Facilities are nice ..Payal and David from cafeteria are two incredibly helpful and polite people who always served with professional agility and a never exhaustive smile on their lips. The wide spread buffet breakfast became more enjoyable and tasty because of these 2 people's warmest conviviality. I was quite impressed. Thank you Lemon Tree. Will come back again.

Each and every staff member is very courteous, right from the front gate to reception and valet to house keeping. They do their best to ensure maximum comfort to the guests and take care of every detail from checkin to check out. We enjoy the slides at the water park and indoor pool ***** with their buffet spread and kids activities. Our rooms with balconies were spacious. The greenery within the premises and around is well maintained, worth a walk. Will keep visiting.

As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages ***ager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Mamta, at the front office was very helpful. Moii at the spa was good too. Thank you Team Monarch! Remember to bring your racquets and non marking shoes. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is good. All the servers are pleasant. Excellent massage by Ms. Anita. Well equipped gym. Movie nights on outdoor large screen. The place is really good value for money. Now the negative found the food super spicy. Billing was a catastrophe with confused pricing between what was on the menu and what was billed. However the staff was ready to accept and make amends. Swimming pool water is cold. Would definitely return and reccomend this hotel/club
