Also loved the fact that inspite of being a small resort they had lovely food options and everything was cooked to perfection. Rooms were not too small, big bathrooms and super clean. But the best part was the service. Akshay , Max , Ganraj , Kaushal. Never ever made us feel we were in a hotel property. Would fulfill every small wish , joke with us and laugh with us , and help us arrange things like bikes and cabs. Definitely recommended.

Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

|0.49km from city centerWe stayed at Sea shades for 6 days and our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was the best of the best. So kind and caring. Always with a smile on their face. Our flight was late and they allowed us to check in at 2 am , arranged a driver for us, arranged a bike for us whenever we asked. Their breakfast is delicious and the resort is in the heart of palolem , just 1 min walk to the beach and shacks. Suchitra from the front desk was a sweetheart , she suggested us the best places to tour around like cola Beach, bat island. All the attractions are only around 20-30 mins around the property. Jayesh and suchitra , thank-you so much for your service.

It’s across the street from the beach. Less than 5 minute walk. It’s under new owners and they have done a wonderful job, making it a happy and beautiful place to stay. My room was large with a comfortable bed and had a beautiful little balcony that looked out onto peaceful palm trees. There is a swimming pool, which is awesome when the beach gets too hot. It is surrounded by lush gardens and beautiful greenery.
I ate breakfast every day in their little restaurant, and the food and service was top-notch. 😁

Breakfast spread organized by the Chef Shubhadip and Tejas was very good, one of the best breakfast buffet I have had. Staff takes care of all the needs and is very hospitable.

Mr. Inzam at the reception helped us out very patiently in order to ensure that we got the rooms of our choice. The food in this property was really really good. Special mention to Mr. Sumesh and Mr Carson, who catered to all our wims and fancies. They ensured that we got everything at a moments notice. Mr Srikant was very helpful and patient driving us around in the golf carts. The kids really were well taken care of by the amazing team of Barmon, Chetna and Malvica. Very talented bunch I must say. Overall we had a great experience and will visit again. Downside I would say unlike Leela, the beach experience can be improved. Leela has better access to the beach.

|1.86km from city centerWe decided to stay in this hotel looking at Google reviews and pictures online. While we booked the hotel, the prices told to me were different when I had called and were different when my friend had called. That was quite unprofessional. The location is pretty easy to find on Google maps. Bang opposite the railway station. Check in was a routine affair. Not much of a hassle. The rooms were big and spacious. Well i thought it could have been a touch nearer but nothing really to complain about. The washrooms were neat. The breakfast was a South Indian affair and the dishes were good for the minimum variety they had. The lunch at the restaurant was also very tasty. Overall the quality of food was good. There is ample parking space and there is a security round the clock so there's no worry about the security of the vehicle. The swimming pool although neat and tidy is right next to the service entry to the kitchen. Vehicles stop to load/unload their stuff right next to the pool. That's a drawback. Also it's an open access from outside the hotel. So anyone who come to visit the hotel even for lunch can just walk by the pool which isn't really great. There's no exclusivity for hotel checked in guests as such. The service is really really poor. We had to wait for ages to get something whether it was in the restaurant or for that matter room service. The didn't even replace the water bottles on the second day. They claim to have a spa and massage centre but it's not yet open as such. Most facilities in the hotel are still in their setting up stage. Heavily understaffed to say the least. Worth the money? Yes considering it was a trip with friends. Would I go back? Maybe is they improve a few facilities and get their staff in line.

All the staff in the hotel are supportive and kind to help , they have a great approach towards the guests. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all the travellers. Esperance works at the hotel and looks at the bookings at the reception. She was very helpful in allocating the room , very fast and also helped in extending the stay. Thanks a lot for the wonderful hospitality. Would recommend to my friends and will visit again.

The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits.
The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby.
Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

|3.61km from city centerIt was a last minute decision to take a trip to Goa with my family (3 adults + 1 Child) and decided to book this hotel having looked at their website. I booked in for 4 nights all paid upfront based on this. To all travellers to this hotel please do not be fooled by the pictures on the website as they are no way a true reflection to reality. Also, this is also not a reflection of any of the staff members we came across as they were all good but this directly aimed for the owners of the hotel. On arrival(17.08.23), checkin was smooth and we were shown to the 2 rooms we had booked. On entering the room my heart sank as we walked in to be greeted to a sight as you will see from the pictures attached. Everything from bedroom to bathroom was in not to fit to stay purpose. I immediately went to the front desk and aired my complain to which I was given staff member to show my complain was about. I was then offered to be shown 2 other rooms but again both of them were in no different state to the one we were already allocated. Hence, within the first half hour we decided we would sleep it in in check out the next morning as it was almost getting close to midnight. In the morning we decided to have breakfast as it was included in the package and again we were disappointed with what was available on offer and the time it took for get the food we ordered from the live counter. After breakfast I approached the ***ager in charge and explained the situation and my decision to check out. I was offered to go view one of the more premium rooms that is served for the VIP guest to which my wife and I did. It was a very very slight improvement to what we had the previous night and our decision to check out stood. I spoke to the ***ager to see if I could get a partial refund on my payment but was told it was hotel policy on no refund as it was all conducted online which was quite disappointing as it was not such substantial amount. I decided to swallow the bitter pill as I was not going to let my family spend another day in the hotel. Again to re-iterate this is not a reflection on the staff but directly aimed tot he owners of the hotel. You need to update your website profile so as not to mislead travellers. The whole hotel needs an overhaul and reality check.

Our stay was family vacation, kids enjoyed the time in pool as well as Kids play area, breakfast buffet is really good with lot of options to choose from. The staffs are attentive, courteous and understand the guest needs and will do their level to provide best in class service, especially family with toddlers. All Alila Diwa team members were amazing and some of whom we have interacted and remembered them for being at their best were Hanlula,Hi***shu from front desk team, ***ish, Arfaan, Roella from Vivo Restaurant, Alice from Alila Spa team as well as Reeni incharge of Kids play area. We would love to visit this place again during our next vacation in Goa.

The staff are all amazing at every level and are a credit to the hotel. We would like to say a massive thankyou to our Tui Rep Karen Hall, she has a wealth of knowledge of Goa and goes out of her way to be of assistance. We was at the hotel for Christmas and New Year, I really don't think the staff and ***agement could have done anything more to make the festive session so special. We enjoyed Christmas carols around the tree, a fantastic Christmas Eve and New Years Eve gala events. Special mentions to Rakesh (Mama Mia) who is a true gentle*** also Kartik (Seagull) who is so polite. The pool area is kept immaculately clean. I do think that small tables would be useful at the side of your sunbed. Food in both of the restaurants is worthy of Michelin standard.

The staff - at the pool, the restaurant, the room - will not only do almost anything to make your stay more comfortable, they will suggest how they can do so. (Which, if you’re someone less likely to ask for things, really opens up the luxury experience.) Our room was meticulously cleaned each day by lax*** He is a gentle, welcoming soul who proactively supplied us with anything we seemed to use with high frequency. |1.07km from city centerWe spent the most amazing 5 days here. Booked partial sea view rooms. Pros: 1. Rooms were new construction. Room was sealed so there were no bugs / mosquitoes . Bed was soft and very comfortable, washroom was clean. We have been staying in beach huts at Palolem since 2015 and this was the best stay experience. 2. They had power back up. 3. Check in was smooth and quick. 4. We had food and drinks at their restaurant almost everyday and everything that we had was great. Cons: 1. Service was a little slow sometimes. Overall we had a great stay and were sad to leave. The place has a chilled out and happy vibe. The staff is very polite and friendly. Special thanks to Loki for the amazing cocktails and to Suvee who always served us with a smile and became friends with our 4 year old son. We will be back soon and will definitely stay here again.

Being vegetarians it offered us to indulge in delicacy of our choice and even the restaurant employees were very cooperative and caring. Would specially mention Mr Pravin Bhalerao Front office ***ager and his team for guiding during the stay and for their very helpful nature. Just one concern is hotel requires repairs and maintenance of rooms and facility. Location of Resort is very good just opposite to Arabian Sea and adjacent to Sal River, makes it ideal location for Families and travellers seeking some peaceful time in Goa.

|10.22km from city centerFIRST CHOICE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH KIDS! -Hands down the best resort we have stayed to date, amazing hospitality, sumptuous food, and kid friendly. -Firstly we were traveling with an infant, so we were confused about her needs, food etc. But St.Regis resort staff, chef were so much delighted to take care of her needs. The chefs cooked whatever my baby wanted be it in Miri, or Susegado or ***or or Oliveto (we dined at all the four restaurants!) -As it was her 1st birthday our buttler Roshan took care of that and made fine arrangements at ***or, special thanks to the chef and staff member at ***or for that! -The room decor was plenary! -Special mention to the head staff member & chef at Susegado, as my baby was rejecting every food item given to her, they tried to make 4-5 different dishes for her when finally she had one!! -The stay was memorable, and the celebration was amazing for which we came to goa! -Each and every staff member right from our airport pickup, during the stay & till our drop were receptive! TIP- -We weren't able to clear the due amount on our arrival, and the services for our room were blocked, we had to clear the amount every time we dined which I found surprising as in general the final payment is to be done at the time of checkout! Mentioning this thing before coming would have made it smooth for us! -The kids enjoy lots of perks offered by the resort. Thank You Team St.RegisGoa, for your wonderful hospitality.
