Entering the accommodation at 9:00 p.m., there was no staff available to provide service. **This is understood to be during the long holiday season. We called the room ourselves when checking in. In conclusion, the accommodation had a security guard come to take care of us instead. He's already old. We informed him that he had reserved through Trip.com and he said no, he wouldn't accept it. Are you only receiving items from another company? *Until it's cleared up Before getting into the room It's a waste of time. He doesn't know much and doesn't listen to customers + Uncle's tone of voice and service are not okay. Do we pay friends in exchange for services like this? The price is quite high compared to 1 night, 1,000 + the service received. The room does not match the cover, the air conditioner is not cool, the room is stuffy + there are water stains. **Please leave a message to the accommodation if you would like to receive guests at the event. Maybe just sometimes or temporarily. Please provide information and recommend better basic services to customers.

Do not stay here, I implore all my fellow travellers! It’s imperative you heed my advice or suffer the same consequences! This is actually just a typical local Thai apartment converted into a so called “Hotel” for unsuspecting tourists. Hence, it’s totally void of any hospitality services. You can order room service from their restaurant and the rude staff will tell you to personally go down to collect the food from the restaurant and bring it up yourself or to eat in the restaurant with the additional service charges! Because she’s too lazy to provide room service. Housekeeping is not available every day and forget about calling them to clear the rubbish in your room because they just don’t turn up! I book with Agoda and the price was 531 baht but they insisted that I should pay them the 690 baht rate! When I refused, the part-time manager from Malaysia who is also staying in the hotel behaves like a Thug. He enlisted the help of 3 security guards to threaten and intimidate me even when I did not do anything but insisted for an explanation from them on the double standard pricing for the locals of 500 baht and for tourists is 690 baht!? All these terrible service attitudes from the staffs is the reflection of this unprofessional part-time repugnant manager from Malaysia. He is also a two face fiend. Firstly, he said he will get back to me on the pricing but the next moment he had 3 security guards coming for me! He then disappeared like a coward. I had to leave the place immediately for fear of my safety from one of the security threatening me with bodily harm. They refused to allow me to call for Police but instead took it upon themselves to manhandle me! I left in a flurry when they threw my bags out of the hotel! Such obnoxious attitude towards Hotel guests who refused to accommodate to their demands. Seems the guests have to appease them and not vice versa. Room 602 Eric.

Stop over. 25 mins from airport, we got a taxi at the airport (200baht). The hotel is welcoming and the rooms are good with aircon, comfy beds. The breakfast was buffet and freshly made. Nothing to do around the hotel. The area is run down, few local shops lots of street food. Which was delicious We ate at the ladies stall outside Tesco/Locus.

10 mins from the airport, great for a transit stay, nice food, very green and well appointed porch and nice rooms with firm beds (excellent for my slip disc). I read in other reviews that the lady at reception is grumpy but in our experience she was very helpful about storing our luggage while we went off to Koh Phangan, just a bit slow with the check in. The rooms itself are nice, with wood paneled flooring and nice views. Water pressure from the shower sucks. And there are no malls nearby. All in all, a very pleasant last day stay in Bangkok. We loved it. Cracked a lot of jokes over the lift. If you step in, you might find the world changed by the time you step out :-)) Tortoises are faster

We were here for the second time and love this location easy! Unfortunately, you see that the accommodation has suffered extremely from the corona period. The pool is absolutely renewable and otherwise only a minimum of service could be offered (e.g. breakfast on pre-order). But the staff is madly friendly and effortless and we have felt very well again! We very much wish this beautiful, tastefully designed oasis can survive near the airport and can accommodate many guests again in the future! We want to come back too! So please book all!!

Close to the airport but far from the nightlife (30+ minutes in a taxi to a lot of the hotspots), the room was clean, quiet and very relaxing. The front desk staff speak great English and are very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have any issues whatsoever in terms of the room or facilities, the breakfast is 100 baht and buffet style. The breakfast (the times I opted) was okay but nothing amazing. I spent a lot of time working in the room and had zero issues with sound even though it's close to the airport and you can see/hear the planes taking off. The room was soundproofed well. The 9 nights I stayed there I had zero issues with staff or hotel facilities. There is a laundromat and 7-11 just around the corner from the hotel which is very convenient. 5/5 I would recommend for a person needing a quiet place to work, doesn't mind taking taxis for the nightlife or a good night's rest before a flight.

The airport hotel was pitted by its name. I thought it was inside the airport, but it was far from the airport. It was about 15 minutes by car. The facilities are a bit old but clean and free of mosquitoes, and there are 711 and a small supermarket around which are quite convenient. We slept in Bangkok for one night, and then withdrew. The others are not much recommended.

Staff Ms they were very pleasant after check in and gave me a room with balcony. Lots of space, refrigerator and cool air. Very clean and spacious room. The TV has 100 channels including movies, NHK, news and sports. Lady Maid/Mamma san is very happy to have bought a curry rice at 25 baht and let them eat dishes and knives. Local food open until 11pm. 7 11 is open all night. There is a small restaurant next to the hotel with beer, ice and drinks. Take a local taxi about 90 baht from the airport. No mini bus, about 11 minutes from Suvarnabhumi. Airport

Excellent short-term stay. 10-20 min shuttle bus to and from airport. Professional helpful staff. I enjoyed the jazz duo music at the lobby lounge. 25 min taxi trip to MegaBangna. Shop till you drop. The hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you're just there for airport purposes. We got in late, around 9:00 PM and the restaurant was open, and we had a lot of great food! Live singer as well They do their absolute best to provide a top notch experience. We had one issue where there was a loud noise which occurred around every 10-15 minutes in our room and mosquitos. It was about midnight and every time we went to go to sleep, it happened again, waking us up. The first maintenance guy brought bug spray and listened for the noise but of course didn't happen while he was there, (he didn't stay long enough!) so the manager called and we were insistent. So he sent two more hotel staff for ”as long as we wanted them to stay” and we all ended up sitting in the room quietly until it happened again. Finally they heard what we were talking about and made efforts to repair it - something in the AC duct. Anyway, they sincerely do everything they can to ensure a great stay. I'd go back, but make sure they put in mosquito plugins!

Service from some staff was good (Help from staff carrying my bags and showing my room and taking me to the airport) reception staff wasn’t very friendly. Kitchen staff who took orders didn’t speak English so they didn’t understand what I wanted to order for lunch to eat. Nice swimming pool and room was nice and spacious. Loved the bathroom with tub.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for those in overnight transit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle service available at the hotel to the airport at a reduced price from the average taxi. The room that I stay fortunately has soap for use. On my previous stays, I could not find Miracle soap in their shower rooms. Food including lunch is not oily. Wonderful staff that allows me to check-out after 6.30 pm on the second day of stay in order to return home to take care of my father. I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose.

Again, as almost every time, the services are misleading, because there is no Spa, no sauna, no massage service, etc. For me, the main thing is to have these services when I do such long flights and I need this, I want to be able to trust the description given by trip. So, I don't care if, after insisting, they give me some trip coins as compensation, which never correspond to the price from the room.. I no longer use this lying site.. However, I shared this site around me, at the beginning, with regret..

Nice little hotel, close to the airport. Pool table, foosball, and a swimming pool. Little far from the road where the 7-11s are, and a lot of stray dogs in-between, however, hotel offers 24 hour tuktuk service back and forth for free.

This is not my first review for Bangna Pride. I have often stayed here for work. The best hotels are always the ones with great management, who get things done quickly and know how to tolerate difficult customers like me, with a smile. Emmie and her staff always do their best no matter what, they will always help, quickly and effectively. They genuinely want you to have a great stay. My job has taken me to some of the world's best hotels over more than 30 years and Bangna Pride ranks amongst the best. On this trip I was stuck in Thailand because of Covid19 and travel restriction. I came for a few weeks and stayed for almost 5 months. I was completely safe and saw all the steps management took to ensure they were meeting the latest requirements. I made one suggestion for breakfast safety and it was implemented by the next morning. The rooms are big and comfortable, the food is very good and it's close to Mega Bangna Mall and there are good local and international restaurants (Italian, Japanese etc) in the area too but you may need a cab to get to them. Great place to stay.

A really great overnight stay at Gate43! Situated about 1.5 miles from the Airport & 250BHAT in a taxi (£5ish) it was the perfect stay whilst we transitioned to the islands. The restaurant was open until 10pm so arriving at 9pm was no issue, food was tasty and more than adequate! Hotel itself was lovely, clean and perfect for what we needed. Staff very friendly and booked our 4am taxi back to the airport the next day. Would highly recommend for those needing to stay somewhere near the airport!

Hôtel is very Nice, front desk Manager was very good , we reservate room that normally on trip.com was with pool view but at the front desk they told us that it was normal room , but they upgrade us exceptionally ! Thank you . Tao
