Overall it was ok, but one thing I had to pay attention to was that I arrived late from the airport around 12:15, so despite my best efforts I couldn't find anyone at the reception, even though I had informed in advance that I would arrive late at night, but I had to spend the night outside on the street, at 6:45 in the morning I get check-in which I will never forget.

Hotel is located next to the highway. The car park is an internal smartpark system. So no need to park in public park area. Breakfast was delivered to your room. Choice of Japanese or Western breakfast. The spa bath was great, large bed and good airco system. Big TV and with great surround sound speakers on the ceiling. Design was modern and refreshing. Staff was friendly. They could have told me that breakfast would be delivered, I did not know this.

Overall it’s good, it’s a bit old, the sanitation is average, but the room is quite big, the price is quite high, and there are large windows. The sun is very good. It’s much better than a commercial hotel. It’s a bit old. It should be an old hotel. If you go to the nearby business trip, you will go to live again.

Maya GH was awesome. I booked a female bedbunk & individual bunk was spacious and even a side to lay out all my amenties. The room even has a wooden table for common usage. The staircase was a little steep and tiny hence luggage will be helped to carry up or down checking in/out. Destinated Female restroom and shower was awesome. Second though, it is just beside railway hence ear plug was provided. The staff was all so friendly and cheerful greeting you in/out of GH. Oh, i save a small amount of the cablecar+ropeway trip as the GH has alias with Mt Maya. Had my NY celebration with them knocking the bell at shrine & early sunrise watching with the NY food prepared by them. Awesome stay with lovely neighbourhood.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped with a kitchen, projector, and shower. There's a hammock and a sofa bed (I noticed there were two hammocks, so you can sleep on both). Environment: Because it's located in the mountains, bugs are unavoidable. The hotel provides insect repellent, but be prepared. The view is stunning; the observation deck is less than a five-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy Kobe's nightscape. Service: Excellent. I had heavy luggage, so I called the front desk and they came to take it for me. The rest of the time, check-in was contactless.

1. We are driving here. Please note that this hotel is behind the ”Guest House”. There is a small road leading into it. It is easy to miss it, so be careful! 2. The entire hotel can only accommodate up to five groups of guests. There is a very friendly and beautiful lady who speaks good English and is responsible for receiving us. 3. Our room is so big and comfortable, you can take a bath 4. There is a free 45-minute use of the open-air bath on the top floor. However, it was a bit cold at night, so we didn’t take a dip. However, you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Kobe there, so you have to go up and see it even if you take a dip!

This time, our family of 6 stayed for 3 nights. Most people might have planned to have a BBQ dinner, but because it snowed for 2 days, it was a bit difficult to cook our own meals in the kitchen of the accommodation using local ingredients! Because there are too few equipment, only a small frying pan and a small soup pot, the equipment is relatively simple. I don’t know if it’s because of the cold weather, but both of the pipes in the bathroom sink are leaking… But the staff provided good service and were warm and welcoming, and there was no problem communicating in English! Because of this, when it was snowing heavily and the snow tires were useless, they took the initiative to contact us and come to provide roadside assistance. Thank you so much🙏 However, please note that if you are traveling with an elderly person, unless it is House 3, there is a pebbled slope before entering the house, which is quite difficult.

A very good Glamping experience, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were cooked by the staff in the room, and we enjoyed them in our room facing the beautiful view. Alcoholic drinks were also provided free of charge! Unfortunately we arrived too late and missed some activities. If I have the chance, I will definitely come again!

Love the location very close to the center and public transport. Onsen is very clean .. definitely book a room with the onsen in the room, solo traveler can reserved a private time on schedule. The hostess is very helpful and speak English .. at night the security lock the front door please take note of the number to help you get in . Have a nice stay 😉

The location, food, and service were all excellent. The view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge right in front of us was spectacular! We spent a relaxing time watching the ever-changing scenery. Because it was all-inclusive, we were able to freely use alcohol and snacks in the lounge. Highly recommended!

The room was extremely dark, making it feel a bit eerie, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. However, the tall, Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk was incredibly polite. The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping, with a FamilyMart convenience store right outside the door. It's also very close to Daimaru Department Store, and Kobe Port Tower is easily accessible.

Inconvenience: No bottled water so had to bring own flask for refill. No Chinese channel so had to use YouTube with Japanese remote control. No fridge so hard to buy sushi n beer etc. Constructions work not noisy with window closed but had to detour to some places. Twisting type taps of cold n hot abit hard to adjust. Limited cleaning of room. Plus: English speaking staff. Spacious room with comfy mattress. Nice big table with space saving storage cabinets. Near bus terminal to Awaji island, Arima Onsen n Premium outlet. Closed to many fast food n restaurant. Like the coloured bath salt n disposable shaver. Overall a nice cosy DIY sort of stay. I would patronise again.

I went with my mother, 74, my only daughter, 10, and I. The room is large like a suite room, but it was a little subtle because it was the size of the 3 rooms that I forcibly attached, but I thought it was a stone's throw because there was only a vacancy from this site. The bath was good! Isn't it basically a high inn? It was a suite so I stayed over 100,000 yen!

Although the room is old, it is very comfortable to clean up. We arrived early, stored our luggage at the front desk and went out to play until the evening before coming back to check in. The weather was very cold. We returned to the hotel at night and entered the room. The luggage had been put in the room in advance. The air conditioner was also turned on in advance. There was also a hot water bottle that had been boiled and hot water was insulated. It's so comfortable to sit down and have a cup of hot water when you enter the door.

The room was quite spacious, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. There's a direct bus from Kobe Airport, but you have to take an escalator and walk through a long corridor to reach the hotel. It's also super convenient for getting to Sannomiya. Kitano Ijinkan is just a 10-15 minute walk away, and there's also the Hyakusoen Park nearby, where you can take a cable car up the mountain – you can even see the cable car from your hotel room. The hotel service was quite good. For breakfast, you have a choice between Japanese and Western. We opted for the Japanese set meal, but if you have a big appetite, it might not be enough, though it looked great for photos. Next time, I'll choose the Western buffet for more variety. Restaurants in the area close very early in the evening; most were refusing new customers by around 8:30 PM. However, there's a fantastic supermarket near the JR station with a great selection, perfect for picking up souvenirs. The only downside is that the hotel's cleanliness needs improvement; the headboard was covered in dust, which is the first time I've encountered something like that in a hotel in Japan.

It is a hotel similar to a homestay, with tatami rooms. The service is average. Since there is no elevator, you need to lift your suitcase to the second floor and mention it to your room. The most irritating thing is the CHECK OUT part. We were told that CHECK OUT was at 11 o'clock. As a result, at 10:45, the hotel staff opened the door and asked for CHECK OUT without knocking, which was very rude.

It was great that the station was within walking distance. For safety reasons I couldn't block the peephole in the door so I decided to open the bathroom door and block it instead. The hair dryer was in the bedroom, so I was a little concerned about the noise, but it was great that there were lots of mirrors. The orange lights were a bit of a problem, but the staff were kind enough to answer my questions.

The homestay is located near Xiwuzi Station. There are many foods around. Just by the sea, you can see the Akashihai Bridge. At night, the bridge is lit with lights, and the waves are heard during the day. The environment is good. The staff is also very good at serving. It is a group of young people who will help with luggage. Very lucky that night, the room was alone, otherwise it might be a bit crowded. The room will have a little taste.

The rooms are spacious and well-designed. The ocean-view rooms face the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, offering a stunning view. The Dancong experience was impeccable. The room became quite spacious once the two beds were combined. The hotel facilities are relatively new and very clean. Guests can pick up complimentary coffee, tea bags, and personal care products at the front desk, which is located on the second floor. I was particularly impressed by the high-quality Sekkisei and Pola skincare products provided. Breakfast was primarily Western-style, with a good variety. For those craving Chinese options, steamed dishes and *umeboshi chazuke* (rice in green tea with pickled plum) were also available. While the hotel's overall style leans towards business, I noticed quite a few guests with children. It would be a thoughtful addition if they could provide children's slippers and toiletries.

Right as I stepped out of the subway station, I was lucky enough to catch the hotel's shuttle bus. The driver already had the list of guests checking in that day. Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, and the service was truly impeccable. The Kaiseki dinner we had ordered was exceptionally fresh and delicious. The hotel also features a traditional *kominka* (old Japanese house), which is said to be a lovely tea room. However, you do need to make an advance reservation at the front desk. Both the Kin-no-yu (Golden Spring) and Gin-no-yu (Silver Spring) were absolutely fantastic. Despite having a scabbed-over leg injury, I couldn't resist taking a dip in the hot springs. To my surprise, my wound showed no ill effects whatsoever.

The high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water. During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food.
