I am looking for a place with bathtub..i wanted to relax..i have no issue on water and rooms..its fine by me..the only issue i have is parking..i parked at red color pillar which supposedly close to the lift to the hotel..but there’s another lift at the red pillar but its not going straight to the hotel lobby..it gets me to the shopping mall..so i had to walk to go to the lobby..maybe its not that far but the exit door at the shopping mall connected to the hotel was close..i had to make one big turn to go to the lobby..i guess they should put more signage for the guests to park near the lift to the lobby..otherwise..we’ll get lost

We went as a family to stay here for bukak puasa and this unit was just perfect. So beautiful and so clean ❤️. The rooms and apartment was spacious as well. Really enjoyed our stay. My son even enjoyed playing with with ‘pop pop’ outside the condo as well. The checkin and checkout process was hassle free as well. Definitely repeating again.

The unit is very comfortable, but the bathroom is not very good because there is no shower screen, and the floor often has water. In addition, the lack of slippers and razors also compromised the experience this time.

Overall it is good. The room is clean and very quiet at night which is why I can rest well :) There is mosquitos in the room but ask them to sort it and they did the next day.

Booked a family room for 3 persons over the Chinese New Year holidays. Room was relatively spacious. Staff was very helpful despite limitations due to the holidays. However, we found some ants on our beds. As mentioned by other reviewers, the noise from the neighbouring rooms could be clearly heard, probably due to the thin walls.

I've stayed with this hotels more than 4 times, the location is great. But most of the room is without window, the soundproof is really bad, reading lights beside the bed always spoiled. It is good if the room provide bath-mat and room slippers. Most of the room I've stayed before have strong cigarettes smell although I already requested non-smoking rooms/floors.

We chose this hotel so that we will be able to leave our stuff in the hotel and also go back for shower rather than using the shared facilities at the theme park. Spacious room and clean. However, the service of the hotel feels like a budget hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. The staff had took my details earlier and when I went to the front desk to collect my room key, the other staff took a long time to locate my booking. They also had many empty rooms available but they seem to be more happy turning customers away at the doorstep rather than having satisfied customers walking out of their hotel. We arrived there earlier and requested for early check in, they asked for RM 291 for early check in as a half day rate which was daylight robbery! Unbelievable!

We booked this property thinking it's a hotel concept and more over there is no clue it's under AIR B&B. What a cheat it was .... b'coz they cleverly put in under the roof of Pyramid . To our surprise for the amount we paid we feel so disappointed . There is no soap to wash. There is no coffee mug ? Not even a tea spoon . We have to call the guy who gave us the key to bring bath mat ?? After shower no bath mat . ???? How if my mom slip n fell in the toilet ?? Toilet roll place broken . The hose is leaking . Shower curtain is very dirty we can't even hold it by our hands to pull it . Someone has to look into this property seriously . Of coz we understand there are management to look into all this ..... however we as a guest should not be cheated . I'm working in the Hotel Line for almost 20 years . But this property is worst . Very expensive . Just because of the location they any how charge their guest and can't be bothered attitude . When I made a complained to the guy who gave me the key .... he asked me to take picture and send him . Do you think I have no better work to do ...... This should be look into those who are in charge of this property . Not as a guest we come and stay . I will never ever stay in this property or not even the Pyramid Hotel . Very sad .

location wise is good as it is near to Taipan LRT station, which is within walking distance. However, there was a coffee (or tea?) leftover in a plastic takeaway in the room when I checked in, which could be left by previous travellers? or hotel staff? and the carpet flooring is kinda dusty, it kept me sneezing, and there was no slippers provided. I hope the hotel management would consider to change to carpet flooring to tiles and improve on their hygiene. overall this hotel is a budget hotel, can't expect too much from budget price. otherwise, hotel staff was polite and helpful.
