and accept what it is. Over all, facilities: tv, refrigerator, ...accomodated. For ladies, no hair-dryer, you bring you own. Toiletery: Should bring your own. Before unpacking your stuffs, check all facility, such as hot water, lighting ...etc. so that you can request changing room right away.

How crazy to arrive at a hotel to find a bugler announcing your entrance!! Bit of silly fun though. This was a very luxurious hotel and we absolutely loved the furnture, paintings and artefacts around the communal areas. Staff could not have been more helpful. This was a legacy from the last Maharaja of Bikaner and I must say we felt pampered during our stay. We had a buffet meal but unlike some hotels the dining area had nice little sections so it was a very pleasant dining experience. Food excellent. Breakfast was also to a high standard. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Karni Bhawan Palace is an experience. We stayed here for 2 nights in december 2019. Its such a lovely hotel, infact it cannot be called a hotel. Its like a guest house and it will make you feel royal. Our room was huge, spacious. It was an extremely comfortable stay. It was very cold in Bikaner and the room had a heater which would be switched on by the time we would return to the room after our sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and there were extra bedsheets to provide warmth in that cold temperature. Cannot say enough about the food. They requested us to order the food 30 minutes prior to our dining time and they would make it fresh and hot and inform us when the food was ready. The food was delicious. Breakfast was also the same. It was not a buffet breakfast but they would give us whatever we wanted to eat. The parathas were the best that we had eaten in a long time. The staff was always courteous and helpful. They would always be smiling and ready to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Whether its just a couple or a family you can be assured of having a great time at this place.

The hotel is about 7 kilometres from city centre of Bikaner on Bikaner Jaipur highway. The resort is surrounded by nature and in evening the weather becomes really pleasant. Room was large and clean. Hygiene was really good and bed was comfortable considering the fact that hotel is in Bikaner. The bathrooms too was nice like an old heritage hotel and was clean. Food was tasty and really cheap. Buffet breakfast was limited in choices but was tasty. Staff was nice and courteous.

I have been to Rajasthan multiple times, but it was my first time to Bikaner and I decided on Gaj Kesri, Bikaner to be my abode. I did a little research on the property and its website said “Gaj Kesri is a small elegant hotel in the outskirts of Bikaner with easy access to the city and its chief attraction”. The gallery showcased the best of pictures combined with modernity and tradition and I instantly said yes to visit the place. Always ready to explore the unexplored, we caught an early morning flight (ATR) to Bikaner. It’s the only flight operated between Delhi and Bikaner. I was quite amazed to see the cozy Bikaner airport operated by Indian Air Force where the luggage does not come on a conveyer belt but it’s transported ***ually. Due to security reasons, photography is not permitted and I controlled my urge to take pictures. It was time to head to our beautiful hotel known for luxury rooms, verdant lawns and lovely swimming pool and meet our host. So with no further delay, we got into the cars waiting for us and headed to Gaj Kesri, built in the palace style of Rajputana in the Bikaneri vernacular. When we entered the grand property we were stumbled with greenery around the magnificent red building. Mr. Sunil Rampuria, our kind and humble host personally received us and our welcome drink (sharbat) of jasmine flowers refreshed us. We made our way to the courtyard through the most gorgeous reception carved in blue to the art guest rooms. Truly a piece of art, the guest rooms are aptly called ‘Art guest rooms’. The hotel is well equipped with 41 rooms – 31 Art Guest Rooms and 10 Standard Rooms. The rooms have a royal yet modern touch. Colourful cushions grace the white sheets of the cozy bed besides green handpainted wall. The room divided in the dressing area and living area and had all amenities from a work desk to small cupboards to big wardrobe with a stunning nature inspired view. Bedside lamps, a beautiful mirror and couches add the aesthetic touch ***** with hand painted walls, furniture and decorations. The open, spacy hotel follows 4 colour schemes and is aesthetically called as Art Hotels. The gorgeous 25-acre property located in the barren and sandy countryside just outside Bikaner has artistic interiors. From couches to artifacts, everything is made in-house by local artisans at Bhanwar Niwas and is so beautiful and royal. The hotel also has two drawing rooms which are artistically aligned. Guests can relax there, it’s a perfect place for photography and is absolutely gorgeous. An old world charm is retained yet the place looks so modern and defined. It was time for lunch and we headed to the beautiful restaurant through the arched courtyard. Interestingly different spots of the courtyard had beautiful, colourful artifacts which made a visual delight. The restaurant had a lovely charm with a choice of couches and chairs. The Multi-Cuisine restaurant serves lip smacking vegetarian food using different ingredi

Good breakfast in the lobby, there is a Chinese restaurant, a good restaurant, a small restaurant, the younger brother, the younger sister, the Indian accent is the only one I did not understand in my trip to India (I average 7.5 IELTS) but very polite check in too hot to give ice small Towels, but called ola, the door is not easy to find a way to go against it. However, in India, it is normal dinner. You can go to the opposite side of the bridge to eat the buffet. You can also walk around the small supermarket for five or six minutes and take a taxi for half an hour at the hotel. You can go to the Palace of Winds JP Station and the airport to estimate a 45-minute drive to Amber Fort.

This hotel in India is the perfect hotel. I visited the pink castle of 3,000 nights, but the experience is even better, but I am particularly sorry. After checking out with a bottle of room water to drink at the airport, my husband and I have appeared. Severe diarrhea, I think there is no problem with breakfast. I finally thought that this bottle of water is a problem. I haven’t relieved if I have taken the medicine. If I can’t go to the doctor tomorrow, I suggest that the baby with weak stomach will boil even if it is bottled. Well, I have never had enteritis in ten years, but this time it is too serious, but this does not affect this hotel is still my favorite in India, service is supreme, if there is a chance to go, I will still choose here!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. Some rooms were not very good. I found that the machine was roaring at night and couldn’t sleep. I changed the room in the middle of the night and tossed it for a long time. The bed in the double room is very small, it will fall off when you turn over, and you can't sleep well at night. The room in the big bed is OK, but his bed is a bit too soft, and people who are not used to it are estimated to be uncomfortable sleeping. Fortunately, the hotel's overall service is relatively good, but the gastrointestinal bacteria infection in India pulled out of the hotel to ask if there is no medicine or know where the pharmacy is, the hotel can not provide any help, let me own Google map. Fortunately, the owner of a kuhu restaurant and hotel nearby bought me a drug and confiscate the service fee.

We visited the resort for my birthday and ohh boy so glad we chose this beautiful resort for our day. From the check-in to the checkout everything was smooth. The tikka on arrival made things special from the moment we enter the resort. We chose a Swiss tent which was spacious and comfort however the only negative point that I would like to point is that the sitting outside the tent area is uncomfortable. The chairs though matching the rustic look is quite uncomfortable and now will be the good time to upgrade them. Food is average good variety was there in buffet as we took all inclusive plan things would have been nop notch if only my dal baati request would have been granted but I guess the kitchen is over worked. My favourite part of the day would be breakfast which was sumptuous and breakfast area is by far the loveliest place I have seen with exotic birds flying around and squirrel catching my sight here and there and live flute music calming the soul. The evening shows like magic show and local folk dance was nice and kept the children occupied which was much needed for families with children. My 5 year old loved feeding there inhouse rabbits and ducks which were well kept. Activities areas is well kept with all basic activities however the ATV wasn't working which we wanted to ride. Camel ride and horse ride is a nice add on to there activities menu. Pool area was clean We happened to be there on holi, the resort arranged a nice holi party with gulal and water guns for the kids. The kids had a blast playing holi amidst dj music gulal and water. Overall lovely stay. Would recommend every one to stay there. Regards, Kimmi gupta

The itc hotel under the Marriott Group is only three or four hundred / night in the low season in July. Hand shake set the wrong date, the front desk said it can be refunded / rescheduled, and paid an extra day. When the time comes to reschedule, the front desk said it could not be changed. To be honest, Ctrip has done its best to submit a rescheduled application and sent me a screenshot. I showed it to the hotel front desk and they refused to reschedule. In the end, I figured out a way to solve the problem myself. Fortunately, I am not a tourist. I have time to wait for them to play the ball slowly. Booking through a third party requires an additional fee for using wifi, but it is not right for me to pay at the front desk to make a reservation. This is not right. After negotiation for a long time, they checked it and did not pay. But how to say, it ’s tiring to deal with group hotels like yours. It ’s okay to solve a little problem positively. It ’s boring to push one person to another: I have to ask xxx, I ’ll communicate with xxx ... How can you expect your customers to choose your group in the future?

We arrived at Jaipur at 9 o'clock in the evening, so we chose a hotel near the airport. The tall and thin brother at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the suite. So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. The rich breakfast at the hotel is not the key to a vegetarian restaurant to appease my little stomach that desires meat

This hotel is so perfect that the service environment has not been hanged to say 100. I have always thought that India is not good before I have been to India. India is totally different from what I imagined, the difference between heaven and earth! What I saw was not like the legendary and media reports! His culture and essence are really worth exploring. I remember Jobs said that if you want to do a big business and a boss, you must go to India for a while, so you can imagine! This hotel has been heard before, I heard that it is very difficult to order, but my friend recommended Dashan Tourism boss Dashan! All the arrangements for the hotel route guides in this trip to India are all arranged by the owner of Dashan! After the 90-year-old single handsome guy, the Chinese first-class great person is very good, the service is too intimate. The city heart recommended to everyone who needs it. Hotel service was excellent! When I booked a full room at the Sheraton Four Seasons Suburban, the lobby manager offered me a free dinner (buffet dinner, rich, with Indian flying cakes, vegetable soup, milk, desserts, fruits, etc., which is very tasteful), and then drove me to a more luxurious Location, better downtown store (the downtown store was expensive when you booked the hotel, so you didn't choose), and handled the check-in and luggage collection throughout the service.
