Four people booked a room of three bedrooms, one hall, two bathrooms and 90 square meters. When we opened the door, we all felt that the room had 130 square meters. Although the decoration was very simple, it was clean and tidy. The favorite thing is that the kitchen equipment is all available. We went to the nearby supermarket to buy food and burned three meals.

Good location, close enough to the sagrada familia. Quiet at night. However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best. Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward. Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

Location was perfect. Easy to get to from the airport on the Renfe train. Diagonal Metro stop is half a block away! Super convenient! Room was comfortable and have everything we needed. Staff is extremely friendly and super helpful. No problems storing our couple of small bags after we checked out since we had a late flight. Definitely recommend. You’re right near two Gaudi buildings too!

I arrived before 12 o'clock, so I thought I'd just leave my luggage there, but they checked me in and I was able to get into my room early! The ladies at the reception and the security guard at the entrance were all very kind☺️ For some reason, the air conditioner in the room was locked and I couldn't use it. Luckily, it was just the right temperature for me, who gets cold easily, but I don't think it would be good for people who get hot easily... They did provide shampoo and body soap! The handle of the sink was dirty with water stains, but that's tolerable overseas lol It's right next to Plaza Catalunya, so the location is great and I recommend it!

The hotel was much better than we expected. Simple,clean room that did the job and had a great view (room was booked with terrace). We found that the hotel was in a good location within walking distance to metro stations, the beach, the main plaza and situated in the heart of La Rambla. Noise wasn’t an issue for us as we were on the second to top floor. The AC worked perfectly.Only downside is they have very limited breakfast options. Breakfast ends 10:30am and if you are still eating at that time even though you have taken all you need, the staff makes you feel uncomfortable, lurking around and taking any empty plate they see off you while you are still eating maybe because they are looking to close in time. At times, If some food items finishes some minutes before 10:30am, they don’t get refilled too.
