The location is less than two minutes from the tube station. Although this stay is a double room type, but the bed is not large, and it is particularly soft, as long as it is slightly turned over, it will seriously affect another person. Because I stayed for three nights, I asked the front desk manager to change the room, because the bed type that I had just lived five days ago was a more comfortable hard bed. But the manager obviously said that all the rooms were full, and the beds in all the rooms were the same in hardness. Later, when I went out later in the evening, I saw from the outside of the hotel that many rooms did not turn on the lights. No one stayed. Although I did not maintain the mentality of being able to change the house, I really could not feel the sincerity of the hotel for the service of the guests. If it wasn’t just five days before I lived, I wouldn’t find such a big difference in the quality specifications of the bed. Even more, I came back to the room the next day and found that the so-called room finishing only flattened the quilt. Other cups like coffee and tea were not cleaned or changed, and no tea bags and coffee were added. The floor and toilet were also There is little garbage and it feels very bad. I really don't understand how to stay twice in a week, and there is such a big difference in feeling.

I was given a very bad room. There were still several steps from the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said there was no room. Why didn't you give me a better room? Sure enough, I got up in the middle of the night and tripped on the toilet. And there was no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask anything. The wifi signal disappears as soon as the room door is closed. If you want to use wifi, you cannot close the door. You can meet any strange flower,

I'm very familiar and very comfortable with the ibis chain. I used their properties a lot, all over the world. The Budget brand does offer more sp**** service, but this particular property has veered away from a hotel model and more to a hostel environment. Considering the rates, that really isn't acceptable. The property is very new. A new build right in the heart of Hounslow. About a 30 minute bus ride from Heathrow or a 5 minute walk to the tube station. Just be aware that the Hounslow Central tube station has very steep steps and no escalator or lift access. If you have luggage, you're going to find that set up tricky for sure. The hotel staff are a bit of a mixture of helpful and friendly and surly and hostile. You don't know which you'll get. The reception area is also the breakfast room and they sell some food items out of breakfast time. Hot drinks can be bought after the breakfast window, but they are free during the breakfast service. Breakfast is reasonably priced for what there is. Bread, cereal, preserves, tea, coffee, juice, yogurt, pastries and cold meat/cheese. Some days there are apples and oranges, some days there is nothing fresh or healthy at all. Thankfully there is good security (the neighbourhood is a bit (but only a bit) dodgy) and you need a key to access the elevator. Masks are required in public areas, but most guests ignored this with seemingly no sanction from the hotel. Rooms a reasonably sized, but they are basic. Normal ibis budget format. Large bed, clean linens, good lighting. Nowhere for luggage or bags at all and a small space of hanging clothes. A small desk with a stool is the only sitting area. Bathroom is a large shower with good water pressure, a small basin and a separate toilet. The room comes with two towels and two small bars of soap. No shampoo or body wash for the shower. If you want shampoo, you have to bring your own or buy a tiny bottle for one pound from the hotel. Ludicrous. Shampoo is a basic hotel offering. Bringing your own is the rule of a hostel. This property is charging hotel rates, not hostel rates. Noise is tricky. You will hear all your neighbours above, below and each side. Again, more hostel like than hotel. Thankfully there is daily housekeeping. It may seem petty, but not providing shampoo is astonishing. I cannot recall any hotel anywhere in the world where I've been (and I've been to 84 countries) where I've ever been denied shampoo. Even in other ibis budget properties. If they want to be a hostel, then they need to charge hostel rates. Otherwise, this hotel largely delivers.

We stayed here for two nights, on arrival we were met by a friendly gentleman who signed us in and showed us where to go. As you walk through the door I was immediately impressed with how clean it was! The room was just what we needed, a bedroom and bathroom, both spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee provided, a fridge for your own things and a good tv. The guest house hs a secure car park so we felt relaxed about leaving our car and jumping On the tube which was a few minutes walk away. The staff were really friendly . I will definitely return here when I need to go to London, a lovely little gem in the midst of Hounslow .

This hotel is a good ten minute walk from the Hounslow tube station, but it’s an easy and fairly pleasant one. There’s ‘first come first served’ car parking on site but there’s not many spaces, so bare that in mind in you’re arriving late. The check in process around 9:30pm wasn’t the most slick - there was only a single person working at reception and the need to request photo ID along with copying it in a back room delayed the process a lot. Also despite having had my credit card already charged for the stay, I had to present it again on a very slow machine to obtain the key. It’s a small reception area, not the most welcoming with all the covid screens in place, but the staff member was friendly enough. The restaurant area was empty on my arrival as well as the bar, which looked good but closes at 11:30pm. There’s a good number of lifts which are a decent size and served all the floors quickly with no need to wait. The communal areas were all clean, there’s some nice seating in the corridors and the decor is cosy and modern; not quite to the boutique level suggested in the marketing but enough to meet he four star standard the hotel has. I was in a single room on the fifth floor and on first impressions the room was pretty decent for the price. Cosy decor, spacious modern and clean. The single bed was placed against the wall with a bedside unit, with reading light and control of spotlights throughout the room. There was a tiny desk with chair at the window, overlooking the street, along with wardrobe and a large TV. A kettle was provided but the cupboard intended for a mini bar was devoid of a fridge. It was nice for a couple of bottles of water to be left on the desk though. There were two pillows provided, both of which were super thin and provided minimal support. The bed was comfortable enough but unfortunately the room was incredibly warm, with a window that couldn’t be opened and air conditioning which was practically pointless. At least there was no noise from the corridors or adjacent rooms. My biggest complaint about the room though is the fact there was only one electric socket, within the bar area for the kettle. Nothing by the bed, the desk had a single USB port, but that was it. Fortunately I didn’t have any devices needing charing but otherwise this would have been troublesome and made me worry with any need for an alarm. The bathroom was modern, clean and with a sizeable shower. The shower came hot instantly with both a rainforest head and hand held arm, and despite only a single towel being provided I could have no complaints. There was a small shelf in the shower area and toiletries were provided in small bottles all of decent quality. Only one towel was on the rack, but that’s expected in a single room. Overall it was a comfortable stay, but I used it as an airport stopover for which there are other options at the same price which don’t suffer with the small issues of lack of electric sockets, as well as being arguably

It was a surprise to arrive at the hotel and find it sealed off by bollards. After parking nearby and walking to the front desk, I discovered that the car park was at the opposite end of the rugby stadium a good 10 minute walk away. This had not been mentioned when I booked by telephone or in subsequent e-mails. On eventually arriving at the front desk and waiting several minutes for the sole member of staff to deal with the previous guest, we discovered that there was no record of our booking. Luckily, I had brought the confirmatory email, so we were eventually booked in- about half an hour after our arrival. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bed large was comfortable. One of the lights wasn’t working but I couldn’t face the hassle of trying to get it fixed. The bathroom was also fine. I tried to log into the Internet but found it impossible We went for dinner in the Foundation Bar, which is fine to watch sport on the television. There was no menu around but after a futile attempt at scanning, I managed to get one from the bar staff. We then managed to order a meal at the bar, which arrived around 20 minutes later. The food was hot and of reasonable quality but the service was perfunctory. The hotel is on the outskirts of the town and there is nowhere else to eat within reasonable walking distance . There were few staff around during our visit and the whole place felt generally soulless. We wouldn’t recommend it unless one needs to be there for the rugby.

We stayed here for a week while visiting friends in the area. Chosen for its location and excellent proximity to public transport (tube and bus), there were lots of other benefits including a very comfortable bed, lots of seating/working areas in the lobby, and on-site parking (for an extra fee, but worth the peace of mind). There were also a handful of nettlesome features that kept me from assigning a 5-star rating. First - I could do without the breakfast upsell - lots of nearby coffee shops with more character for a fraction of the cost. Lighting in bathroom is extremely dim. The single printer in the "business area" was not working and, when I finally got it to work the next day, nearly out of ink. A promising outdoor area was not in use and seemed to have been decommissioned. And despite my specific request for a *FITTED* lower sheet on the bed, they continued to use a FLAT lower sheet that pulls out of place - found it harder to sleep on this rumpled mess. Not the world's greatest problems to be sure, but for the price they should be able to fix these. Overall, though, it more than met our needs and we would happily return.

I need to preface this with: I booked this 2 months ago for 3 people. We arrived via a side door, checked in and told our room is on the second floor. We weren't directed to stairs or a lift, we just had to find out own way. Once we made it up the four flights of stairs, we were greeted by a room with 2 beds.. But there are 3 of us! We immediately call reception to be told that they are looking into it and will call us back. We sit in our first (YES, FIRST) room for 20 minutes before chasing up with the reception staff. We are told that a colleague is on the way, Great! We meet him in the stairwell as we weren't sure he would be able to find us. He advises that there aren't any rooms as they are fully booked. But sir, we booked a triple room, 2 months ago, why was this not accommodated for at the time? He said that they had a potential room in the basement we can look at. We query if there are 3 beds, his response "just come and look". Again, we ask: Are there 3 beds though? - "Come and look, we can get you more blankets if you are happy with it". Sorry sir, excuse me? He then informs us that we can leave our bags in the HALL WAY. We are not leaving our belongings in the hallway. We go down 6 flights of stairs to the basement to be shown a studio flat with 1 double bed, a single bed in an office and... yes.. you guessed it.. a sofa. Ah, that is why he said he can get us extra blankets. We inform the member of staff that this isn't acceptable. He states that there are no more rooms. We reiterate that we booked this 2 months ago for 3 people and wonder why we haven't been accommodated. We are THEN told there is a room, but the lights don't work. We go in and the lights do work but one of the beds has been slept in, the toilet is dirty and used (as has the shower) and there are hand prints on the ceiling. The wifi also isn't reliable. We ask for 3 pillows - receive 2 (as the beds didn't have pillows). We tell the member of staff that the toilet is dirty and he says - quite flippantly - "well.. do you want me to come and clean it?" I'm sorry but he should be saying that he WILL come and clean it. The room has obviously been used and not cleaned at all. We are woken up by people walking up and down the corridor banging loudly (We are in the basement remember) and I am pretty sure someone tried to come in, but luckily we locked the door!

Great location, sad room. The hotel is really well located, close to Heathrow on a main roas with several shops/takeaways. There is limited parking, we did struggle to find a space on the Saturday evening. The room itself was the usual souless generic room. Was clean and tidy but very worn. As you can see my bedding was spotless clean, but that well used it was threadbare. The room had everything you needed, iron, trouser press, tea/coffee facilities. The Evelyn and crabtree toiletries are a nice touch. I booked a room that included wifi, I couldn't find the code and the queue was that long at reception every time i walked by over 2 days i never found it out. For me the bed was too hard, but I appriciate that is personal taste. If you just need somewhere for one night then this will do, I wouldn't return though. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and well cooked

The check in staff were great, they were quick and offered a free drink as i waited. The hotel is extremely modern and is part of the Marriott group. They have a gym, food, bar and relaxing areas. Just 5 or 6 min drive from terminal 3. The rooms are fairly small but is still adequate as most people will prob only stay here for one night in transit. The room was clean and featured a nice bathroom, comfortable bed and large tv. Only negative things i can say is there was no toothbrush in room and parking is expensive at £12.50. Other hotels in the area are around £10 parking. But i would definitely stay here again in fact will be hotel of choice when transiting.
