This apart hotel is in an ideal, quiet location, 10mins walk down into the centre of the city. Three good restaurants and a small supermarket within 200m. Very good value, clean, functional, everything you'd need for a few days stay. Limited, but adequate cooking area with fridge, coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, but no kettle or toaster. Bathroom good, but no toiletries provided. We got into the private underground car park, at Euro10/day, but perhaps not big enough for all guests?

A nice, clean, modernized 2 star hotel just a short walk downtown. The price was affordable and I used their garage which I had no trouble navigating into. The AC wasn't working as I think the windows didn't close properly (room 59), which probably explains why I thought it was loud outside. Minor inconveniences for all the advantages (price, location, cleanliness) that this hotel offered.

J'ai séjourné deux nuits dans cet établissement dans le cadre d'un déplacement pro. Hôtel très bien situé ( pas loin à pieds du centre de Nantes) et surtout dans une rue relativement calme. Chambre : Bon confort de la literie , superficie de la chambre suffisante , mis a part la salle de bain qui est très petite Bon petit déjeuner avec du choix ( l'agencement des tables serait peut être à revoir)

We had to go through the reception, then the parking and finally go back to what they call the building ”Annex” To get into our room (3 different codes every time you know Fort Boyard?). When we wanted to use a suitcase, I'll tell you the details: it was roughly red. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. Even if it is not a 3*, the hygiene really leaves to be desired. The wallpaper was brought back to the reception, which offered us to put another in the room. It was not sliced from red but brown ... And to corone all, it was cut off on December 31, tonight when we were preparing. Last things, which are small details in view of our experience in this hotel: no access to people with disabilities, poorly-aged and narrow room, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Difficile de ne pas inonder la salle de bain. Insonorisation quasi inexistante sur l’intérieur. Attention, impossibilité de s’arrêter à proximité. Possibilité de réserver le parking public à 2 pas pour un forfait de 8€ pour le durée d’un séjour.

We immediately communicated with Ctrip customer service. It took a lot of effort but finally got it. We paid for it ourselves. One breakfast, Ctrip gives a refund, breakfast is OK. Hotel location is good, on the main road, there are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Compared to the OKKO hotel where I lived, the equipment is old, the sewer is not smooth, and the free coffee bar is generally available.

I love the location of this hotel, a couple of minutes walk from the train station, castle and restaurants/bars. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very small, OK for one person but a squeeze for two and/or with a lot of luggage. There is no air con so the room gets really hot (I went in June), you can open the window but there are no nets or blinds so this causes an issue with privacy and at night as the curtains are heavy and push the window closed. I had an issue using the code to get in on the first night, the code worked but the door did not disengage for me to get in. I tried to call the number provided for assistance outside of reception hours but it just kept ringing so I was stuck outside on my own for quite a while until the door finally opened.

Also paid the full amount that can not be refunded. No way, the hotel that you set yourself must go to live with the scalp. It is not counted to open more than 400km to and from the round-trip, and it wasted one night without living. Going out of this, the rest are pretty good. Nantes, equivalent to Zhengzhou, France, a transportation hub.

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)

The Sozo is a four-star hotel built in a converted 19th century chapel. I paid extra to stay in one of the top floor rooms with the stained glass and vaulted ceilings. Room amenities included robes and a Nespresso machine, with coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuits refreshed daily. This hotel also has a lift, so it is perfect for people with physical disabilities. The concierges are functionally bilingual. There was a hand written welcome note on my bed which was a very nice touch. The Sozo is across the street from a large botanical park which is also a thoroughfare to other parts of the city. It is a five minute walk to the train station and tram line, and there are a number of places to eat in the immediate area. I recommend the Sozo for the experience, service and location.
