1. Bathroom power plug stopped working had to plug hair dryer outside. 2. Toilet flush doesn’t stop flushing need a wrestling match with flush button to stop the water flushing  3. Went to AER rooftop bar with a colleague, Bartender and server didn’t bother to give menu, didn’t bother to take order. 4. 3rd day room service forgot to place water bottles. 5. No initiative to change bed linens during my 4nights stay. 6. Breakfast: Japanese bento had to be pre ordered a day before on the day itself took about 20 mins to arrive after pre ordering. Tofu was hard and chewy, seaweed in miso soup also hard and chewy like eating grass. It takes about 15 mins to get a cup of tea. Overall poor quality of service.

Excellent location. Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting. Impressive views. Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class. Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel. Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price

There is some confusion at the time booking is single room double occupancy. Our equirement was 2 sedrate bed in one room as per your photo but they provide one bed for 2 person. If 2 men how they can adjust in one bed. You must specify. One room 2 separate bed on one bed for 2 person. After arguement we settled our stay with extra pay ment. Your-vhf service must ck-ear about this confusion so that there no issue for customer. Hotel person completely blaming on you for this type of mistake. This is in a great location. The price reflects the hotel. We wanted a cheap hotel in juhu to just sleep in. That is exactly what we got. In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it. These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place. Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area.

It was a pleasant, less hassle stay at the landmark residency. Everything around was available conveniently. The rooms are pretty ok. We were a family of four incl children. N we stayed at the executive rooms, slightly expensive, but it served the purpose of the stay. Since its a veg hotel, breakfast was limited too. The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .
