My three friends and I stayed in apartment-style accommodation for the first time, and overall, we had a pretty good experience. **Pros:** 1. We checked in late, but a friendly front desk staff member was waiting to guide us. 2. The service was excellent; the staff were incredibly helpful, whether we contacted them via WhatsApp or needed assistance in person. 3. The apartment layout was also great, and the balcony offered a lovely view, with street food stalls conveniently located right across the street. **Cons:** 1. Upon check-in, we found the sink was leaking and essential toiletries were missing. 2. The breakfast provided was incredibly disappointing; honestly, they might as well not offer it at all. 😂 3. The trash bins in the room were far too small, and frustratingly, the electricity kept tripping for several days after. 😂

First, let me explain that this is a B&B, so there's no front desk and no prompt customer service. Any issues can be addressed, but it generally takes some time. The room was spacious and had a sea view, which was exactly as described. The hotel provides tableware, a refrigerator, and a microwave, so if you're staying longer, you can easily order takeout or microwave food. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, making it very convenient for shopping. However, B&Bs do have their drawbacks. The slippers provided are very thin and get wet easily. Also, there's no daily housekeeping. I checked in late at night and the air conditioner remote battery died, so I had to wait until the next day to fix it. If you can accept these issues, this is the hotel for you.

this is the best place i have ever been to... everything is great here, location close to the sea, high floor and view from the window, there is a large balcony, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer (there is even a diffuser), iron, the room is very spacious, large comfortable bed and the most comfortable pillows in my life!! I advise everyone to visit here if you are in kota kinabalu. there is also an amazing pool and ”observation deck” on the roof, from the window and from the roof you can watch how planes land. perhaps the only negative is the lack of grocery stores nearby, you have to walk for 10 minutes. I was also pleased with the communication with the owner, he quickly answered me when I could not figure out the stove and washing machine, etc.

This is my second time staying at this hotel at the same room as welll room number 206. Sadly this is my second time also got bitten by bed bugs. The room is clean but not the bed apparently. They also didn't clean my room for housekeeping when I left my room around 1.30pm and come back around 5pm. I already put the sign to clean my room at the door. I hope they can improve!

The owner are very friendly and accommodating. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. High floor seaview as well. Love it. It was very nice. Kind and clean. Good price. Right next to Imago Mall. As soon as I got off the grab, I couldn't see it, so I showed the address to the guard who was sitting at the desk. The hotel was near the airport and very convenient with restaurants around and a shopping mall. It has a bit of a smell in the corridor as it was an open space when you walk to the elevator as the hotel was close to the water stream. The checking in and checking out were fast. The lobby was beautiful and cozy. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower gel and shampoo bottle were a bit broken but the product they use is good as it was a local product. We were there for a quick one might stop before our flight to Sandakan. Overall, the hotel does provide a nice room for the guests.
