Right away the staff was super friendly and got us to our room quickly. The room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved having the table that we pulled out and ate a nice dinner on, using the dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Nice lighting options for when you want to stay up while your better half sleeps. Curtain between sitting area and bed. Will stay again if we are in the area!

This hotel is old and dumpy. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are worse. We booked through the site for 2 nights Tuesday August 16th and Wednesday August 17th; the site quoted $156 for the first nite and $166 for the second night. When we got the bill the first night was charged @ $156.66, the second night there was a charge of $176.38 PLUS an additional Tax Recovery Charge of $165.67 giving us the grand total of $498.71. The air conditioning was set at 68 when we arrived and although we turned it up to 77' it took two days to warm up. We had to ask for additonal blankets and they also brought up a heater. We asked for an additional luggage rack as we each had a suitcase and there was one in the room. I can appreciate it being post Covid and the industry but the sheets were so heavily ?starched, I itched all night. All in all a major disappointment and definitely not worth the money we shelled out to stay there. We have travelled in the US quite a bit and I can honestly say we have NEVER stayed in such a terrible hotel. The misleading advertising on the website as to what the prices are if you if you book direct. Clearly the fees we saw when we booked were not the ones on our final bill. I was never so happy to go home.

We had a very comfortable stay at Staybridge the middle of June 2021. Our family of 8 took two 2 bedroom suites. The main sitting room was big enough to be together for board games and watching tv. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms dark and there was very little sound from other rooms or the hallway. The morning breakfast was ample even with the Covid restrictions. The evening ”Social” was nice too with homemade cookies, beer and wine, cheeses, etc. The pool was nice but the water was ”cold...” We did a lot of sightseeing and Niagara Falls and Buffalo and felt centrally located. There were free laundry facilities for an added bonus! I highly recommend this hotel! (Note, our daughter's suite on the 6th floor was very smoky smelling - that room needs a complete refurbishment to get rid of the odor.)

The breakfast is delicious, there are coffee, quiche, some cake desserts, waffles to do it yourself, yogurt, fruit chowder, sausage or something. There is a very large supermarket next to it, parking just stops at the door, because there are open spaces and low houses. It is 15 minutes drive from the airport. The room is quite big, there is no facilities inside, no wardrobe. In short, it is the feeling of the Samsung hotel. The rooms have free wifi which is quite good. Slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs are not provided.

The location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!

The front desk says that every day there is something wrong. The surrounding area is not very lively, there are two large supermarkets not far away. The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel has a free bus to the airport, half an hour.
