It's pretty good, there are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is good. The room was clean, but the mirror of the dressing table in my room was facing the bed, which was a bit scary. The location is also very good, in the block, very quiet, there is a bar street nearby, there are also convenience stores, pharmacies and so on. Take a taxi from Red Square 10 minutes. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very enthusiastic. It is very helpful to ask for directions and change change. PS room service is awful and expensive

The hotel is located in the very center of Moscow, clean and comfortable yard. In step-by-step access, Red Square, Arbat, GUM, Nikolskaya and other tourist attractions of Moscow. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is responsive and attentive staff. Rest in the luxury room. Beautiful design, cleanliness, convenient furniture, a bathroom with a large corner bath, a large comfortable bed and a chair-bed in a separate passage room, snow towels and lingerie, a refrigerator and 2 TV. View from the window to the yard with a restaurant where music is live every evening. Hotel staff thank you for the reception! Definitely come back! We will recommend to your friends!

We booked a room with a jacuzzi specifically because we wanted to spend a romantic evening. The location of the hotel was very convenient, the center, you can walk until late and enjoy the beauty of Moscow at night. Everything was great until we got back to the hotel and got water to start the jacuzzi. Firstly, the bathroom itself was covered in someone’s hair, we didn’t notice it right away. But when they turned on the button from the jacuzzi, there were pieces of dirt, rust and hair. It was 12 o’clock at night, and at 5 am we were leaving for the airport, so we went to bed upset and thought that in the morning we could talk to the reception and they would reimburse us for the damage (they would deduct the difference between a regular room and a room with a jacuzzi, which was broken and spoiled the mood. It was not convenient for us to move to another room at night. We paid an extra 5000 for this jacuzzi. My boyfriend is from another Norway, he was shocked by the lack of service (because he himself works in the hotel business) and the disregardful attitude. Because we were told that They can’t help in any way, we had to contact us at night and they would have moved us. But this is not convenient!! Where is the customer focus?? Why is this hotel rated 9.2??

The hotel was staying for a few days (3 nights). Hotel is 2*, but no 3 The room was cleaned every day (at least tried), changed the towels every day. Tomorrow we had a room, cooked it and brought the same girl as the room was cleaning. Breakfasts are quite scarce, you can choose 2 dishes per person and drink. The floor is curved, the beds are not exactly standing if we lie as the beds are standing, the head below the feet - that is not good. The room was cold (was in September, from the window dulo, the windows old). Our room was also staff rooms. The staff was not embarrassed that behind the wall the guests were noisy, smoked. But, after the comments, a little calm. The plumbing is all old as well, the room needs repair. But, we saw one other room a little bit, there was much better than ours. Here, apparently, lucky. Because we came to the room only to sleep, that is in principle tolerable. But the hotel I will definitely not advise and I will not go back there anymore). We got on the stock and paid 10,000 for two for 3 nights and 4 days, I believe that this amount is justified but not more. Very close to Red Square, it is a undeniable plus.

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.

The most disgusting hotel. Of the pluses: in the center, good breakfasts. In the rest only minus. First in the room did not work wi-fi, asked to move. The room was found, but the sewer broke. All day had to wait for the equipment with a non-working sink. When I had a break of patience by the evening - moved to another room - there too does not work wi-fi (and I need to work critically). In general, I moved 4 times! In the room everything was ”tired”; towels were drained and in spots everything. On the roll found a trace as if someone came up, but didn't change but just turned the other side. And it was like that. One day something broke in the cafe and breakfast was brought in the room. Plus it was terribly cold, the split system didn't work for heating. The administrator said I was ready to compensate for the inconvenience due to sewage and relocation problems, but nobody called. I rarely write reviews, but such ”rest” is above my forces and I can't silence anymore.

...не только как встретили,но и проводили.К ПЕРСОНАЛУ ПРЕТЕНЗИЙ НЕТ- приветливы и стараются по мере возможностей. Вот именно с ними(возможностями) видимо напряжёнка. Начну с позитива:хорошая локация - близко к центру (есть рядом парочка неплохих и разно бюджетных магазина с отделом готовой продукции), персонал,задумка на барокко - антураж,ежедневная уборка по табличке и дополнение 2 бутылочек воды,4 пакетика чая и сахара,при заселении 2 геля, шампуня и мыла с зубной щёткой и пастой,хороший вай-фай .... Проблемы: 1 В номерах холодновато,обогревателей не дали. 2.Полотенца - при заселении на 2 человека - 3 штуки (после просьбы доложить недостающие - осталось 2 до конца проживания). 3.Конденсат на окнах - вода просто течёт(на фото видно).Причина - однокамерный стеклопакет и разность температур.Периметр окна заклеен сантехническим скотчем для предотвращения сквозняка. 4.Халаты - маломерки,замены нет. Тапки - реально одноразовые.ХОДИЛИ В ТАПКАХ ИЗ ”Невского экспресса”-5 дней в отеле.) 5.Кран душа течёт. 6.При заселении -чайник не работал,2 вешалки и один стул.(После просьбы принесли стул ,чайник и парочку дополнительных вешалок). 7.Температура батарей не регулируется,хотя арматура это позволяет. 8.Телевизор для такой большой и пустой стены - скажем так-скромный. 9.Банкеточку бы хотелось ,что бы обувочку снять-одеть,а не волохать тяжеленные стулья по номеру и не топать в обуви с улицы по ковролину. 10. Статус номеров на сайте и у сайтов бронирования - неидентичен. Возникают вопросы. Имеется столовая со ”шведским столом” на завтрак за 600 рублей - не кушал,но в принципе -очень недурственно в целом.Мы на завтрак покупали вкусняхи свежие из магазина с кухней и грели в микроволновке ,при необходимости.В магазине рядом после 21 часа скидка на выпечку 30 %- пироги вкуснейшие с большой начинкой. Важно как встретили, и как проводили:Вызывает сомнения правомерность сканирования паспортов всех проживающих и обеспечение сохранности персональных данных. Особенно на фоне игнорирования обращений на электронную почту по этому поводу. Резюме:Проживание было недешёвым,особенно с учётом раннего бронирования. С учётом,указанных мною недостатков - есть резон посмотреть альтернативные варианты проживания.

Great! ! The room is still not small, but the addition of a bed for three people is a bit crowded. The service was very good. I lost the immigration paper. The young lady at the front desk also accompanied me to the police station to report the case. It was very embarrassing to get it for a long time. All in all, it was a great stay at Hahaha!

Excellent location. Silent (no trains can be heard). View from the window to the office building. Parking is paid 1200 yards per night, but it is always available (unlike Select Hotel). Excess (shoot hat, toothbrush, etc.) in the room is not- ask for resepshne. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby( Uryuk my favorite - a little further, but delicious there very!). And here breakfast is poor. (This is the minus for which I lower the estimate. 1000r per person is expensive. Although the eyelid, becon, cheese, the simplest fruit- vegetables you will find there. Coffee is good. But! You can take a combo in a chocolate for 300r - it will be the same, only with a view to the wonderful park in front of the Paveletsky station(by the way, I recommend walking there certainly: very nice, fountain dancing and singing for classical music, watching area, shining rings-wheel, generally beautiful decoration). Yes, the entry under the slagbaum can not be noticed, so slower and with the navigator look)).

I want to express my opinion about this hotel. I came on a trip so everything was paid by the company. As for settlement, there was no delay in settlement. Rooms: furniture is old, very tired, doors scratched. But, mattresses with pillows are very convenient, sleeped better than at home. The bathroom furniture is cheap but clean, not old (except for pins, and dispensers for napkins), the closet holds on two top bolts, when opened, constantly departs from the wall, that and look will fall off. I spent NYE in Moscow. My stay in Sadovnichskaya hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all requests. Olga on duty at the reception desk on NYE was very nice. The rest of the staff at the reception desk and the restaurant were doing their best with a friendly smile. The food was super delicious. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Red Square. I had a very good impression and I will definitely be back!

Yes, the luggage they keep a limited time, then the supplement. And it is stored under the stairs!

Останавливалась в отеле на одну ночь ради близости к аэроэкспрессу с Белорусского вокзала. Бронирование на сайте отеля без оплаты не составило никакого труда, оплатить можно на месте, и номер был в наличии. Номер одноместный эконом без окна. Будьте внимательны, он действительно эконом и действительно без окна, особых ожиданий лучше не питать. Есть все необходимое, нормальный санузел, нормальная сантехника, микроскопическая раковина, фена нет, видимо по запросу на рецензии. Комната 5-6 метров, тв есть. В целом, все хорошо. Нет окна и этим все сказано. Будет постоянно желание проверить помещение, особенно после принятия душа. На 1 ночь - бронируйте не глядя, расположение вполне приличное, тихий центр, в пешей доступности московской зоопарк и мастерская-музей Церетелли. Если проживать более двух ночей - лучше номер стандарт с окнами. Уборка на 3 с минусом. Пол можно было и по лучше помыть. В раковине чистить слив требуется после каждого гостя, а не иногда. ТВ лучше повесить на стену, на полке он категорически отсвечивает экраном, если смотреть лёжа на кровати. А так, нормальный эконом отель. Номера более высокой категории- всегда выигрышный вариант.

We had 2 super rooms 1106 and 1206 for 2 days, with kids 5 and 8, and one of the teachers for dance for the little girl. We had a tournement we atended in Moscow, Crokus hall. The rooms are great, the kids can run, and hide, and play as much as they want. The barthroom, is sober and small, if you see the enormous room , but it we sufficient. The TV channel, I would like to request a children channel please, we could not offer the kids to watch the tv. Breakfast was fantastic, close your eyes, kame a wish, and it was there, it is a pity we where in the hurry alll mornings to attend the competition, there where many reasons to just sit and eat and relax with a great view on floor 25. The staff, very friendly! Housekeeping, super friendly ladies, and very polite. Now room service, we love to go out for dinner, but we where tired, kids too, so we ordeed room service, the FOOD was fresh , very tasty, it was served as in a restaurant, very very enjoyable, we loved it, the kids too! I hope to return here man times, and hope we have more time to enjoy everything! But thank you for all! It was fantastic!

В первую очередь похвалю прекрасное расположение: от метро ”Спортивная” практически в сотне шагов, только за угол завернуть, а улочка тихая и спокойная. В пешей доступности Новодевичий монастырь (поэтому я и выбрала этот отель) и Лужники (а вот в соседнем с отелем зданием - хоспис, не самое веселое учреждение...), рядом очень много кафе, пекарен, пиццерий и прочего, есть где и перекусить, и плотно пообедать. А вот в самом отеле отношения с питанием какие-то нездоровые: при достаточной цене за номер без завтрака за этот самый завтрак просят еще по 1200 (тысяче двести) рублей с человека, хотя рядом полно мест, где за тысячу вдвоем можно отлично позавтракать (и мы так и сделали). В номере есть мини-бар, но цены тоже аховые. Приятным сюрпризом оказалось ”почти мохито” (вода с лимоном и мятой) в лимонаднике у стойки администратора, я очень люблю это сочетание, с удовольствием попила, пока оформляли заселение, и потом еще подходила, чтобы попить. Номер очень хорош, удобная постель, много разных подушек (кажется, на сайте отеля это называется ”меню подушек”). Еще в номере махровые халаты, тапочки, сейф, гладильная доска и утюг - это очень удобно. Две бутылочки с питьевой водой, чай, сахар, чайник, чайные пары и бокалы для воды. Есть холодильник, но он битком забит мини-баром, чтобы поставить что-то свое, места нет. В санузле зубные щетки, паста, шампунь и гель для душа два в одном и бальзам для волос - не одноразовые, а во флаконах, душевая кабина с тропическим душем и обычной ”лейкой”. Словом, если не считать кусачих цен за еду (что нам не помешало, мы отлично поели вне отеля), все очень понравилось.

The apartments for the maiden were booked, all details were provided with the administrator and staff in advance: the number of people, decorations (mishura on the floor) etc. The problems began since the arrival of the hotel. The girls were not allowed to go to the apartments, arguing that we were over-numbered (as if there should be 4 people), although it was prescribed that a person would be 10 and for the same reason I was deposited in the amount of 100,000. During the departure from the apartments, the administrator Polina began to demand a fine of 5000 for the dop.cleaning of the mishura on the floor (though this was stipulated in advance and we were told that the cleaners would take away without problems). Then Polina began to demand 10,000 for cleaning the mishura (apparently there was a price indexation in her head in two minutes). Having heard the argument that everything was stipulated and not getting 10,000 Polina said we need to wait at least an hour now to check the floor (suddenly we scratched it). Now we sit in the clock waiting, with a bad mood and wait for scratches on the floor. I won't be surprised if the floor is scratched specifically. Я останавливалась в этом отеле уже несколько раз. Всегда взвешивали цена/качество и возвращались! Но... так получилось, что мы не ездили в Москву три года из за пандемии и т.п. и тут решили, приехали, как обычно решили остановиться в нашем чудесненьком отельчике...Уважаемые читатели с ним что то случилось, его просто подменили! Он всегда был таким чистеньким, комфортным, с халатами, тапками, полотенцами и прочим, но видимо пандемия и прочие условия заставили затянуть пояса! Но, справедливости ради, должна сразу оговориться, что на мансардном этаже мы поселились первый раз, может он всегда был таким, раньше мы всегда жили на втором этаже, там совсем все иначе! Поэтому, буду сразу делать скидку на то, что возможно у другой категории номеров другие условия. На Мансардном этаже убирают плохо и в номерах и в общих зонах, не могу сказать, что грязно- это не так, просто убрано плохо, некачественно. Если вам будут предлагать 308 номер- задумайтесь, у вас должна быть крепкая психика, там постоянно слышно гул от задувания ветра в вентиляционную трубу, которая располагается на кровле здания. В номере очень душно, открываешь окно сильно задувает и снег попадает, мансарда все таки. Гость, что будет спать со стороны крыши, обязательно будет биться головой о скат. И самое эпичное:- в номере нет возможности настроить теплоту воды в кране и лейки душа идет постоянно только либо кипяток либо ледяная! Ситуация с водой самая ужасная из всего, помыться возможности нет, мы как приехали с поезда не помылись, так через три дня и уехали! Это был мой абсолютно объективный отзыв об отеле, теперь я хочу написать отдельно про персонал, а конкретно об администраторе! Хочу его от всей души искренне поблагодарить, в этой поездке, он меня очень сильно по человечески выручил! Дело в том, что у меня в последний день сильно заболел ребенок: жар, встать, он не может, время идет к 10 часам утра,лекарства не помогают, до поезда 10 часов... И администратор (при полной загрузке отеля) изыскал возможность оставить ребенка в номере до вечера! Я не знаю, что бы могла сделать в чужом городе, с больным ребенком, который не может даже встать, если бы не его помощь! Еще раз выражаю администратору данного отеля мою искреннюю благодарность, такое счастье, что есть такие люди!

Останавливалась в отеле на три дня. Я в полном восторге. Отель расположен в центре, но в очень тихом переулке. Окна выходят в закрытый дворик, никого там за все время не встретила :) В самом отеле тоже было очень тихо. Номер небольшой, очень теплый, вполне уютный. Опреденно, есть своя атмосфера. Всё чистое, в рабочем состоянии. Персонал максимально приветливый и милый. Отелю, как мне сказали, более 130 лет. Было бы странно увидеть внутри интерьеры в стиле хай-тек, поэтому претензии по типу ”внутри совок” мне вовсе непонятны. Был включен завтрак. На выбор несколько блюд+чай или кофе. Все очень вкусно, подают быстро. Единственное, к чему можно придраться, так это к тому, что кафе находится в подвале. И интерьер на любителя. Мне напомнило фильм ”Американский оборотень в Париже” :) немного жутко и не хватает музыки. Окончательно растаяла, когда обнаружила в номере конвертик с поздравлением с Днем Рождения :) Если это не клиентоориентированность, то что? Я обязательно вернусь туда снова.

Everything about this place is just perfect! . Close to Line 1, few minutes walking distance from Krasnoya Varota Exit 2 station. Great neighbourhood and easy to find. I think I've never stayed any place more clean then this one. You get everything you need, slippers, towels. It is a small room but spotlessly clean with comfy bed. Everyone was so friendly and polited, breakfast was tasty and fresh. I would stay here every time.

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, clean room, modern interior. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Tulaj subway. 5 minutes walk - embankment.
