One of the bosses is a Chinese woman, communication is convenient, the hotel is very warm and caring. Our suite with a separate kitchenette for simple meals and a separate wash and dryer is very convenient for children sailing every day.

|0.31km from city center******WOMEN BEWARE! This hotel is unsafe and the staff is just as scary. We came into Weymouth for a one night state. We started off on a rough foot, when we were put into a smoke filled room ”even though the hotel does not allow smoking.” I did ask to be moved to another room and pay the difference and was refused and told the hotel was full by the manager. Upon our return, a different staff member was on and told me she could move us, and did. I thought that was the end of problems but after dinner, upon returning, we were followed to our elevator by two men. They asked ”where the party was” and asked for our room and floor. I think they could tell we were caught off guard and then said they were security on duty. Strange to say the least. We went to our rooms, (we booked two) locked the doors and went to sleep. Around 1am, two couples came back from what appeared to be a long night of partying. There was screaming, yelling and fighting on both sides of us, until about 8am. Both couples were arguing and running between and up and down the hallways. Several times, our door was attempted to be accessed and people were trying to open our doors all night resulting in no sleep. At 8am, as we decided to pack up and leave (BTW we had no phone to call down and open connecting balconies with these people!! We put furniture in front of all the doors - both balcony and main door) the same rude manager banged on our door not once but twice and told US to turn down our music. We advised him it was the room nextdoor and not only did he not apologize for banging so loudly, he STILL did not go next door. We did attempt to reach out to the hotel upon check out and were treated with the same indifference. I cannot advise you enough - do not book here, do not stay here. It is unsafe.

|0.54km from city centerStayed in this hotel last minute and from booking the room over the phone with the staff to checking out I can not fault this hotel. The staff are friendly. The food in the restaurant is lovely and the rooms are of a good size and very clean. We have dogs and this hotel is great for them and they were treated so lovely by the hotel staff. We were so impressed by our stay at this hotel we are looking at booking again and taking family along with us.

The beds were comfy, the service was efficient and very friendly, with appropriate Covid measures in place to make us feel comfortable and safe. Everything was very clean, including our shared bathroom. Due to Covid, the breakfast room was closed, so breakfast was brought to our room, and was fine - bacon bap, croissant, etc. As you would expect from a many-roomed guest house, there was a bit of TV noise from adjoining rooms, but nothing that disturbed us, and my son enjoyed the large TV screen! A short walk from the front and reasonable prices made this an excellent choice for us.

|0.66km from city centerMyself and my 9 year old daughter had a twin room for one night. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly man that took our bags until we could check in at 4. They then took them to our room for us. The room was clean and all you would need, the water pressure is amazing one of the best showers I have had in a long time. Our room had hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and towels included as well as the usual tea and coffee. When we checked out at 10am I asked if it would be possible to keep our bags safe until I got the train home so we could really enjoy our last day, again the staff were amazing and said of course straight away, I asked if we had a time frame and I was told the doors get shut at 11 so any time before that, how amazing is that! I can’t say how impressed I was with the staff and our stay especially for the money. We are looking forward to coming again soon.

Our room far exceeded my expectations, it was so comfortable I wanted to bring the bed and all its bedding home with me especially the cosy throw. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay, even leaving a bottle of fizz and a birthday card and bunting for our friend. They were simply fantastic, See you next year

|0.8km from city centerStayed here for 1 night as a family 👪 of 5. Bit of a mix up with the rooms but quickly sorted. We stayed in rooms 2 and 9. This place is what it is. You get what you pay for. We found it clean and safe. Good location for the beach. Yes it does need updating but the new landlord only took over recently and is gradually making improvements. We enjoyed a lovely Shiraz in the bar at a very reasonable price and had a lovely chat with some of the locals! No toiletries and you need to check which rooms have hairdryers. Enjoyed a good night's sleep albeit the heat. Main thing was that the children really enjoyed themselves.

The room is small but has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay.
We took the see view room and it was just as described.
Throughout our stay we did not find anything worth complaining so I would consider it a 10/10 hotel.
We did not try the breakfast though so cannot comment on that.

|1.53km from city centerThe aunt at the front desk was very good at the service. I saw that we brought the children. Although the room was small, we tried to make room and add extra bed. The surrounding area is very quiet and parking is free. The restaurant service couldn't keep up. We had to repeat the demand several times. At dinner, other guests will sit down and serve the bread immediately. But we have to ask. So, I don’t think it’s like sloppy!
