Very good, old Thai style hotel. Quiet and tidy! The air conditioner is super cool and hot water is enough. The front desk is very welcoming and will say hello to ask if you need to clean the room. But the bed sheets in the room are old-fashioned with a yellow blanket on them. The requirements are too high and it is not recommended to live. The age is here. But the location is convenient, and motorcycles can be parked at the door. The alley is very lively ～

We stayed at the hotel about 11.30pm at night, but the counter was closed at that time. After ringing the doorbell, a service staff came down to open the door after 5 minutes. Their service attitude is very friendly and good. After all, they are awakened to serve guests in the middle of the night. It is really tired. Give the service staff a compliment. We were arranged to live in the downstairs room, we could hear the sound of cooking breakfast in the morning, and we could smell the breakfast. Very homey. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, definitely the reason I would stay again.

Near Old Town, a night bazaar walkable accommodation It's quite close to the Sunday market But the downside is that the entrance is confusing and scary There are a lot of bars around at night I stayed for 2 nights and the cleaning service didn't enter in the middle. Very close to the ancient city, the room is very spacious. I really like the pillows and quilts here. They are soft and comfortable, and there is a kettle for hot water. The service is very good. I don’t write many reviews here but I wanted to give Hotel Loy Chiang Mai a huge shoutout for making our vacation to Chiang Mai so wonderful. We booked the large suite with the outdoor hot tub which was spacious and beautiful. The hotel also has a large infinity pool and bar. Breakfast was included with our room and was top notch! What truly impressed me though was the level of service and friendliness of the staff. Every time we went in or out, the staff had tea prepared for us. The staff recognized us and called us by name and the bartender Zen was always telling us jokes and making us laugh. Thank you Hotel Loy (and Zen in particular) for making this trip unforgettable!

The room is very suitable for 2 people. The facilities are complete. The room is very clean (but it's noisy. There are many foreigners). The room is not soundproof. The room is located in the city center, near the bar, near the walking street, near Thapae Gate. It's easy to find food. The room is cheap. Everything is good. It's considered very good for a hundred baht. We will travel early in the morning. The lobby is very cute. They came to serve us and look at the car. They called someone to move the car for us (04.10). He parked in front of our car. I will use the service again. 🥰

Stayed 4 nights and the room is nicely renovated but the AC is too noisy and couldn’t sleep well, informed the front desk and the bell staffs to send someone to fix it and I was told that the engineer says is nothing wrong with the AC. At Breakfast, they serve cold fried egg on the buffet tray. Tried to ask for a hot one from the cook and she seems doesn’ happy. Overall I would give a thumbs up for the beautiful hotel and friendly and helpful bell staffs.

If there was a hotel name on the front of the building, it would be good to be able to find it easily. The price of over 300 is considered ok. Strong Wi-Fi, but no TV, not like in the picture. Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient! The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal. You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! The hotel is new and clean for reasonable hotel rate. It is small but fully equipped with comfortable facilities. All hotel associates including front office, f&b, housekeeping, etc. are friendly and professional. I had unique experience during our family’s stay. my mother got sick and was sent to a hospital. The front office associates were very helpful and supportive. During my extended stay, all of them sincerely care about my mother’s recovery. There are small things to be fine-toned since it’s a newly opened hotel. I see daily improvements during my stay. Before we are leaving, they send flowers and a card to my mother who is very touched. I highly recommend the hotel.

The room was great. When the host, sister Yiyi, showed me the room, I saw a very large floor-to-ceiling window as soon as I entered the door, with Mount Suthep outside. I fell in love with it right away. In the evening, I can always lie in bed and see the red sunset of Mount Suthep outside. The room is simple and clean. There is a temple at the door of the B&B in a quiet alley. The sound of wind chimes during the day is particularly healing. There are 711 on the left and right when you come out of the B&B, which is very convenient. There are so many delicious food at the door! The host, Yiyi, is Chinese and very nice. You can chat with us in the coffee room on the first floor. If you have anything you don’t understand during the trip, you can ask the people in the store. You can also hang out with other friends at the B&B. Highly recommend this B&B!

I visited Chiang Mai for a few days. The Valentier Cafe and Hotel was a great choice as it is near many places of interest. The street the hotel is on is quiet and has many interesting cafes and restaurants. It's in a cool neighborhood in Old Chaing Mai. The room was super cozy and comfortable. A small alley to the right of the hotel will quickly take you to a nice supermarket, a few restaurants and just across the bridge are night markets and lots of places to eat and shop. A particularly ideal place to stay, stayed for 6 nights in total. You need to take a taxi to go out, but most of them only cost a few tens of baht. The hotel was in a beautiful lush green garden. Our room was huge and we even had a private garden. The hotel was close to the viewpoint and an entrance to the National park. There was also a cafe very close by with a large outdoor play area which was fantastic for my two kids. There were a few restaurants around and we found the stay lovely and peaceful. Good location: within 5 minutes’ walk of Peta Gate in the ancient city Cleanliness is average: daily cleaning, but there are no slippers in the room. The stairs leading to the room are outdoor iron ladders, which may be slightly slippery if it rains. The overall building is of high quality and the rooms are well soundproofed. Although the location is great, it is very quiet because it is in a small alley. It would be even better if there is a dehumidifier in the room. The booked room type is suitable for one person, but it will be too crowded for two people (the room can only accommodate a 26-inch suitcase).
