After reading a few reviews, I found out that I was the only one who suffered damage. Last year １２ month. When I went to the reception, I was surprised to hear that ”one night at a time ２ night, so I will give you a regional limited coupon at １ day.” It's such a hotel that comes by train and has no buildings around the hotel. There are few items in the shop. So even if I get a coupon that expires the next day, I can't use it. It seems that the woman at the reception was angry at asking for a longer date. １ When I try to explain the reason why I made a reservation one by one, I am yelled at ”It doesn't matter”. In Shiga Prefecture, even if it is ２ consecutive nights of １ nights, the deadline is ２ the next day of the night. Even though I didn't ask for ４ or Chiba, I made the next day of the night of ２ deadline. Why are you angry when I think it's natural? I was threatened with ”I don't know if I can't use it”, but I answered that it doesn't matter, so I started changing the date 々. This hysterical woman may also be a relative of a hotel owner. So I wondered if such an unbelievable attitude was allowed. The hotel itself is a mixture of clean and dirty parts. I was watching the dirtiness of the changing room in the bathhouse. Something like blood was made or fallen from one of the lockers. All-you-can-break chairs. I was surprised that there was no bathroom in the room. When I reviewed Rakuten's site, it didn't say that there was a bathroom. But ... dinner is excellent. １ The day seemed to be quite busy and two women were running around. It seems that he was watching him go to make tea himself, and he came to apologize, ”I'm sorry I couldn't get around last night.” What a difference from the woman at the front desk. The hotel was close to my home and the dinner was delicious, so I'm not awkward to stay again, but I can't feel like going if I may meet that woman. I don't understand why I'm so angry. Shouldn't I get Anger Management? By the way, another woman was at the reception in the morning, but there was no problem.
