At this price, I’d call it a steal deal, given that it is so closely located to the railway station, and right at a bus stand. Hotel ***ager and staff were very responsive. Room was clean, and had all basic amneties. The only negative element about the hotel was its entrance as it is located in a very crowded place, and does not have any open premises, rather constructed on top of some shops. Overall, I loved the place, especially if you’re looking to just spend the nights and travel/tour in the day. Highly recommended at this price.

|2.91km from city centerI was checked in room no.117 on 29 December for a day's stay. I have only one grievance about this hotel which is regarding a warm water bath in December cold. I waited for warm water in the bath room as the tap kept open for 10 minutes around 6 'o' clock on 29th morning. Then called the front desk for help. He said they have switched on the system and hot water will be available within 5 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes. When I picked up the phone again , he asked me to keep the tap open for another five minutes. This was successful. But water was not falling properly through the shower. shower holes were filled with mud. I cursed the hotel. A horrible experience in a wellnown hotel because of the poor maintannce. Room temperature also was erratic. Room and both room wwere not properly lighted. A wonderul property spoiled by poor maintanance. One compement for the hotel- Good breakfast.

Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view
Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate.
Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon.
The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside.
Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt.
Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

The inside of the building was clean and the room was a dormitory, but the shared shower was separate (the toilet was separate and shared), as well as curtains and lockers (padlocks required). The accommodation I had originally booked was fully booked, so I asked Trip.com to arrange a replacement. They responded very sincerely and quickly. I learned the reason why he rose to prominence in the travel industry. The accommodation and gardening were good, and the price was within an acceptable range. thank you!

Service on the whole was good. On the rooftop, it was a little slow at times but very friendly and welcoming.
The location wasn’t too great for tourists. The main sights were quite a few kilometres away and it wasn’t particularly easy to get a rickshaw that didn’t want to overcharge you. Had to pay higher Uber prices to get around without hassle.

Best part is team members who are working here is from udaipur itself so they carry a good knowledge of visiting places, shoping option and dinning option. Market is walking distance from this hotel and all the monuments, like city palace , boat ride, museum, ropeway ride , car museum, everything is just 10 15 min walk from here. I would like to thank to chef who came and explain everything about menu which was served in sky lounge, Qarma... I strongly recommend this hotel for tourist who are on family holiday, friends, and business person too..... Hotel is safe and very higenic. My special thanks to devik...Chef devi singh, Nitesh and everyone for making our stay memorable... Thankyou...

It is within a 4 minute walking distance of the Old City, including the Jagdish temple, the City Palace, and lots of shopping, yet it provides a serene space to relax from the busy city. The staff were amazing, helping us book a yoga lesson, take a boat tour of the lake, book cars to reach the airport, and make dinner reservations across the city. I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The rooftop overlooking the lake was a lovely place to rest during the day with some drinks. The restaurant at the top of the hotel, Upre, had some of the best food in the city and staying at the hotel allowed us to get a table easily.

|8.14km from city centerWe stayed at Taj Aravali after completing our tour of Udaipur city for four days. In our final leg of two night stay, we needed to recover from teh exhustion and it served us perfectly. The resort is exteremely well designed with aplomb natural view. The staffs right from front desk, spa, restaurants, housekkpeing, game staffs and buggy wala were so helpful. Althought its noty too far from teh city, there was a wide difference in the temperature within teh resoort and it felt very differentlly. The food was awesome and I had perhaps my best Laal Maans ever so far. The staffs, especially the ones at teh restaurtants (Gulshan and A***) made our stay and experinece awesome, given how difficult its to find the food for my 6 year's old choice. He was spoilt in tose two days with almost every thinhg that he needed was there. We realized that the resort is very popular for wedding and confrences (as it happened through our stay) ; however, there was no discomfort or rather extra care were given to minority guests so that they too get all the attentions and comfort.

Right from the welcome with rose petal showers as we walked in, the boat ride with accompanying live flute music, to the fantabulous arrangement in the room; Special mention about Mr Madhav Rathi, who was responsible for arranging everything in the room (cakes and cards to welcome us) and outside for us, was one of the most friendliest and accommodating staff we encountered. Even my last minute request for complimentary incense of the exclusive Leela fragrance, he sorted within few minutes. He is an A* staff for Leela Palace. T The room, deco, ambience, the environment, the early morning soothing music, world class cuisine by Mr Roopak, exemplary service from Mr Gaurav / Mr Ronak to name a few, the cleanliness and attention to detail, evening cultural events — a royal experience indeed. It has ***y things to offer- Nice spacious rooms with big bathrooms, Decent sitting rooftop restaurant to enjoy delicacies and mesmerize scenic beauty of the ghats at Lake Pichola, Wonderful seating area at ground floor for Bonfire, Selfie point where you can click pictures, Jharokha kind of setup with comfortable seating area in balcony outside rooms etc. Each staff member starting from checkin to checkout were extremely helpful and delightful. Special thanks for the Front Office ***ager, Prince (Room Service Guy), Shahrukh ( F&B Assistant) Mohan & his assistant (Chef), Bittu (Auto guy) for ***aging our wonderful stay. Although food items are limited in the menu but the taste, quality & presentation can easily beat any star restaurant in Udaipur. I was really impressed with the calm nature of Chef Mohan who was efficiently handling busy orders in the kitchen with a decent smile. The impeccable service of the staff made us to extend our stay for 2 more nights. The place was more like a home away from the home. Big big thanks to all the team members property for ***aging our stay at Hibiscus- Urban by Nomads.
