I was travelling solo due to passport issues. The accommodation was very bright, clean and modern and the staff were lovely. I arrived early and waited for my room to be ready, nice, cool reception area. Bit of a walk into town but I enjoyed it as I like to explore different parts of cities. Felt safe though.

I stayed a few days in the hostel, located in a strategic location, 20 minutes from the railway station and a few steps from the center of Torino. I was very good. The staff at the reception was very kind and friendly, he explained everything and gave me the electronic key to open the doors. The apartments are set on a few floors and the lift is available. I was in the second floor, in a bedroom of 16 people. In the room were 2 bathrooms available, in excellent conditions and with essential supplies. There were also boxes in which to close their personal key effects. As for the bed, the mattress was comfortable, I sleeped well, the atmosphere was quiet and silent, everyone was doing his business in peace without bothering anyone, I was very good.

NH Hotels are great. Great linens, beds, air conditioning, layout of rooms and bathrooms and not too expensive (mostly). This NH Hotel in Santo Stefano is really in a great area. In the evening it completely comes alive with tons of restaurants in the square nearby. It is absolutely buzzing. Great spots for aperativo and for dinner. Plus it was super quiet - never a sound. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was really friendly and Hans gave us a friendly welcome. Plus it is only 20 min walk to the Porto Nuovo train station where you can get the bus to the airport.

A beautiful 4 star hotel on the Strada Fortino. The staff on reception are super friendly, will happily call a taxi whenever you need one, and will give you area information. The restaurant and bar are both in the basement and are separate to each other. The bar closes at 11pm. There did seem to be a bar upstairs on the same level as reception, but was closed, perhaps as it was September and summer period was over. There are vending machines in reception. Room service is only for breakfast so if you’re feeling hungry during the day, you cannot get lunch. The bar will have croissants and other cakes, so you can grab a nibble. The restaurant staff work really hard and are also super friendly. The outside space seemed lock and closed off - again probably due to it being September - though would have been nice to sit out on the patio in the sunshine. The cleaner staff and maintenance staff were all really helpful too, we had an issue with the shower door and toilet flush - which was fixed same day. The rooms are carpeted and there is no bath; the shower room is great with a bidet. There is no swimming pool, gym or spa at this hotel. There is a great little shopping centre which is about ten minutes away, brisk walking. There is also a very handy supermarket opposite the hotel about two min walk. You could walk into Turino main centre, though also easy to jump in cab or take tram. Would definitely stay here again. Grazie mille hotel Fortino. The photo in this review is not of the hotel but of the huge Palazzo Real in Turino Centre.

I spent two days in Torino and this hotel is perfect for a few days. We paid a triple 145, it is not little, but the price is certainly justified by the fantastic location. The hotel is located 50 metres from the Duomo di Torino and the Palatina porta. 200 metres from the Royal Palace, the Madame Palace and the Royal Church of San Lorenzo. About 500/600 metres from the Egyptian Museum, the Carignano Palace and the San Carlo Square. The hotel has a very comfortable and very convenient location. The room was ready and was given 3 hours before. We could leave the baggage in custody even after check out, instead we returned to take them and we also took a coffee. The room was of the right size, pleasant and very clean. The only bad things I feel to report are: lack of bidet, lack of bathroom window and uncomfortable mattresses.

I have spent 2 full days in Cascina Fossata on a conference. The whole experience was brilliant. The location is not central, but the place is easily accessible in a 3-minute train cheap travel from Porta Susa. The building was a former abandoned farm, now in the heart of a lively neighborhood. Part of the challenge has been to retain a strong social value for this site, and this has been perfectly achieved. In the evening, the courtyard is used by children who play safely on the green and by elderly people who entertain themselves playing cards and chatting. It is a novel concept of hospitality which brings the community into the place. Social enterprises run the ancillary services such as a cafeteria. At the same time, the standard of service, including breakfast, Wi-Fi connection and cleanliness, and comfort of the rooms, are at the highest level. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel at the last moment for the Turin Film Festival days, reliing on the three stars of the hotel. After finding that the modest amount of €135 per night was not even included in breakfast, we found that we had spent three days in a ”larged place”. - painting and painting of walls and thermophones were scrapped; - the box was able to stick a coat; - the refrigerator was out and out of use; - there was no kind of courtesy in the bathroom except two saponges; - the additional cover, which we used in view of the rigid temperature, had holes and shakings, as well as tents; - inside the room, despite the absence of breakfast (requirement necessary to obtain the three stars), No boiler was present. In honour of the true Sunday morning, as the bars were all closed, we managed to get a coffee and heated our milk (of us provided), noting, however, ”all we can do”, The answer was: ”We can't buy a boiler for all the stuffs ...” When you completed the phrase, we couldn't do it because the holder entered the The lift left us open in the reception. Lastly, we notice that an outdoor parking near the hotel, near public works and a small shipyard, cost EUR 20 per day. The prices of four stars and services from one star to be generous. You could continue, for example, by noting that in making the room, the night clothes that were built above the bed, They were found in a poor position and thrown over the bag, which, of course, has not adequate hygiene conditions outside.

“A way to feel at home, no matter how to make home is”: this is what you read on the hotel's entrance glass and I can confirm that it's how I felt, perfectly at home! Young and fresh environment with relaxing room with billiards and ping pong available, studio room with wifi and a comfortable gym. Cyrus on the cake the beautiful terrace at the latest floor, from which you can enjoy a crazy view of all Turin and the longPo. The best quality-price relationship, friendly staff and available for any kind of request, last but not least innovative and creative design that highly reminiscent the style of the northern European structures, Often essential but studied (it is noted by any branded object and the enthusiastic copies). Stayed here with friends on a fun trip through northern Italy and was so happy one of them found this place. What a special spot! Location was very convenient with the Egypt museum and nice shopping area being a 25 minute walk and several nice restaurants and places to grab an aperitivo, within 5 minutes. Or you could walk to the Valentino Park in 10. Note this place does offer parking, but make sure you reserve upon booking as space is very limited and they were unavailable when we arrived. However, the front desk crew were so nice and found us a garage a quick 7 minute walk away. Aesthetic was very unique, beautiful, and decor was minimal. There was a definite minimalist style here, which made the beauty of the building come through. We did breakfast every morning, which was an extra 15 euro, but felt it was worth the price as everything offered was high quality. Snacking on the assorted pasties, fruit and cheeses in the beautiful courtyard was also an awesome way to start each day here. Lastly, the staff did what they could to accommodate a slightly later checkout and graciously stored our massive quantities of luggage for us post check-out so we could explore the beautiful city for a couple more hours. Really enjoyed visiting Turin the first time and especially liked staying at this hotel. Would highly recommend location, service, and overall value.

Take the metro from the south exit of Principi d'acaja station and cross the street. The reception staff were very lively and friendly. Although the facilities in the room were basic, the hygiene was very good. The signs in the hotel are as big as the ”Do Not Disturb” signs in several major languages including Chinese, although they write ”Please clean the room” rather than ”Please repeat the room”. . . However, such services are rare in Turin. The price was also very reasonable at the time of booking. If there are no high requirements, this hotel is definitely the first choice!

My friend and I spent six nights at this hotel. It is situated near the city centre and near a bus/tram stop called Bertolo, with a good and fast connection to Porta Susa station. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance or can easily be reached by bus or tram. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful and they do their utmost to make your stay a wonderful experience. We loved the breakfast. It was very tasty and there was a great variety of food and drinks. We had two single rooms, which were very clean. My room had a balcony with a view of the inner courtyard (see picture). We rarely post but here it is better to be safe than sorry. To flee ! A cold welcome, a rustic hotel in poor condition. The hotel is only looking for profitability but absolutely not for customer satisfaction. - The rooms are bathrooms, the carpet does not make you want to walk on it. When it comes to showers, the shower head shoots anywhere, with no ability to adjust it. - For the breakfast part, the choice is limited, industrial juices and nothing is returned once finished. - For people who love noise, don't hesitate, this is the place. The walls are as thin as paper. To add, during the two nights we spent here, work just above our room started at 8am, impossible to sleep with so many hammer blows! We had warned of this before the first night (the hotel being fully aware of this work as it is on their premises) and the hotel did not offer us a room change. The same thing happened the second night. When we ask for a gesture for these unbearable noises, the manager absolutely refused to make any gesture. Usual in hotels, we rarely post reviews but these two days were a disaster from start to finish, so we wanted to be alerted, other hotels in Turin deserve better attention!

Just a few minutes walk from the station, a bit outside of the city center. Located on a quiet street, it is very safe to walk here. Beside it is a convenience store that also closes late so that was very helpful. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Walls are thin so you can here the outside and other rooms quite a bit, it didnt bother me as much however. The bathroom size was just enough, with towels, soaps and plastic cups for you to use. It also has a fridge, bottle opener and a safe if youd like those. All in all, it was worth the price and was helpful during the trip. One more thing, the keys are the old style, so when you leave, you have to leave the keys at the front desk. When you come back, someone will give you back the keys.

I was in this hotel with my sister at the booksale, we were very happy with everything, our room was spacious, very clean and despite the balcony was on a trafficked road, we didn't hear a single noise. The breakfast was excellent and then the location of the structure is strategic, located near the stop of the metro to move in total comfort. The hotel's strength is the staff of a kindness and availability that is difficult to find in other facilities. We will certainly return and advise the facility to anyone who wants to have a good quality price at the disposal.

I'm a fan of NH collection group however this time was not impressed as usual. Staffs weren't really welcoming, maybe we were check-in quite late at around 10pm. The room wasn't as spacious as others hotels in the group and the view outside is awful. Also the sound proofing was terrible and we could hear a huge sound from the ceiling in the morning. However, the room is clean I will still choose the NH group but not this hotel when I travel to Turin next time.

An nh group hotel located in the middle of lingotto, there are obvious hotel signs everywhere in via nizza. The front desk service is very good, patient and attentive. The twin room is very large, with bathtub, central air-conditioning and other configurations. The price of the price in the off-season is very high. When checking in, the hotel will require a credit card from the registered guest as a guarantee; in addition, there is no kettle in the hotel room, and the price of food in the minibar is also more expensive. A serviced apartment near the small train station, with an elegant environment and warm reception. The room is fully equipped with a full set of candy for reception, two complimentary bottles of water, and a box of toiletries (wet wipes, ginseng shower gel, hand cream, cotton swab, soap) for free. There are pots and pans in the kitchen, microwave ovens, cutlery, refrigerators, detergents, sponges, but there is no seasoning in the seasoning tank. In other words, if you cook yourself, you need to buy all the ingredients. In addition, the front desk stipulates that if you want to use the kitchen, you need to clean it yourself (brushing tableware), otherwise you will pay a cleaning fee of 10 euros. With its edgy art and design collection, its slick modernity and beautiful concrete, its excellent gastronomy and wonderful spa, DUPARC is the best location in Torino to relax or spent time with family or on business trips. Staff are very devoted and nice and make guests’ stay an unforgettable experience. The hotel was designed by Laura Petrazzini, an award-winning architect from Turin, and Corrado Levi, a contemporary artist. They joined forces to conceive a brutalist structure which later became one of the most significant modernist buildings of Turin.

They don't even bring you the dishes, and if you ask them they bring you one or two, and nevertheless not for all presents at the table. If you ask a bread more, the answer is: I'm sorry, but the bread is over! In other words, nothing to do, for a hotel of a certain level I think breakfast is important ..... and then you pay 8,00 euro little nothing.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city centre and the train station. The hotel is like a noble palace, the public areas and rooms are very good, and the breakfast is good. What surprised me the most was that I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning, and I was able to stay in the room directly, which is very rare in Europe.

Very nice hotel in a good location in the center of Turin. Nice rooms, well cleaned with nice decor. Fantastic staff who care about their customers. Want to mark a young guy at the front desk (I forgot to ask his name but it seems he is the only young guy at the front desk). He is very nice, social and has told us a lot about Turin and its sights and how we can reach them. Can highly recommend this hotel! If I come back to Turin, I'll stay here again.

I stayed here for the 2nd time and I have no regrets. I cannot say anything bad about this aparthotel. The staff is very heartwarming, welcoming, eager to help with your problems and questions. I do not remember any other hotel with such a humane attitude towards the arriving people. Thank you very much for your support and help! Another great thing about Sacchi Residence is that the rooms are kept very clean and tidy, the cleaning service is done very day except for Sunday. The apartments are located 5 min walk from Porta Nuova station and provided with everything that you need for living. The only thing which I did not like was the location. There is a shop nearby, which is great, also the way to the Metro is only 5 mins, there are some cafes and gelaterias, but this is the area around the railway station, so... Not the most pleasant street to walk around. But for me it was not a big deal. So if you are fine with that, believe me, this is the best place to stay at in Turin if you want an apartament.
