From booking to check out the stay at the Viet Long Complex Residence was excellent. Gives you most of the services you expect with a hotel, but provides a kitchen area and that home living feel. The apartment was new, clean and modern, with ample space in both the living area and the bedroom, with a large bathroom (shower only) off the bedroom and a separate shower room off the kitchen area. Great for not just for short stays, as I did, but for longer term rental as well.

My family stayed for 2 nights here. Although it is a 5-star hotel, according to what I experienced here, it is not up to that standard. Our room is quite big with 2 single beds. The floor is quite old and dirty carpet. There are still traces of coffee or food that are not cleaned. The shower in the bathroom is old rusty. The worst is the water system. When taking a bath, it is too cold, sometimes it turns to be too hot. The hotel needs improvement. The plus point is that the staff is quite pleasant and enthusiastic.
