The hotel was ok but I gave. $50 deposit that I was told I would get back after they made sure we didn't smoke in the room. When I went to check out they said the whole $50 went to sue charges and PARKING FEES!!!! So basically got ripped off for $50.

Very good and affordable breakfast with many varieties

Many rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. The last one we had the a/c did not work properly and there was a large open space in the room with one lonely armchair. It seemed that a table and second chair were missing.

This hotel is pretty decent. The only problems that I had were that the fridge in my room didn't work and I had to throw away groceries that I bought at Publix. The only other negative is that the caulking around the toilet was just about nonexistent. The bed was comfy and the limited food was decent. I will be staying again here in Aug. Hopefully the fridge in my next room will work.

The maintenance of this hotel was horrible. The hear did not-working in the room. The shower hatch cane down while i was showering. The door knob on the bathroom was loose. I went the desk the manager told me i gave to get with ******* for a partial refund of at least one night. I have contatcted them . And have not heard back from them. Regarding this. Overall property was good and clean. Room was clean. Main issue was the elevator was out of service with a room on second floor.

Overnite stay before the Daytona speedway race. The hotel was close to a bunch of restaurants. It was quiet around the hotel. The staff were great.

The room was okay but the paint job in the bathroom was sloppy and looked unfinished. The shower was okay but the water didn’t fully come on in the shower but also was on at the bottom faucet too.

It's a very well located hotel in Palm Coast, family friendly and pet friendly. Staff is very nice and everything was very clean.

My original check out was to be on Monday. But I checked out the next day due to lack of action of the front desk. My toilet worked for about 2 flushes and then it stopped. Black Hair was in the shower. I placed my own sheets on the bed due to past experiences. The walls are extremely thin. The bed when you move sounds like thunder due to the aluminum bed frame. My heater was broken as well. At 11:15pm the people in the a joining room were blasting a movie and being very loud. I contacted front desk and explained the toilet situation ect.., and all the problems occurring. Asked to move my room. I need sleep. He said ,” sorry, we are pretty booked, Due to the races and people extending their visit.” I explained that it was not safe for me to knock on the neighbors door, and if he could please ask them to lower their television I have to up by very early.He said ,”absolutely”. I heard him knock on the neighbors door, and say ,”your neighbor , I’m sorry to bother you but your neighbor just called. SHE just called to tell me that you were being too loud.”Was not happy about that.Im freezing at this point and have to put on the bathroom light with exhaust fan to try to drown out the noise. I did not sleep at all! 6am next day, I asked if someone could come up and please fix my toilet.he said “It’s Sunday, he’s off. There is no maintenance until Monday. I said that I am checking out early right now. I have had a horrible experience and will never come back.

The outlets were not secure the plugs wouldn't stay in so it was hard to keep things charged in room 323

The handicapped room was on second floor at the farthest place from the elevator. The elevator call button did not work. The fastest way to get the elevator was to run down the stairs (I nearly tripped and broke my neck) and then ride the elevator back up to the second floor to pick up my wheelchairbound husband. The room did not smell good and they ran out of some of the breakfast 1.5 hours before breakfast ended.

For road weary travelers with 400 miles south and 350 to go the next day this was clean, quiet, safe and gave fantastic rest before sitting the road again.

The rooms were very old and the AC didn’t work properly and the shower is very old and wasn’t working properly either.
