Food and ambience was really really good *****with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Would highly suggest and recommend visiting the place. There are amazing clubs and bars in the hotel - RTB being one of them. But the most outstanding aspect of the amazing service, help and support across everything (specially from Mr. Lalit).

|8.93km from city centerThe rooms are quite large, the bathrooms and toilets are large, there are many types of hardware, and the grades are medium. There is a bathtub. Poor towels. The bath water is not hot! !! There are not many types of breakfast, almost the same as Ibis, totally not in line with the five-star grade. There is an outdoor swimming pool. The overall ventilation is poor, and the entire hallway is full of kitchen flavors half the day. There is a new small complex about two kilometers away, some shops, pharmacies and restaurants.
The overall decoration level is high, and the service level is average.
The surrounding environment was a mess.
Not recommended.

|1.84km from city centerI stay here every single time I come to India, and have been since 2016. The rooms are spacious and beds are so comfortable! The hotel is in a very quiet area, which is close to local markets, supermarkets, bars and restaurants! It's quite close to Iffco Chowk metro station and so it's easy to travel around the NCR. Mavens house is also quite close to sector 29 and DLF cyber hub, so plenty of nightlife options nearby. I really can't recommend this place enough, it has genuinely become like a home to me. Staff are very friendly and so helpful! I visited last, during monsoon season and came back from being out to find lots of bugs/flying ants? In the room. I persevered for a while but by 2am the room had been absolutely overtaken! Even at this hour, staff were lovely and so accommodating, moving me to another room without any fuss! This was really appreciated! I've had a couple of visitors (lizards 🦎) in my room throughout the past few years and I'm sure staff could have dealt with this, however, I don't mind! They're cute and they eat bugs and flies, so they're always welcome to stay with me 🤷🏻♀️😂 Overall, if you want somewhere spacious, clean and comfortable to stay in Gurgaon, Mavens house is highly recommended!

Room was decent, bathroom was clean and breakfast was really good with a broad variety. Masala tea was superb. Wasn't inclusive to my booking so I paid 330IDR per pax. Not close to the airport. Took me 35 minutes by Uber.

|6.8km from city centerGenerally it was good. Room (9/10) : Spacious room and good decor. Room feel cosy. I stayed in 102 and 202 on 2 different occasions. Only complaint is that these are also family rooms and so are joined to adjacent rooms via a door which is fair from soundproof so I would hear everything in the adjoining room. Also hall doors to common hall was also nor sound proof. Cleaniness (6.5/10): Geneerally it was ok. But I dont know if it was routine service but I always had to ask for housekeeping rather than it to be offered. I stayed for 5 nights on both stays. The cleaning could be much better but it wasnt to bad either. Staff (5.5/10) : Staff were nice, not openly friendly but not bad. One staff member just knocked and walked straight into my room with no notice but I corrected him and it didnt happen again. I locked my door constantly after that as there is no automatic lock system Food (6/10) : breakfast was not good at all, I didnt eat after first day. Poor selection of food even for Indian residents. Hardly anything for continental and always had to ask for beverages and could hear everything in the kitchen. Room food/menu food was good quality and good speed of service. Had no issue with anything I ordered. So good option to have. Price: Value for money I think. Location: (8.5/10) walking distance from horizon complex which has bars and restaurants and safe area. Also right beside a metro station.

Breakfast is good and you can choose, which you want. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was awesome and enjoyed a lot. This is my 4th stay here. Checkin process is very simple and less time. Staffs are very professional and well ***nered. Also I want to mention the receptionist Mr. Mukesh, he is very humble and treated me as a friend.
