Ero a Francoforte per lavoro ed avevo prenotato 3 camere, ma al mio arrivo mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto condividere la stanza con un collega perché erano al completo. Dopo il mio reclamo invece mi hanno dato la stanza prenotata. Le camere sono standard, ma al contrario di tutti gli altri hotel dove sono stato, il riassetto e la pulizia della camera sono solo su richiesta. Anche il cambio asciugamani, pulizia e bagno, viene fatto solo su richiesta. Alla reception mi hanno detto che comunque il servizio non è garantito. Il frigobar non è in camera ma nella hall. Per avere una bottiglia di acqua bisogna scendere nella hall e chiedere perché non c'è alcun dispenser e il frigo è chiuso con un lucchetto tipo bicicletta. La colazione offre una buona scelta di salato, ma una scarsa scelta di dolce. Il personale alla reception è molto giovane ed avrebbe bisogno di un responsabile gentile, educato e di esperienza..... In breve se pago per un hotel 4 stelle, mi attendo dei servizi ed una qualità che non ho trovato all'hotel Michel. Non ci tornerò. I was in Frankfurt on business and had booked 3 rooms, but on my arrival I was told that I would have to share the room with a colleague because the hotel was full. After my complaint they gave me the room I booked instead. The rooms are standard, but unlike all other hotels I've stayed at, room tidying and cleaning are only on request. Also the change of towels, cleaning and bathroom, is done only on request. At the reception they told me that anyway the service is not guaranteed. The minibar is not in the room but in the lobby. To get a bottle of water you have to go down to the lobby and ask because there is no dispenser and the fridge is locked with a bicycle lock. The breakfast offers a good choice of savory, but a poor choice of sweet. The staff at the front desk is very young and would need a kind, polite and experienced manager..... In short if I pay for a 4 star hotel, I expect services and quality that I did not find at the Michel hotel. I will not be returning.

At the weekend, part of my family stayed at this small family hotel, as unfortunately my apartment around the corner is not big enough to accommodate everyone. I and two other relatives were able to take part in breakfast in the morning. The hotel has a special style that we really liked, as well as the friendliness of the boss and her family. Public transport is also nearby, so you can travel without a car. We were super satisfied, will use it again for every celebration and can recommend it. Hopefully Ms. Irmchen stays so healthy and funny!!!

Perfectly adequate hotel. Right at the far end of the tram line - about 10 minutes from the Carhedral square. Rooms are named after cities! We were Barcelona.my daughter was Wein. Rooms are basic. Two singles pushed together for a double. Pillow was flimsy but folded in half made it fine. Bathroom was beautiful. Clean modern shower sink toilet. Perfect. Breakfast provided in the morning. Full range of continental cheeses meats fruits bread. Lots of Coffee in all formats from a machin. Perfect! Reception staff lovely and friendly. There is a train line about 20 metres from the windows! There are many trains. But like everything. You start to forget they are there.

Hygienic: very clean, but there is a smell in the shower... Service: Very good Surroundings: It is a small town on a hillside with some traditional German restaurants nearby. The hotel is located on the hill, and the room opens to the window and you can see the night view of Frankfurt. Facilities: Free mineral water and coffee, great!

Ich habe mich super wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel und die Einrichtung sind sehr gepflegt und mit Herz eingerichtet. Alles anstandslos sauber. Das Hotel überzeugt mit seinem sehr freundlichen Personal. Mein Zimmer im ersten Stock war sehr ruhig und mit Blick auf‘s Grüne. Zimmergröße großzügig, Bad mit Dusche sehr gut. Eine tolle, zuverlässige Adresse zum Übernachten in Frankfurt. U-Bahn Enkheim Station 1,5 Minuten entfernt. Liebes Hotel-Team, vielen Dank für den perfekten Aufenthalt.
