I was here to help a friend move, so I was gone all day and dirty and tired when I returned. I should have found a new place after my first night. I checked in about 9pm and was halfway unpacking in my TINY queen room when I saw a bunch of dead bugs on the floor. I was moved to a king room which meant I was able to actually walk around the bed. I asked for daily housekeeping because I knew I'd need lots of towels and coffee supplies. One day housekeeping didn't even come, and the other days they never refilled everything in the room that I needed. I got lots of apologies from the front desk staff, but they didn't have the supplies, either. The hallway carpet was disgusting. I was told it had just been put in, but it clearly hadn't been vacuumed after installation, if that was even true. It wasn't vacuumed the entire 5 nights I was there and just got more and more gross looking. No refrigerator in the room. The bar isn't open. The fitness center looked nice but I didn't use it. I called after returning home because they had billed the wrong credit card. I was told both managers were gone - at 3:30 pm. The hotel is near a nice downtown area with excellent food choices. I'll find a better place to stay when I visit again

Second time t this property and this stay was even better then the first. The General Manager , Kesh handled both my phone registration and check in / check out in a personable and professional manner. The room was well maintained and clean. The king bed was super comfortable, cooling and heating worked fine, and the room was reasonably priced. The breakfast was standard Best Western buffet style, and had the added feature of an automatic drink dispenser with a good variety of hot beverages.I have made this my property of choice when visiting my son in Mountain View, CA., and the lower west side of the San Francisco Bay in general

When I booked a suite at this hotel for a 5-day stay, I thought it was a good deal! When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff. Not bad to start my little vacation in the Bay Area after a year of pandemic stay at home order. The suite has a small kitchen with a noisy refrigerator, two stove tops, a microwave, a coffee maker, a few pots and pans, and basic utensils: two cups, two plates, two forks, two spoons, two knives... There were two kitchen towels, a roll of paper towel, and a small bottle of dish detergent! I also got two coffee bags and two teabags! The bathroom supply was frugal: one small bottle of hand lotion, one small bottle of hair shampoo, one small bar of soap, two wash clothes, two hand towels, three bath towels, and one new roll of toilet paper! There was absolutely no room service!!! I hanged the tag "please clean" and was out all day. No one came to clean the room and refill basic needs: soap, coffee bags, teabags... When I called the front desk and made the request of coffee bags and teabags, a staff member delivered two coffee bags and two teabags. I told him to deliver the same daily for the rest of my stay with no vail. The small bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper did last for 5 days for two people, but barely! Surprise! On the 5th day at 8:55 am, a non-English speaking housekeeper knocked on my door. I told her that I was getting ready to leave and do the check out. She didn't understand. I had to get my luggage out to the hall to show her of my intended departure. Then she backed off. It didn't make any sense for the housekeeper to do the room service or refill my coffee bags, soap... on the 5th day - the check out day! Since the check out time was by 12 noon, it didn't make sense for the housekeeper to come before my checkout time and clean the room. There was no breakfast or "smell of warm, chocolate chip cookies" at the end of the hallway or at the lobby as described in the website! One benefit of staying at this hotel is the easy access to freeway 101!

The hotel is nice, clean and easily accessible. I was disappointed that they charged for parking. I can’t see any reason to justify it. The other “minus” is that breakfast is not included. This hotel is in the same category as other Hilton hotels like Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites. Those include breakfast whereas The Garden Inn charges $15 for the same food. Truth is, with the accommodations being essentially even, I’d probably pick one of the others mentioned before going with Garden Inn again.

The hotel is very satisfied, driving past, the door is a burgerking, the surrounding costco, not far away, there is a gas station opposite, the room bed is not small, the overall room in the United States is very expensive, this motel6, I am still very satisfaction. When the checkin was given, a room number 254, next to the stairs to go to the first room, very convenient. Insufficient, the ice machine does not produce ice, and it is not good to drink alcohol without ice. The hotel is very close to Silicon Valley, and LinkedIn is also nearby. It took about half an hour to check in. And this is not because I was waiting for someone else to check in. The manager is incompetent and extremely rude. My reservation was made by the travel team in my company. They had some disagreement around how to pay for it. I had no knowledge about this interaction. When I asked to check in, the manager told me that there's some issue regarding the payment. I gave him my card and asked him to charge it. I said I'll clear things with my company later. However, he refused to let me check in. He spent the next 15 minutes just ranting about the travel dept folks at my company. I was tired. I let him know that and asked that can we please expedite it, but he just would not shut up about it. I asked him for a ground floor room because of a back issue. I would not be able to take the luggage up the stairs. He said that there's no room available and there's no elevator either. I asked him politely once more to check again, since it's a medical reason. He said that there's no room available at all. Since it was a deal breaker, I said that I'll leave and find a different place. He then said that no, there is a room available and gave me one. The room had dirty sheets and what looked like peach pits on the carpet. Since I was tired and so exhausted dealing with him, I pulled my own sheet, put it on and slept. The next day, I asked him for the key to the locker in the room, he said that some guest might have taken it with him. So, there's no safe place for me to keep valuables like the passport. And even at that time, he looked at me as if that was an unreasonable request. When I came back from work later the second day, the fruit pits were gone, but the sheets were still dirty. There's no way I'm staying at this place again.

I have stayed in the United States for more than ten days this time, and I stayed in the grand hotel sunnyvale for 4 nights. I was very impressed with this hotel. There was a beautiful Nepalese woman at the front desk who was very enthusiastic. I saw my husband and my family with laughter. Warmly greeted us proactively. Booked twin room, the room is large and clean, with bathtub and shower room. I especially want to praise that the breakfast is very rich, and the variety is also changing. It is the most comfortable hotel in the United States. The only drawback is that the sound of the air conditioner is a bit loud, but it is not cold in Silicon Valley in winter. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast had a ton of choices and nice dining area. Was disappointed that they closed it at 9:30 am on the weekday though. Location great - not far from grocery store and a Denny's. It was quiet even though we were on the first floor and near the busy street. The refrigerator was at the other end of the room from the beds. Smart location! My only disappointment was the mattress. It sloped to one side.

I was concerned by reviews complaining of dilapidation but, as I was travelling for business, had very little choice and decided to give it a chance. I'm very glad that I did. This is not a fancy hotel, but in the things that matter — service, cleanliness and amenities — there is little to complain about and much to praise. Staff in the gatehouse were unfailingly cheerful, polite and helpful from arrival to check-out. Though my room's decor was dated, it was nevertheless immaculately clean and tidy and all amenities from the fridge to the wi-fi worked perfectly. The self-service breakfast is basic but very good, with a broad range of options. Staff here, again, were notable for their cheerful and friendly demeanour. Per management responses to previous reviews, the rooms are currently being re-fitted. This does mean there are workmen on-site during the day, but in my experience this didn't cause any disruption. A minor niggle is the lack of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. nearby, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. The hotel also seems to attract groups of obnoxious, drunk teenagers at the weekend, but in my experience this is common to many hotels in the US — even the expensive ones.

I stayed in this hotel for 15 nights on a business trip to the bay area in California, US. Pros 1. Location! Right on El Camino Real and close to walgreens, right next to Safeway, close to a lot of restaurants. 2. Accessible through city bus, uber or even cal train. I used to drive a car there. 3. Hot water swimming pool. 4. Rooms are spacious. 5. The staff is responsive. 6. The property generally seems safer with people and police almost strolling around near by. Cons 1. Cost for laundry. Most hotels in the bay area have laundry included in the room charges. Also the laundry did not operate on 2 occassions for me due to some repair. 2. Breakfast spread for vegetarians is limited. 3. Rooms are somewhat old fashioned. Sometimes the irking sound of taps, showers when you turn them on shows the age of this property. 4. The staff need to improve on room service. Like I had received 3 packages from Amazon and thet had not even called on room phone nor leave a message. I had to check repeatedly with them. 5. No weighing machine. Usually business hotels have weighing machine for baggage check. It wasn't there here. Overall it was a decent stay. I however have stayed in much better places for the same money.

The rooms were clean, the staff was professional, pleasant & timely, and the rates were reasonable (for the area). We stayed for three nights (Fri-Mon) and, despite the high occupancy, this was, by far, one of the quietest hotels we have experienced. Rating “Very Good” because this location does not have a swimming pool. If you can overlook this amenity, we would definitely recommend.

Bad review, the hotel basically did not serve, let the staff go to the rounds in the morning check-out, he did not check, after the hotel staff told me that the carpet was wet, I admit that the carpet is a little wet, but not More, just a little outside the toilet, but the staff said that the room could not be sold for two days (no one lived at all, it seems that people living in the store have to live in my room, or the hotel is not living, earn some points Child?), the result is deducted 150 credits from the credit card (two days of room money), like this business, you Ctrip does not review it? Whether there is credit or not!

My husband, dog and I have been staying at this location since beginning of November. We have nothing but good things to say. Staff is polite, reliable and grounds and rooms are exceptionally clean. Amenities are open with required reservations (due to COVID) which is the pool, gym and even the FREE laundry. They are serving a "grab N Go" breakfast due to COVID as well. Inside the rooms are either one or two bedroom. We choose the 1 bedroom, which has a very good size kitchen, full size fridge, microwave, cook top and even a dishwasher. Only complaint is no oven, but that is not uncommon in places such as extended stays. The cooktop does not heat up very quick and the pans provided are not non-stick, but it was easy to buy a nonstick pan to use. Living area has a couch bed sofa with a side chaise lounge and small chair. TV and desk in the living space. Bedroom is good size, great walk in closet and bed has been very comfortable. Location is great, close to major highway and just off a cul de sac so feels more private. Seems to be very safe area, have had no problems. Meet some other nurse travelers who also seem to enjoy staying here. Would totally recommend this place for anyone!! We will be extending our contract so we will be here for months!!! The nursing rate per day is excellent for the area!! Can not be beat!!!!!!

This Radisson is off the main Silicon Valley corridor and surrounded by the tangled web of too many California highways. Beyond that, the rooms are plenty quiet, with updated air conditioning and mobile showerheads. The beds are plenty soft and the blankets are heavy enough but not too warm for a comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom was plenty spacious and nicely updated. Due to the closeness to Silicon Valley, they have a special robot employee, Walle-e. He hand delivers any requests right to your door. Overall a great experience.

I have stayed one night twice in this location. First stay, the FOH was getting trained, focus was on checking me in the computer. Second visit, quick check in process, friendly staff, forgot to write my room number nor mention it to me, good thing I saw in app after parking. $18 on site parking either open next to hotel entrance, or in a gated covered lot. The room has a modern look with the vanity separating the bedroom and bathroom. The 1 king bed room has frosted walls/doors with no locks for the shower and toilet, not a fan of the frosted look because it does not look clean for me. The vanity had motion sensor lights on the bottom. The shower has both a shower head and has a rainfall shower system - pressure was both appropriate, strong for the shower head, moderate for the rainfall. Behind the vanity, facing the bed was a floor to almost the ceiling mirror - still don’t know how I feel about this haha. I do like the modern feel. The bed felt comfy. The room could be cleaner. There were some hair strands next to toilet and there were a couple under the duvet. There was a green stain on the water flush and a dried visible stain on the counter by the sink - we typically bring cleansing wipes to clean our room regardless but cleanliness definitely could be better. Great sized tv and desk available as a working space. Side note: it’s right next to 10 Butcher’s which is an upscale kbbq place pricey but yummy!👍

The stay at DAYS INN & SUITS BY WYNDHAM SUNNYVALE was just such a horrible experience. When I arrived at 8:00pm, the lobby was closed and there was no one at the lobby. It had a sign that says "We will be back in 15 minutes." It was raining and cold so I called the number on the sign. It went to a voicemail in Spanish. I waited for 20 minutes and the desk clerk JULIO finally showed up. JULIO was very RUDE. No greeting. No apology. I asked him where I could get the free breakfast. He said "NO BREAKFAST!" I told him that it was on the website. He just said, "THE WEBSITE IS WRONG!" Well, if it's wrong, FIX IT! I chose this place because it had breakfast! Around 9:00pm, I had a question so I went to the lobby. The door was closed AGAIN with the same "Be back in 15 minutes" sign. After I waited for another 20 minutes, JULIO showed up and said, "What?" That's not how you treat customers! When I was checking out, the lobby was closed again with the sign. I've stayed in many places but this was the first time that the desk clerk was ALWAYS gone! I couldn't return the key and there were other customers trying to find the desk clerk too. I just gave the key to the maid nearby. Apparently, I see on the website that there are A LOT of customers having similar horrible experiences. The owner is responding to all reviews but they are NOT changing anything. That really tells us that they DON'T care about customers. Owner, if you are saying that you are disappointed, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! I should have read the customer reviews before booking... It was supposed to be a fun trip for me but it just ruined my trip. I completely lost trust with Days Inn & Suites. I will report this to the Days Inn & Suites corporate.

I’m calling this the ten foot hotel because from ten feet away, everything looks fine. Take a closer look and suddenly all sorts of issues start popping up. The staff and service are prompt and polite, but for the hotel itself? there are just too many issues to paint a complete picture. This hotel is run down to the point where everything needs to be stripped away and redone. They need to increase their maintenance budget as well. They need to get their basics in order first, like hot water and water pressure? Seriously, the water pressure is so low it takes a good two minutes to wash your hands, and it takes at least 5 minutes of letting the tap run before hot water starts coming. And I can tell that the pipes aren’t insulated because the water becomes cold again not even 30 seconds after turning off the water. This place is not safe to bring your children either. There are way too many cords dangling for everything and the floor is so dirty you can see black on your socks from just a few minutes of walking around the room without shoes on. There is mold in the tile grout in the bathroom, water damage causing the wall paper to peel, the cabinets have water damage from the refrigerator defrosting and leaking water, and the elevator is so janky I thought it would break at any minute. All the gimmicks need to go, like horrible sleep number bed and iPod player that still uses the 30 pin connector.

Needed a last minute hotel room in Sunnyvale and this met all my needs for a great price. The hot breakfast was nice - scrambled eggs (a little mushy), bacon, hash brown, pancake, juice, coffee, yogurt, milk- most items served to you by gracious hotel staff into a paper plate. Very much appreciated the breakfast before rushing off to work - something much better than nothing! Pool was outdoor and heated but was a little scared to swim given pandemic situation. The room was nicely arranged, bathroom immaculate, hot shower, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer. I didn’t use the WiFi but it was available. Safe parking for car in outdoor parking lot that wraps around building. I was on 3rd floor which was quiet except for some road noise. I saw a small gym on first floor which was set up with plenty of equipment. Don’t hesitate to book if looking for a hotel in Sunnyvale.

We stayed here before we moved to Sunnyvale. It was very quiet and close to the property where we were being transferred to. It was very comfortable and plenty of parking. We liked the fact that there was coffee in the room and the guest shampoo/conditioner, etc. Not like Motel 6 that no longer provides these aminities and charges more for their rooms.

The hotel rooms are large in size, well equipped, with sofas, desks, very good hygiene, towels and sheets are white and unpretentious. The surrounding area is surrounded by roads, there are not many places to walk, and there are not many commercial facilities. The hotel itself has a small swimming pool and gym.
