You do need a phone to call the hotel to be let in. There's no receptionist because of Covid. Also make sure you have WhatsApp as you are requested to send your passport and covid vaccination info by WhatsApp before they give you the code to enter the building and get your key left at the front desk. Then make sure you a pen to fill in what you want for breakfast and send a photo via WhatsApp.

Amazing traditional Italian hotel, short walk from two metro stations Benini or Racconigi on Line one of the metro. All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially when we going to be delayed thanks to a long wait on our departure from London to recommending a nearby restaurant. The room was large, with a comfy bed, curtains and also exterior shutters ideal if you like your room dark. The bathroom was well equipped and just right. Breakfast was nice too with freshly made coffee to order and a selection of bread, meats and cheese along with pastries, cakes and cereals. It also had bacon and scrambled eggs if that’s more your thing. We would definitely stay again.

After my experience in this hotel, I have learned once for all that it's better not to be influenced too much by the negative (and sometimes also positive) reviews here in tripadvisor. I just wanted to tell that in my case everything was perfect: I stayed in a clean and overall good room, receptionists were polite and helpful, breakfast in the morning was very good, just what I should expect from a 3 star hotel, and actually the croissants were warm and just fresh. The communication with the hotel was perfect from the very beginning. Honestly I couldn't find any fault in anything. So I can really recommend this hotel for visiting the city, as the metro stop is also very near

The location was good, it is a 5 minute walk from the metro that takes you into the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were also comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay here and would go again.

Left my key in the hotel lobby while heading out and got back to the hotel at 11 to find the door locked and had no way back inside. Having no staff overnight to help in a situation like that is ridiculous and it completely ruined my trip. Would not recommend

Heel vriendelijke personeel met veel begrip De kamers waren groot en het bed was heel zacht. Jammer dat de wifi niet goed werkte maar dat is natuurlijk bijzaak. Er was ook een buffet in de ochtend met genoeg keuze en de lekkerste cappuccino en croissant om uw dag te beginnen.

Fidandoci delle recensioni trovate online e delle foto viste sul sito, ci siamo affidati a questa struttura per qualche giorno. Non lo avessimo mai fatto. Questa struttura fondamentalmente "ci prova ma non ci riesce". In generale l'edificio non è neanche male, il letto è piuttosto comodo e la stessa cosa vale per i cuscini. Tutto il resto... Piuttosto deludente. Intanto le pareti sono fatte quasi di carta velina e quindi la privacy è pressoché in esistente; mobili, piastrelle e finiture (zoccolini, finiture dei sanitari etc) sono assolutamente da rivedere. Le persone addette alle pulizie hanno 0 tatto e urlano durante il giro di pulizie, rendendo impossibile riposare al mattino (se non vi siete già svegliati sentendo il phon della stanza vicina o la gente che parla...), in più bussano nonostante il "non disturbare". La colazione ha una buona varietà ma si tratta di tutti cibi confezionati. Brioche al pistacchio terribili, succhi zuccheratissimi, caffè mediocre. In generale, appunto, ci prova ma fallisce. Dopo la prima mattina nonostante la colazione gratuita abbiamo optato per andare altrove a farla... E non siamo decisamente tipi schizzinosi. Anzi. Perlomeno c'è di buono che hanno il servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli. Esperienza che suggeriamo caldamente di evitare (marzo 2023) se volete riposare e godervi la nottata l un po' di privacy...

Hotel carino, camere pulite e spaziose, personale disponibile, posizionato vicino una fermata della Metro. Colazione molto buona e ben organizzata. Rapporto Prezzo/Servizi buono. Unica piccola pecca, il bagno poco funzionale (vasca che fa anche da doccia e mancanza di qualche appendino per gli asciugamani. Sicuramente Consigliato!!!
