Absolutely good value for money, the best place to spend in India for a few days, the hotel is at the top of the castle, overlooking the entire ancient city on the rooftop. From the airport, take a taxi for 800 rupees (back to the airport is 700). Since the car at the hotel is not accessible, the driver needs to contact the hotel in advance. The hotel will arrange a waiter to pick up at the gate of the city. The hotel can make an appointment to arrange a camel charter 2000. Other items are another. Be sure to tell in advance which items you want to play and what you don't want to play. There is a shop near the city gate to exchange for the brand on the rupee road. The exchange rate is the highest among the four cities I have visited. Don't miss it. There are residents living in the ancient city, so the price is still relatively moderate, the locals are very enthusiastic and very talkative, and there is a feeling of a tourist village. The hotel is very beautifully furnished, the food is very delicious and the price is not expensive. The best is the waiter. The service is very good. It is very humorous. It’s just that my English is really shameful and he can’t understand if he can’t talk to him. Although I don't know his name, it has added a lot of goodwill to the Indians and it is worth coming again.

1st Gate was exceptional. I really recommend staying here if you want some peace away from the city. The interior design was so tasteful. Felt really smart and consistent colour palette around the hotel. As soon as you walk in, there is a gorgeous smell of mint. The room was spacious, smart and very comfortable. I really recommend the rooftop restaurant it is absolutely delicious. We ate every meal in Jaisalmer there. The food was exceptional. The breakfast is also very good. A huge selection and during the day you can help yourself to cold drinks and freshly baked slices of cake. The service at First gate was excellent. First Gate was a highlight of my time in India. The gym was good. I also had the most amazing massage here. She was incredible. The oils smelt amazing! I really hope to return here again next year. A luxurious hotel amongst the spectacular spiritual energy of Jaisalmer.

He also spoke very badly to us. He doesn't seem very honest and false.. It's a business ***.

A very friendly, family run Hotel. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. Very helpful and friendly staff. On our arrival, gone midnight, they arranged chai for us. Beautiful and exotic rooms. It was winter time and we wanted to use their pool. The ***agement made sure they got the pool ready for us to use as little or no guests were swimming due to it being winter time. Very grateful to the ***agement for arranging this as we both love to swim. Rooftop Restaurant was lovely, with great food and views. Hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating to us. Recommend a stay at Hotel Tokyo Palace.

We had booked two rooms for two nights in this beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean,hygienic, spacious n tastefully done up. the staff was very courteous and cheerful. We were welcomed very warmly. Mr Lateeb entertained us with Rajasthani folk songs, he is a powerhouse of talent. the view from the rooftop restaurant was to die for. The environment and design are more comfortable and distinctive. The front desk brother is very enthusiastic. I can open the window to my room and see the city palace directly. The roof view is also very good. The location is better, near the main road, the top of the meal is not good, the health aspect is estimated to be almost the same here, I see other friends living in the hotel is even worse, so this is not bad.

The Hotel Grand Khalifa exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, airy and very spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious too. Nice hot shower after our long drive from Udaipur! The welcome drink was a nice touch. We had dinner and breakfast which were made to our likings. Mr Amardeen chatted with us over dinner and his laal maas was amazing! Must try if you are going in Jaiselmer! The ***ager at breakfast, Mr. Khan, was very friendly, gave us an overview of the city, hotel history. We were able to store our luggage while went to the Dunes. We will definitely be staying here when we come to Jaisalmer again. Family of 3 travelling from Canada.

A very good hotel in a gorgeous city. Everyone in this hotel did a lot of effort to give us the best stay possible. Besides the beautiful hotelroom there is a very good restaurant that had some local dishes besides the ussual you could expect in India. The terras, from breakfast to cocktail in the evening is a peacefull place with a view over the city with the fort in the back👌 Ask for their local guide: Pankaj, he will guide you trough the city and fort like no other!

We booked this on Airbnb and I guess it comes with its own plus points; since we also get to interact with the hosts who are the Royal family of Jaisalmer. We stayed in the Sultan Mahal which is the largest room and perhaps a 'suite' of sorts which was surreal in every aspect. Lovely food at the rooftop restaurant; and the staff was more than helpful to accommodate our requests. We were extremely comfortable here ; and just what we needed to relax and take a walk in the narrow lanes of the city and explore the sights and sounds of the great city.

Very good ~ Absolutely cheap to enjoy such a good castle-style hotel ~ Very big ~ I went to the garden and planted various flowers and raised a peacock, and the books I read in my mind came to my mind. The Garden of Eden depicted should be like this ~ We lived in Jaisalmer for two days. On the first day, we camped in the desert. The hotel we stayed on the second day was absolutely soothing and relaxing. There were many cultural relics in it, with performances and atmosphere.
